Compressed Evolution Means Your Body Is Changing, Now

As greater numbers of people worldwide continue being physically, biologically, energetically, consciously and spiritually pressured and pushed by the evolutionary Ascension Process (AP) , many are confused about what’s happening to them, their body, consciousness, their lives, their county and everything else. This natural evolutionary Ascension Process affects everything, not just a person’s physical body, but is a complete life-altering transformational process that takes time—years and decades, not days, weeks or months—to transition through its many layers so relax into it and do your best to not fear what’s happening within yourself and your physical body, and the external world. It’s all very positive despite it not feeling or looking that way at the moment. Humans are always resistant to change of any kind, and the AP related changes cover everything everywhere so there’s plenty of confusion, unawareness, wild misunderstandings and fearful resistance.

Stop Fighting the Evolutionary Ascension Process Side Effects

People are getting really tired of their bloated, distended, unattractive evolutionary Ascension Process “Buddha Belly” and want it to go away, immediately. I’d very much like this too but my “Buddha Belly” gets worse, not better, every time I/we go through another big—and they’re all very big now folks—increase in Light Energies. I also get numerous other side effects besides the severely bloated belly/gut/diaphragm/abdomen area, which I’d also prefer didn’t make me look like I’m sick and/or lazy and/or don’t care about my physical appearance anymore. Nonetheless, I’ve been living this evolutionary Ascension Process on the physical, biological level since the start of 1999, and my “Buddha Belly” hasn’t disappeared yet.

Simple answer is stop fighting it, stop fearing it, stop resisting the evolutionary AP changes you’re experiencing and surrender to this natural and normal evolutionary Process taking place during our lifetimes. After having lived this and much more for the past twenty-six years and counting, I know that it’s best to just let it happen, don’t try to “fix” it because there’s nothing to “fix” in natural evolution, don’t think it to death which is taken care of by the fact that ones old lower level of consciousness is being dismantled so NEW higher levels can replace it, and don’t resist because doing so only prolongs these many changes and makes it more painful in most cases. Just open your heart and surrender to the natural evolutionary Process taking place within yourself and your body.

I’ve often thought about the millions of people who’ve gone to doctors, specialists and hospitals since 1999–2000 because of evolutionary Ascension symptoms only to be told nothing is wrong with them, or far worse, be diagnosed with something they don’t have and given medications for it. Just horrible, and dumping pharmaceutical toxins into one’s body while it was/is already hard at work transmuting so much old 3D density, negativity and global toxins etc. only causes more difficulties in my opinion. Get a second and third opinion if your doctor tells you you’ve got such and such and his/her solution is to dump chemicals into your body to “help you with it”. You most likely don’t even have what the doctor claims you do so discern for yourself, and if you still feel uncertain, get other opinions to be safe. I’m not a physician, I am an Ascension Process Specialist, so discern and protect yourself from incorrect diagnoses, unnecessary chemicals, outrageous expenses, negative thought-forms, negative limiting old belief systems, and fear and worry.

It helps with your personal evolutionary Ascension symptoms/side effects to remember that everything is going through this Process, not just you and your physical body. Earth, our Solar System, the Milky Way galaxy, other galaxies, the Universe, the Multiverses are all going through this natural evolutionary Ascension Process now. There is no aspect, no corner, no layer, no dimension, no star or systems that are immune from evolution.

It’s normal to feel “hot flashes” with the Ascension Process despite one’s sex or age and this is because that inner heat is Kundalini Fire burning away lower frequency density and duality within you and your physical body. Also, Mother Earth/Gaia’s heating up—so-called ‘global warming’—is Her having Ascension related “hot flashes” because she is evolving, transmuting, and becoming something very NEW, improved and of a much higher frequency. Humans and Earth/Gaia have been heating up because of this natural evolution and doctors and scientists don’t know this, nor would they believe it any more than people understand the real reasons behind ‘global warming’. Friction causes heat, and there’s been and still is plenty of friction from the old lower dense frequencies and consciousness coming into direct contact with the NEW higher Light Energies and being changed, upgraded, evolved because of it. It’s okay and to be expected during these massive transitions. No fear, just greater understanding about all aspects of the Ascension Process.

It’s also common to go through periods where your mind doesn’t work like you’re used to. It seemingly isn’t there at times, and no matter how hard you try, how hard you focus mentally, you just cannot pull information in or connect to it or stay focused or get anything to work. It feels like your brain is on hold and you cannot mentally focus or remained focused on anything. The reason for this AP side effect is because you’re being deliberately UN-FOCUSED and Rewired so you’ll be able to expand your consciousness far beyond the old narrow frequency band it and you are used to.

This is the old neural brain and brain maps getting greatly expanded, Rewired so they can carry vastly higher frequency Light, Light information and Higher Awareness and not fry anything important or blow a fuse in there! During this process—and it happens repeatedly over the years so don’t assume you’ve got some mental, cognitive disease—the way you accessed information and memories is changing, expanding and becoming far more complex and evolved. It’s just during this transition the old doesn’t always work and you’ve not yet got the hang of the NEW and how it works so there are times you’re seemingly going to “short-circuit” in front of people when they’ve asked you something and you can’t find or get the correct words out to respond to them. This usually causes frustration and embarrassment, which typically induces a hot flash! Now you both can’t communicate and you’re sweating like crazy, are miserably hot and uncomfortable and want to just run screaming from the building and go home. Oh the joy of it all…

Because the electromagnetic energies have been and still are changing dramatically on Earth/Gaia, they’re also changing dramatically in you and your physical body too of course. This causes all sorts of symptoms and related anomalies. One is a severe build-up of static electricity in your physical body to the point that you’re getting zapped all the time, even in high humidity or rain. This too will come and go so relax into these changes. Attach a floor-length rubber tail off the back of your pants that drags on the floor behind you, discharging the excess static build-up as you walk. Kidding, except I honestly did think of doing this years ago out of sheer desperation when I was getting severely zapped every few feet in stores, in public, and usually uncontrollably cursing every time I got stung by an electrical zap. This was so severe that other shoppers often saw the blue-white “lightening bolt” shoot out my finger when I got close to something metal and would get zapped. And when one’s nerves (Central Nervous System being Rewired too) are rather fried from the AP anyway, getting zapped constantly for months on end only makes it all that much worse.

Another common symptom/side effect is what I’ve come to call the spinnies. It feels like the inside of your head (and sometimes your eyes too) are rotating and if you physically turn too fast, or just turn only your head, you almost fall over or crash into something. Vertigo, ungrounded, not connected to Earth in the old ways, in transition to another level of being and reality etc. all make one feel the spinnies.

Another aspect of this is the sensation that suddenly the floor has dropped out from under you and/or you’re falling, tipping over or suddenly dropping down a few feet. What you’re sensing is more energetic and frequency changes to old lower 3D energetic structures and systems etc., and this is just one of many ways your body and awareness perceive these fluctuations and disappearing old timelines with their blueprints and energetic structures.

The inner body vibrations or sense of an electric current running, vibrating, buzzing, shaking and/or pulsating in different areas of your physical body is another common Ascension related side effect. It’s caused by you literally embodying higher frequency Light Energies. As we continue clearing out old density duality within each of us, higher frequency Light Energies simultaneously replace them and are embodied by each of us and that feels like we’re vibrating inside our physical bodies. We are, and it’s simply our inner frequency being dramatically increased while incarnate in our physical bodies.

And no, the inner body vibrations is NOT caused by negative beings, aliens or demons as some incorrectly believe. They cause very different symptoms and interference’s and blockages in people. When your body is vibrating, it’s a positive evolutionary sign that you are embodying more and more higher frequency Light Energies and are vibrating faster and higher because of it.

Another common side effect of our continuing evolutionary AP is that the more NEW higher frequencies we encounter on Earth, the more people are hearing them, seeing them and feeling them in a variety of ways. When you hear high-pitched ringing in your ears, and/or around your head and/or over your head in stereo-like sound, you are hearing some of the many higher frequency Light Energies coming in from our local Sun, the Milky Way GC, from Divine Source etc. It’s just that you’re evolving enough now to be able to hear some of them. Eventually we’ll be able to “read” them, interpret them, discern them for ourselves, but for most now, we’re only able to hear these ringing, squealing, humming, buzzing, clicking tones and sound frequency Light Codes.

Some are able to clairvoyantly See some of these higher frequency Light Energies, and typically they’re perceived as brilliant Lights of different color. As we evolve and get more adept at Seeing these higher frequency Light Energies, we’ll be able to “read” them too and we’ll See much more than only different colored Lights. We’ll See Codes in Light form and often they’re in geometric Light form but they’re also more than this too. Always be open to perceive and experience more than what you are currently.

There’s also the linear time vs. quantum, Now Moment no time, and Spherical Consciousness that’s capable of perceiving multiple “times” and non or no time simultaneously. At first this one is just strange and rather confusing, especially as we repeatedly jump back and forth between linear time consciousness and reality and quantum no time Now Moment consciousness and reality. With more experience and experimentation however, we slowly discover that we’re evolving beyond the old lower frequency limits of linear time and the matching and appropriate consciousness that went with it.

Again, get out of your own way with these more exotic NEW AP side effects and perceptions, pay attention and learn more as you continue becoming more. This is natural and highly compressed evolution you’re living, experiencing, perceiving and being constantly effected by now. Stop trying to limit and reduce it back down into old lower 3D beliefs, structures, systems and consciousness. It doesn’t work and won’t ever work. Lower and Higher frequencies and consciousness cannot co-exist in the same space so stop trying to make it happen. Doing so only makes the whole thing more frustrating.

There are so many people still trying to apply old lower limited and profoundly limiting 3D patriarchal beliefs, expectations, systems and structures, further dis-empowerment, deluded hopes and desires, and tremendous lack of personal responsibility on to the NEW incredibly higher frequencies present, growing in them, their bodies and the Earth world and reality around them. However, we are not evolving so that humans can have a slightly better form of continued global, species-wide disempowerment. Not going to happen, period.

This is evolution and change, incomprehensible change and improvement to most people, and it’s not allowed to try to superimpose old lower frequency negativity, lack of awareness, and lack of personal responsibility on to the NEW higher Light Energies and 5D consciousness. It’s not possible because these frequencies are so profoundly different that they cannot merge with one another or even co-exist in the same space. What they are doing now is separating, literally repelling from each other and going off in very different directions, which is natural at this point within the evolutionary Ascension Process; the Separation of Worlds & Timelines. Be brave, be open to positive changes beyond belief and stop trying to limit evolution with your current lack of greater and Higher Awareness. I apply this to myself as well and always have. Dream bigger, aim higher, much higher and get out of your own way with your old lower frequency 3D patriarchal thoughts and beliefs because they’re not a match, in any way or form, with the NEW higher Earth world.

The Galactic Bubbles have Burst: Welcome to the Age of Aquarius

Firstly, thanks go to Cat for sharing a link in another article to some very important new scientific information about the two Milky Way Galactic Center (GC) bubbles having finally burst and are now massive out-flowing Energies pouring out from the GC. The Great Mother’s water has broken and she gives birth, anew…

I’ve been waiting since December 24, 2012 — the day after the “Three Days”, Expiration Date, Shift Point — for something BIG to manifest physically within the physical dimension to reveal physically what already happened energetically during the Three Days/Expiration Date/Shift Point at higher quantum levels and dimensions. Remember that everything manifests at the top first and then works its way downwards from there, with the physical dimension being the last one to finally manifest what’s happened in higher levels and dimensions.

Most people need tangible physical proof to convince them that something has indeed happened, has indeed changed dramatically and is now physically pouring forth like cosmic Aquarian waters from the jug of the Milky Way GC. And of course, no matter how the heavens ignite themselves and morph magically before our eyes via photographs from scientists from around the world, there will still be throngs of disbelievers concerning the end of the Mayan Calendar, the entire evolutionary Ascension Process, entrance into a new astrological Age, the Three Days Expiration Date and the intimate connection between all that and the Milky Way suddenly spewing forth GC black-hole energies unimaginable. Don’t let small minds put a damper on what you know and are living and feeling yourself.

The reason I copied that one sentence in bold is because it’s very important and the reason why I’ve been clairvoyantly seeing the Milky Way GC energies flowing outward like a massive cosmic waterfall, much like Niagara Falls, for the past two years. First however here’s an old article with photo about the Milky Way galactic Bubbles the scientists discovered in 2010 before they burst (on or shortly after the Three Days — 12-21-12, 12-22-12, 12-23-12).

Secondly, here’s a recent article from me about this massive Milky Way GC out-flowing of energies that we, humanity, Earth and our solar system have been inching our way towards over the years but aligned/conjuncted on the Three Days. This event is quantum and has already happened on day one of the Three Days –12-21-12– and continued happening throughout the remaining Three Days, and has and is still happening and being felt by humanity in varying degrees. It will continue to be felt by humanity for a long time so relax and adapt into IT because IT is life and reality inside the 5D frequency range of the Age of Aquarius and vastly higher frequency, higher consciousness, High Heart, high creativity Aquarian Unity energies.

When you view the photo of Niagara Falls I used in my “12-12-12 Through 12-21-12” article, please keep it in mind and heart when you view the new photo in the scientific article of the Milky Way’s two burst GC Bubbles and how the outflowing GC energies now resemble slightly curved, outward flowing energies like cosmic Aquarian waters pouring out of the cosmic jug (GC) — plus how it somewhat resembles the photo of the gushing, falling waters of Niagara Falls.

There is and will continue to be so much to talk about concerning these new cosmic GC energies that, finally are physically visible for all to see, and hopefully many more to feel and consciously be increasingly aware of. This is just the start of… everything… and we’re all still making incredible ongoing adjustments internally and externally to what we’ve been through via the Three Days including everything that’s continued to happen since December 24, 2012 and will continue happening. I’m going to say that again in hopes that it really sinks into everyone’s Hearts and Awareness; this is just the start of everything so relax into IT all and give yourself whatever “time” you need. We’re all in brand NEW territory and it will take some “time” for all of us to get our bearings and better understand what’s happened already and is still happening.

Since December 24, 2012 when one of our atomic clocks jumped two days into the future, and another atomic clock did the same thing two days after the first one did it, I knew we (humanity, Earth, reality etc.) were IN some very NEW and very different space and experiences and that we didn’t have a good or large enough understanding about what we had just gone through via the Three Days.

Since 12-24-12 I’ve been paying close attention to everything; my dreams, other people’s dreams, what’s happening in my physical body, in other people’s bodies, with my and other people’s consciousness, weird anomalies and other phenomena and so on. From my perspective the transformative energies that were the “Three Days” only continued on 12-24-12, and the next day, and the next day, the next and so on. From my perspective IT has not stopped just because we exited out the other side of the Three Days. IT has continued and I suspect will continue for a long time until we’ve so adapted, adjusted to IT that we no longer notice IT anymore.

My brain is fried today (not like this is a new event!) and the inner ear energy sounds are roaring inside my head which only adds to the cosmic GC energies I feel pouring into my Crown chakra and top of my physical head and into my spine and body. We are living Light antennas embodying these NEW GC out-flowing energies (and more) which are and will continue to improve us in very dramatic ways.

For the past week I’ve been repeated hearing in my head and emotionally feeling in my heart that profound and truly great chorus from Joni Mitchell’s 1968 song for Woodstock. It is:

“We are stardust, we are golden, and we’ve got to get ourselves back to the garden”

You might enjoy, especially if you’re an original Hippie First Waver as I was/am, listening to her song done by Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young again now with the entire Ascension Process, the Three Days Expiration Date, the Milky Way GC Bubbles, and finally the rupturing and dramatic out-flowing of GC (Aquarian) energies on the physical level. It is these grand evolutionary GC energies from Source that are helping us get ourselves back to the garden.

Well, it’s December 2012… finally. Is your mind reeling with possibilities? Your heart swelling with expectations? Your body anxious to house more of YOU? Your spirit so very ready to connect with Home in this new way? Are the many possibilities racing through your mind and heart about the grand Expiration Date of 12-21-12? Are you as ready for the 12-12-12 through 12-21-12 shift-point as you possibly can be? Do you have any fears, worries or confusions about this monumental transition we’re about to traverse while in our physical bodies?

I remember one day long ago in 1995, which now seems like about six lifetimes ago, reading for the first time about ‘December 21, 2012′ and thinking how painfully far away that date was and sensing how much I’d have to go through before I reached that future date. And now, here we are, poised at the most important transition to date finally.

Since I created TRANSITIONS in 2007, I’ve talked about a variety of Ascension-related topics in my unique, individual way as one more voice and hopefully guiding Light to help other Starseeds/Wanderers, Lightworkers/Lightwarriors, Indigos and anyone else experiencing the Ascension Process first.

Since 2007, there’s been so much to talk about and it’s often been extremely trying and downright difficult for me to write due to my living with intense Ascension symptoms and often having brain fog where one’s 3D linear mental thinking processes are short-circuited because they’re continuing to be Rewired, evolved into larger, higher frequency, much more complex ways of perception and communication. That plus unending exhaustion and at times plenty of physical pains. Nevertheless, I wrote what I could when I could the best I could at the time. There have been so many times since 2007, where I couldn’t focus enough to write, edit and publish an article fast enough due to another intense onslaught of Ascension symptoms and I’d end up deleting them because we’d rapidly moved on to the next Ascension-related energy situation in a matter of days.

ANOTHER INNER VISION & AWARENESS

For the past two years I’ve been clairvoyantly Seeing and constantly feeling an image that’s hard to describe because of its vastness, magnitude, implications and intensity. This image I’ve Seen is from a perspective out in space viewing tiny Earth orbiting closer and closer to IT, toward this vast and almost incomprehensibly intense object. This IT, this object has always appeared to me as a massive vast white-colored line of pure Energy that somewhat resembles a huge and fierce roaring waterfall. It is not physical water but Energy and appears and feels like a massive flowing waterfall of PURE, direct, undiluted, unimpeded, full-force Source/God focus and intent.

Said another way, this object, this massive energy that resembles an enormous flowing galactic waterfall of pure undiluted Energy is the direct sight-line of Source/God and the Milky Way Galactic Center; the direct intention and focal point of Source/God about the completion/beginning shift-point between the past Evolutionary Cycle and the NEW one.

It reminds me of a Source drawn demarcation line between the past energetic blueprints of what has been, and, the NEW energetic blueprints and what will be. Sorry, this is difficult so please intuit and feel what I’m struggling to describe in this crude, linear way. It is the transition, the Expiration Date, the shift-point, the cutoff point from all the past Evolutionary Cycles and frequency blueprints and energy structures etc. of the past Divine Source/God experiment. It is the energetic threshold crossover point and much more than I’m able to perceive and express today.

The closest physical symbolic likeness to this vision I’ve seen are photos of Niagara Falls (the photo above). Of course, it isn’t totally correct either but sort of resembles this magnificent energetic line of focus that stretches through space from the Milky Way Galactic Center (GC) outward. We on Earth are about to physically orbit into this intentional demarcation shift-point coming from Source/God via the Milky Way Galactic Center. I’ve called this shift-point the great Expiration Date.

THE KEY IS IN THE HEART

Thanks to another reader who left a link in a Comment here to “The Bridge Of Swords” channeling by Kryon recently, I had a nice confirmation through Kryon about an experience I’d had in 1983–1984 where I worked with an other-dimensional Mayan male I’ve called my crazy twin brother on a trans-dimensional Bridge Building Project. Very shortly after that, another reader shared another link here in a Comment to Cosmic Awareness who I’d never heard of before. Because of this connection I had another nice confirmation, this time through Cosmic Awareness, about another experience I also had in the early 1980’s.

This mid-1980’s experience was a current life exchange of information with my three old beloved Starbeing Family from 8D Orion, 6D Sirius and 5D Pleiades who gave me some information at that time, including a large gold key that the Pleiadian gave me and told me to “keep in my Heart and use any time I needed.” These same Starbeings were simultaneously present physically on Earth around 12,600 B.C. Egypt –the start of the Age of Leo– when many of us Starseeds, Lightworkers Volunteered to simultaneously enter multiple incarnations within the 3D Earth timeline to work on and towards the Ascension Process from multiple points, multiple lives across linear time in dense 3D Earth physicality. These current incarnations of ours are of course happening at the exact opposite point within the great 26,000-yearlong Precessional Cycle –the start of the Age of Aquarius– which is very deliberate, meaningful and energetically potent.

Between October and December 3, 2012, I’ve had two connections and confirmations, one through Kryon and another through Cosmic Awareness, about decades-old experiences I had with some other-dimensional Starbeings Family in connection with my being a Volunteer Blue Ray Starseed Lightworker on Earth now to Embody and teach about the Ascension Process plus share my related visions and experiences.

Because I’d never heard of Cosmic Awareness before October 2012, I quickly read through a few of CA’s channeled messages to discern for myself what CA is talking about and how accurate and undistorted or distorted the material is at this time. I do this with everything written by anyone I read. I cannot not automatically sense energies in other people’s writings and other people and discern for myself. Those of you who’ve been reading my material for a while know that I do not quote or link to other Ascension Teacher’s websites, blogs, material, channeling etc. unless I sense it is very accurate, undistorted, free of any Team Dark insertions or human ego distortions, delusions or magical thinking etc.

If you’re not sure of what to do on 12-12-2012, then I suggest you sit quietly and let your HighHeart smile as big as you can get it to for as long as you can. Know and trust that that is more than enough for the moment. ❤

Two Lightbeings Helping Two Starseeds

If you’ve read A Lightworker’s Mission: The Journey Through Polarity Resolution then you’re aware that I and my Mom both have had numerous multidimensional interactions with positive Starbeings/Lightbeings/ETs etc. And if you’ve read it and my blog over the years, then you’re also aware that we’ve both had numerous negative interactions (attacks) from Team Dark also. Especially as a Starseed/Lightworker/Wayshower here now on this Ascension Mission transmuting and integrating duality and many other things, it simply means that you’ve been dealing with both extremes and taking a lot from Team Dark because of it which hasn’t been easy to say the least!

I mention this because some new readers will think that the story I’m about to share is a first-time event for me when in fact it’s only one more of many I and my Mom both have experienced throughout our lives, especially during our twenty-one Ascension years living and working together. And because it’s one more of many such experiences, it’s the differences in it that are important and telling to me as an Elder Starseed Lightworker and the real reason behind why I’m sharing it.

Even though this event happened on October 15, 2012 — the New Moon at 22° Libra 32′ which I sensed beforehand would be unique in some way — we both have felt different pressures and probabilities building throughout 2012. One of those building probabilities was the possible, I repeat possible death of my soon-to-be 83-year-old Mother. (Her 83rd Sagittarius birthday is a couple of weeks before December 21, 2012, and my 61st Capricorn birthday is two days after it.)

To be very clear about what I’m saying here, I’ve been acutely aware over the past thirteen Ascension years of the different times when my own possible, potential, probable physical death was nearby IF that’s what I wanted to do at those times. Every time I felt it present as a probable reality I consciously chose to remain in-body and physically complete my Starseed Lightworker ascension work. All of us have these different probable or possible exit points (times when we could physically die very easily and quickly IF we wanted to) come and go throughout our Ascension Process, however, most Starseeds/Lightworkers choose to stay in-body and finish their Contracts on Earth in physicality. When I’ve felt strong potential, probable, possible exit points come and go for myself over these past thirteen Ascension years, it was easy for me to decide to stay and finish what I volunteered to come to 3D Earth now to do. I’ve put way too much into all of this to exit my physical body at this late date! The same has been true with my Mom over these past intense thirteen Ascension years…up until the start of 2012 that is.

Neither of us talked with each other about it this year even though we both were consciously aware of it as an increasingly strong probable or possible reality for her in 2012. Because of this subtle building possibility she and I have been aware of this year — but not talked about with each other which is unusual for us — I’ve been extremely aware of how reality could so easily and quickly change dramatically for her and for me because we’ve lived and worked the very difficult biological phase of the Ascension Process under the same roof since the end of October 1991. [See A Lightworker’s Mission] All of this and more has been our pre-incarnational Soul Contracts we each made for our current lives to embody and live the Ascension Process through our physical bodies on 3D physical Earth; to have each others backs while we did it; combine our individually small finances by living together so we could live and function more easily during the very intense and difficult ascension work we agreed to do.

We both were consciously aware that a possible, potential, probable exit point — physical death — for my Mom was presenting itself this year, but like me, she too has decided to stay in-body and complete her Soul Contract this way. The problem with this however was that Team Dark evidently was aware of this potential exit point too and moved on it in an attempt to separate her from her physical body…and the two of us for the obvious reasons. For my Mom to die now would immediately throw my Ascension work and life into a serious mess because my income would stop which is exactly what Team Dark was after. Divide and conquer is one of their main tactics and always has been. Said another way, many of us older First Wavers who are also having to take care of and/or help our elder parent(s) have experienced this tactic as another attempt to slow us down from doing our spiritual Ascension work during 2012. Team Dark does not care how or who or what; they only care about stopping, preventing, derailing or destroying the Starseeds/Lightworkers/Wayshowers and if they can do that by attacking or killing a family member and/or beloved pet, then that’s what they try to do and why.

The way Team Dark tried to make my Mom sick was to interfere with her remembering to take one prescription she takes at 2:00 PM every day. (Amongst other things she has acute Chronic Bronchitis — COPD.) I help her with all of her other medications, but this one she could easily take every day by herself. But, she suddenly began forgetting to take this one particular breathing med back in early September 2012. Normally I would be at my computer writing and would always know it was 2 PM because I’d hear her inhale this med every day like clockwork. However, in early September I was profoundly exhausted and weak myself and was falling asleep nearly every afternoon, and because of this wasn’t aware for weeks that she was being helped to forget to take this particular medication every day.

Of course it didn’t take long at all of her missing a few days of this medication in the first-half of September to start her coughing again, plus she was suddenly having really serious pains in her chest area. Not her heart, but her whole chest and lungs into her back. Very quickly she became more frail and weak, was running a low fever and loosing some more weight. (Imagine what it must be like being in your seventies and eighties and living the Ascension Process as a Starseed Lightworker! Now imagine coming under repeated attacks from Team Dark/the Negatives because you are from Team Light. Imagine how exhausted and weak you might feel if you were that age in 2012 and being interfered with like this to cause you to become sick or sick enough to possibly die.

FIRST TRIP TO URGENT CARE

Instead of immediately going to Urgent Care we both thought it best to try a few other things first so that’s what we did. Her debilitating coughing only continued, plus she started having a fever too which I knew meant her lungs were infected. It was around this time that she confessed she’d been forgetting to take her 2PM medication in September. I also remembered that I’d forgotten for like the fifth time during August and September to go to the pharmacy and replace another of her inhaler devices (a plastic tube to inhale meds through) because it was old and not working as it should have been. Can we say interference?! But, it was too late, she was sick by this point and getting both of her breathing meds in her correctly wasn’t enough to solve the problem so off to Urgent Care we went in early October.

Long story short, Mom’s female doctor works at this Urgent Care office also (hence the only reason we go to it) so she was already familiar with my Mom, her COPD, her meds etc. Problem was that the doctor didn’t attack her lung infection and coughing really hard like she has in years past when this has happened, but this time gave Mom a lower dosage antibiotic and other lung medication. Translated this simply meant that after taking both of those meds given at Urgent Care for her Chronic Bronchitis in early October, they weren’t strong enough so they only made things slightly better. Frustrations galore and I’m realizing that we’re being interfered with again and need to amp-up our defenses against these Team Dark tactics. Gawd they are tenacious and determined.

During the week that Mom’s on the antibiotics and prednazone I knew it wasn’t going to completely cure her lung infection and coughing so I told her that the day she took the last two pills we were going straight back to Urgent Care again if I heard her cough once! We talked about all of this and what had gone on with her forgetting to take her 2PM breathing medication and my passing out at that time so I’d not be aware that she’d forgotten to take it. We got up-to-speed in other words and realized that we both we being interfered with and that we both needed to go into Light Warrior mode yet again despite the sickness, despite the exhaustion, despite the mental interference.

SECOND TRIP TO URGENT CARE

Mom finished her two prescriptions but was still coughing so the next Monday morning we were at Urgent Care again for a second round of stronger antibiotics and prednazone. Now here’s where Team Dark shows up more physically and through a stranger(s) which I’ve experienced innumerable times.

Because there were plenty of younger adults and young kids in Urgent Care the week prior and they all were sick with highly contagious flu viruses or colds, I was concerned about both of us being stuck in the waiting room with those contagious strangers. (1.) Mom catching some virus like that could make her very sick and weak enough to end up in the hospital and/or kill her. (2.) I have no insurance and pay cash when I need to go to the dentist or Urgent Care…which is extremely rare because I absolutely abhor those places/systems and all other patriarchal ones like them! Because of these reasons I was concerned about Mom and I being trapped in the Urgent Care waiting room with a bunch of highly contagious adults and children. Mom’s Chronic Bronchitis isn’t contagious so that wasn’t an issue.

Whenever we leave our house I make sure we both have done Lisa Renee’s 12 D Shield, and when needed I also expand the Light field when we have to go into especially energetically unpleasant and/or physically contagious places such as Urgent Care to further protect us both on multiple levels. This second trip to Urgent Care I wanted to get there a few minutes before they opened so we wouldn’t have to sit there with other contagious people for too long. As I drove into the parking lot there was one car ahead of us trying to get there first. I parked next to it and the woman in that car saw my weak, frail, coughing 82-year-old Mother and rushed to get herself and her teenage daughter in line ahead of us.

We’re standing in line outside the Urgent Care entrance waiting for it to open and this truly repulsive low-frequency woman and her teenage daughter are in front of Mom and I, which is where I’d rather they were instead of behind us actually. These two people are of the lower frequency and consciousness group and are very easy and receptive human puppets that non-physical Team Dark manipulate to affect other people and situations etc. In cases such as this, no one needs to say a word or physically do anything because the extreme differences in Light/Dark energies and the immediate irritations and repulsion they cause are energetically reverberating like invisible bombs exploding in the space around us all; higher and lower frequencies and consciousness clashing and greatly irritating each other while trapped within the same physical space together.

Urgent Care opens after about fifteen minutes and everyone signs in and sits down to wait to be seen. I seat Mom by the open door so she’s got fresh air and is as close to our car as I could get. The lower frequency Mother and daughter sit down in chairs directly opposite us…of course. While waiting I found an empty spot on the floor to stare at so I could telepath to the doctor, whoever it was that day, to hurry up and arrive. I clairvoyantly located the doctor who was in his car on the way there. He was another of the doctors that works at that medical group and Urgent Care office and he’s treated my Mom before for this same problem. While I was having my telepathic remote viewing conversation with the doctor in his car, the repulsive woman and her daughter were both mentally in their mobile phones distracting themselves that way.

In the midst of my private telepathic conversation with this male doctor I suddenly felt a wave of negativity directed at me from the repulsive woman (Mother) seated across from us. I quickly finished my telepathic chat with the male doctor, lifted my eyes from the small empty spot on the floor I’d found so I could view and have this conversation as privately as possible in a room full of people, and shifted my physical gaze directly at the repulsive woman and made deliberate potent eye contact with her. By this intentional action I let her know that I heard and felt her and I was confronting her about what she was doing energetically to me. She immediately made a facial gesture of utter hatred and disgust and shook her head right and left in a gesture of “No”. I couldn’t believe how blatantly she was being used by Team Dark to try and get at me while we were all waiting in Urgent Care.

I’ve experienced this exact thing dozens of times over the past thirteen Ascension years and I should be used to it by now, but I confess, it blows my mind every time it happens. If humanity only knew how easily and often they are intentionally used and manipulated by the unseen Negatives to cause problems, pain, misery, injury etc. in other people they’d be horrified beyond belief. Well many of them would be, some would think it a great way to harm others.

Unlike many other people who might have only smiled politely at this woman and enabled her to continue this negative crap, I telepathed at her to “Get back in your phone and be quiet!” The repulsive woman dropped her attitude gaze from me, lifted her cell phone back up again and mentally focused on it and remained there until they called her and her daughter in to see the doctor. (My personal decision to do or not do this sort of thing is a complex and lengthy article all by itself, but I’ve learned after years of confusion over situations with many people like this that I’m here to carry Light, not enable the Dark to further use people to harm me and mine or each other.)

We were called next, saw the male doctor, got two stronger prescriptions for Mom, and made our escape from Urgent Care as quickly as we could. The prior Friday I’d talked with Mom about our possibly going to the grocery store after our second trip to Urgent Care ONLY if she honestly felt strong enough to do so. We talked about it and I questioned her repeatedly over the weekend about it and how she was feeling, and then again Monday morning before we left for Urgent Care and again in the car as we left. She said she felt strong enough to go grocery shopping so off we went to do some much-needed grocery hunting and gathering.

GROCERY STORE, MAGIC BANANAS, MOM RUNS OUT OF GAS, TWO LIGHTBEINGS COME TO HELP

As I drove into the grocery store parking lot I located a handicapped parking space close to the entrance/exit door which I was grateful for because I knew that Mom and I would each have a shopping cart full of stuff when done and that we’d both be tired. Off we headed into the grocery store to buy what we each needed.

The last section we go to is the produce section and as Mom and I arrived there we both immediately headed towards the bananas because they were very clearly lit from above with bright white Light and highlighted as if by unseen Angels! Seriously, we both looked at each other with goofy, wide-eyed grins and then back at the showcased bananas and couldn’t believe how utterly perfect every single banana looked under the brilliant white Light. Not one of them had a single bruise or was slightly green and I’ve never seen that, ever! We immediately collected a bunch of these illuminated sheer perfection magic bananas while grinning at each other and repeatedly checking out the white Light mysteriously highlighting them all. We didn’t physically say anything about what we both saw and felt, but unquestioningly bought a big bunch of those beautiful bananas and finished in the produce section and headed for the checkout. Now here’s where Team Dark maneuvers into position, again.

We get to the checkout and Mom is behind me which was my first mistake. I should have, and always will now when she’s able to go shopping with me, have her go first so I’m behind her blocking any interference and attempts to redirect her away and separate us while out in the world. I had about half of my groceries loaded on to the checkout conveyor belt when another store employee grabbed my Mom and, trying to help her checkout faster, pulled her off to another checkout lane. I knew this female cashier was only trying to help, but, I also knew it was the old Team Dark divide and conquer maneuver they use on everyone, but certainly on Starseeds/Lightworkers.

I’m loading my groceries as fast as I can while repeatedly glancing over my shoulder trying to find where the cashier took my Mom. I know what’s coming and I know who’s behind separating us at the end of the shopping trip when Mom is totally spent and exhausted and too weak to unload her unusually full shopping cart after being so sick for September and half of October. My mind is racing, “Hurry, find her, hurry, this is not good, hurry…”

Finally I get my groceries paid for and can see where my Mom is and she’s gone all white and gaunt and I know she’s at the edge of passing out right there in the grocery store. I speed myself and my cart full of paid groceries over to where she is and tell her to just hang on to the edge and not move. She barely hears me and can’t even move. And, of course, all the baggers (employees who bag your groceries after they’ve been scanned) have mysteriously disappeared so I start frantically bagging Mom’s groceries as fast as I can while watching her to see if she starts sinking to the floor because she’s passing out. Unbelievable how quickly and completely she got hit with utter exhaustion as she literally ran out of energy.

Somehow I got all of her groceries bagged and in her shopping cart and paid for while I’m watching her looking like she’s going into shock. I attached her hands to her shopping cart and told her to not let go of it. I got us and our two full shopping carts out-of-the-way so that other people could get around us and exit the store. I was trying to get Mom’s cash (change) back into her wallet and her wallet back into her purse and her purse zipped closed so we could finally get outside and get her seated in the car. As long as she was in the car everything would be okay, but how I was going to get her in her condition and two full shopping carts to the car was another story!

Mom is clutching her shopping cart and looks like death warmed-over and it’s clearly obvious that she’s in serious trouble and on the brink of passing out. I don’t know how she’s still standing actually and she’s not responding to anything I’m saying and she isn’t turning her head to look at me or anything…because she can’t. She’s gone but still standing somehow. “Get her in the car, get her in the car, get her in the car…” my mind is screaming at me.

I got both of our shopping carts steered out the exit/entrance door about five feet and then stopped us. I looked at her in a semi trance-like, shock-like half-in and half-out of her body state and knew we were in real trouble. In the next moment I sensed a tremendous urge to “GO!” which my rational mind thought was utter folly, yet, I instantly followed this powerful higher suggestion to make a run for the car. Just before I took off under this strange and powerful “GO!” impulse I looked at the car across the parking lot and saw a large area between us and it of bright and dense white Light. It was about fifty feet wide and about ten foot tall and looked and felt like a field of white Light had suddenly been manifested to help us get Mom and our groceries to the car without any interference from any human or Team Dark. This area of dense white Light began at the very spot where I had stopped us which was about five feet outside the exit/entrance door to the grocery store, and extended all the way across the parking lot and about five feet beyond our car. This white Light area was amazing looking yet seemed perfectly normal to me in that moment.

As I push-off hard and fast across the parking lot without my Mom at my side — which I simply could not believe I was doing knowing she could barely stand on her own right then — I thankfully simultaneously clairvoyantly saw and felt two slender tubular shaped and extremely tall Lightbeings behind me flanking Mom at her right and left elbows. The two Lightbeings had levitated Mom about 2.5 inches off the physical ground at her elbows with their Light radiating fingertips and were literally steering her and her shopping cart across the parking lot and eventually to the back of our car next to me. They literally were levitating my Mom and her full shopping cart — levitating as in NOT touching the ground physically from what I clairvoyantly saw, felt and heard — across the parking lot and to the passenger side of the back of our car where I could then physically take hold of her and finally get her seated in the car.

Yes, unbelievably, I rushed out ahead of my completely incapacitated 82-year-old Mother pushing only my shopping cart because I had to even though I couldn’t believe I’d knowingly left her in such a vulnerable condition unconsciously clutching her shopping cart and unable to move, speak, focus, see the car or get to the car! That lower rational part of my mind was thinking “WTF!” as I physically launched myself and my shopping cart across the parking lot, but the reason I did so was because that “GO!” message I’d felt was from the two Lightbeings. Some part of me knew this before I even clairvoyantly saw them and was only seeing the large section of white Light I’d just stepped into. As all this is happening in that wonderful No Time place/state, I’m acutely aware that I and my Mom have transitioned from lower linear time space frequency range and reality into a higher quantum frequency range due to the two Lightbeings and the protected white Light passageway they created for us. I’ve experienced this state many times before and it’s always so wonderful, freeing and so natural feeling. Linear time simply doesn’t exit beyond the narrow frequency range where it does exist, and getting out of it always feels so natural and great.

When in a higher, faster quantum frequency range the physical world and people in it either looks and feels significantly slowed and very distant, or like its been put on pause, or it completely disappears from your range of perception. To the people back in “normal” linear time space Earth frequency, nothing is happening out of the ordinary because they’re not seeing, feeling, hearing or perceiving these other higher frequency ranges and vast spaces and Beings that exist within many of them. But from a slightly higher and faster No Time place/state frequency it looks like where I’ve just exited from (physical Earth reality) has disappeared from my view…and from my concern for those all too brief moments. That’s what happened again in this experience from my perspective — and as I found out later when my Mom was strong enough to talk about what she experienced — from her perspective too. We both experienced exiting physical 3D Earth reality and it all disappearing from our view; everything except the white Light area and the two tall Lightbeings.

Because this was an Emergency Assist Event it was different from previous multidimensional experiences I and my Mom both have had with other Starbeings and Lightbeings. This was us being aided by two Lightbeings because we weren’t going to make it to the car without some form of higher assistance. Because it was an emergency help event, there were no great insights or lessons to be learned or teachings to be exchanged from Angelic Lightbeing to incarnate Starseed Lightworker. There wasn’t time for it then, it was just what it was in that moment; help from a much higher frequency. Because this was emergency help and not a more typical lengthy higher dimensional educational event or meeting, I knew while I was in the white Light racing towards my car and once there frantically opening the passenger side door and hatchback to load the groceries, that the two Lightbeings wouldn’t allow any other human into that white Light space because it would have harmed them. I knew that these two Lightbeings had created this higher frequency Light space field to help get Mom to the car, give me time to get her seated in the car, let me unload the groceries as quickly as I could while they protected her, get myself into the car, and finally get Mom inside the house.

Once the two Lightbeings arrived with Mom and her shopping cart up behind me and to the passenger side of the back of the car, I took her by her arms and directed her into the car. She was amazingly light and abnormally easy for me to move so this told me the two Lightbeings were still helping us both. I could feel the two Lightbeings in the space directly above me and I could still see the dense white Light, but now with faint images of bits of other cars and people in the parking lot showing through somewhat. No 3D physical earthly sounds at all yet, just brief glimpses of bits of old 3D slowly coming back into partial view through the dense white Light we were in. I knew the other people were being kept busy, distracted, slowed down, or outright paused by the two Lightbeings to prevent them from walking or driving into the white Light space so I was doing everything as quickly as I could, both for Mom’s sake, but also for the two Lightbeings and the other people driving and walking in the parking lot.

While I was frantically throwing the groceries into the back of the car I knew Mom needed something to eat and that it would help her regain some strength. So while unloading both of our shopping carts into the car, my mind was racing trying to discern what I should grab out of all those groceries to give her to eat in the car. I couldn’t find anything except — are you ready? — the bunch of bananas. (It was as if I was being blocked to find anything other than the bananas in those moments which told me the Lightbeings were directing me with that also.)

Yes, the perfection bananas magically lit with white Light from above suddenly made sense so I grabbed one of them and raced around to the passenger side of the car, shoved it into Mom’s lap and told her to eat it immediately. I rushed back to finish loading the groceries and get the two shopping carts out-of-the-way. I checked Mom again because her car door was open this whole time and she literally had one foot dangling out and one hand hung limp down at the edge of the car. I lifted her foot into the car, moved her hand in and helped her get her seat-belt on and finally closed her car door.

By this point I could more easily see through the white Light and saw three people walking slowly towards us so I knew No Time was running out and that the Light Field was about to disappear and that we were going to impact back into physical linear time space reality again. Bummer, big bummer after having these few No Time moments — even though they were stressful and frantic — of not being IN 3D density and having to endure all the matching people, crap, noise, pollution of every type and other frequency stuff that goes along with it. I was about to be impacted from dropping out of higher frequency space and No Time back down into slow motion density and consciousness insanity again and it was going to hurt and frustrate me because it always does when I have to reenter the Snake Pit again. The contrast between just these two levels is almost too much to endure emotionally, and physically too, but mostly emotionally at this point.

As soon as I’m in the car, closed my door and started the engine, in that instant we were completely back in 3D density and linear time space again and “reality” came screaming, roaring, rushing back in all around me/us in that split second and it was horrible. Truly horrible. Imagine going from a protected space of nothing but white Light and two amazing Lightbeings, zero sounds, zero interference, zero humans and human interference of any type such as thoughts, energies, emotions etc., zero Team Dark interference, zero crap of all kinds and then in an instant you’re back into it all again. Like I said, the contrast was horrible and nearly overwhelming to me in October 2012.

But, we’re in the car as are our groceries and we’re heading home. Mom and I both are sort of in shock or in some weird traumatic state and she wasn’t talking or moving much so I knew it wasn’t done yet. During the drive home I did not notice that she hadn’t eaten the banana or that she couldn’t move much and was still in a very weakened condition. I was not seeing some of these things because there were things going to happen that were for Mom and not me and so I was purposefully not seeing certain things at this point.

We get home, I parked the car and got Mom out of the car and up the steps into the house. Again she feels abnormally light and easy to maneuver which told me the two Lightbeings were still overhead somehow even though I wasn’t seeing any white Light or them at this point. I could feel them nearby and knew they were helping me get Mom up the steps and into the house safely. I led her to her bedroom and sat her in her recliner chair, got her some water and noticed the uneaten banana in her hand. I told her to not get out of the chair and that I had to unload the car and that I’d do that as quickly as I could and then return. It was while I was doing this that she had some much-needed insights from the two Lightbeings.

TOO WEAK TO OPEN THE BANANA RADIATING WHITE LIGHT

Incomprehensibly to me, it didn’t even dawn on me, and it normally would have, that Mom was so weak that she couldn’t even open the damned illuminated white Light perfection banana! So while I’m rushing like crazy again to unload all the groceries from the car and up the steps and into the house, it hasn’t entered my awareness that Mom hasn’t eaten the banana yet and that she needed help to open it and peel it! Like I said, normally this is something that I would have automatically known and done for her but didn’t even realize this time. So while I’m bringing the groceries in Mom is struggling to open the banana and can barely get one hand up to hold onto it. She told me later that it took her nearly the whole time I was unloading the groceries just to get the banana opened and peeled. But, once she got about three bits of the banana into her, she said she started feeling better and stronger very quickly.

She also told me later that once she’d finished all the banana she had enough strength to lift the peel and place it on the nightstand next to her. She said she could still see the white Light radiating off the peel on the nightstand while she sat there regaining some strength and sipping water.

During this time I briefly checked her and saw that she was getting a bit stronger so I went back and finished putting all the groceries and frozen food away. When finished I went to Mom’s bedroom and got her shoes off, got her more food etc., and then we just sat and talked about what we’d each experienced. This next part is what she told me she’d seen and felt during the white Light and two Lightbeings parking lot event.

She told me that when I stopped us just outside of the exit/entrance door at the grocery store when we were leaving, she knew she was half out of her body and in a very bad way and was worried she’d pass-out and someone would call an ambulance and haul her off to the hospital. She told me that when I stopped us at that point she suddenly saw the white Light field appear exactly as I saw it and described it already. At the physical point where I stepped into it ahead of her, was the same physical spot where she did and it was also where and when she felt that her feet and her shopping cart were no longer touching the ground. She said she couldn’t see me, the car, or anything else except the dense white Light from the same physical spot just outside the entrance/exit door to the grocery store all the way across the parking lot — which was about 50 feet — and the two Lightbeings levitating her and her shopping cart up to where they lowered her back down to the ground next to me at the rear passenger side of our car.

While listening to her describe what she experienced, it was wonderful because I’d seen and felt it too while rushing across the parking lot with her and the two Lightbeings a few steps behind me. In that moment of ultra weirdness where I saw these two Lightbeings levitating my Mom and her shopping cart and literally carry her across a public parking lot in broad daylight, I suddenly remembered a funny pet video I’d seen a couple of years ago of a woman holding her small dog over a bathtub full of water and the dog’s little legs were dog-paddling in the air above the bath water! That was the hilarious thought I had while dashing across the parking lot and clairvoyantly seeing my Mom being levitated by two Lightbeings but her two physical feet still walking…dog-paddling about 2.5 inches above ground in the air just like the little dog in that funny pet video!

From Mom’s perspective all she saw while levitating/walking/dog-paddling across the parking lot was the dense white Light field and the two Lightbeings. She told me she knew her legs and feet were walking yet not touching the ground and that her shopping cart was also easily moving along not touching the ground. I and the car came back into her range of vision once the Lightbeings deposited her and her shopping cart next to me at the back of the car. She said she could then see and hear me but not much of anything else.

She also told me that she felt the two Lightbeings were with us all the way home and also helped us get her up the stairs and into the house. Once she was safely in the house and seated in her bedroom and had eaten the glowing white Light banana, she said she was aware the two Lightbeings were slowly retreating.

It took us a couple of days to process this whole event and make all the connections and insights and thoroughly share what we each had seen and felt with each other. These types of larger physical shifts out of linear time space (such as this one that happened, again, while out in public!) into other areas and then back again typically takes days to fully process, digest, and get the larger overview of what and why it happened. More about the larger reasons why the two Lightbeings showed up in October 2012 to help us near the end of this very long article.

I APOLOGIZE FOR THIS NEXT PART

This experience with the two Lightbeings (not Starbeings as we’ve both experienced many times in years and decades past but Lightbeings) happened on Monday, October 15, 2012. This next experience happened on Wednesday, October 17, 2012. They are of course connected.

So early Wednesday morning I’m getting ready to go shopping alone and as I walk past Mom’s bedroom I noticed something dark colored on her carpet. She was out in the livingroom and hadn’t seen this when she woke up, and who knows, it may have not even been there when she did get up! But as I’m ready to leave the house to shop, I see this dark something on her carpet in her bedroom so I went in to see what it was. In those moments while I’m looking at these three small very dark spots of something on her carpet, my brain is straining to figure out what in the hell they are. I turned the overhead light on to get a better look and got down on my hands and knees and then I saw that the three dark spots where diarrhea. YES, they were shit spots! Sorry, but they were three small pools of diarrhea in a location in her bedroom that would have been very difficult for a human to produce…even at a run for the bathroom!

Mom hears my crushing and questioning and comes in to see what I’m carrying on about. She looks at them and said they weren’t there when she woke up about an hour earlier. But, because I have to cover all bases, I asked her if she had any accidents that could have caused the three spots and I actually checked her pajamas, her shoes, the rest of the carpet etc. Nope, Mom was not the guilt party, so I next went to the cat and then the cat box in search of signs of diarrhea and I found nothing there either. This cat has never, ever had diarrhea in his life so I know it didn’t come from him. And I knew I didn’t wander into my Mom’s bedroom and dribble diarrhea in there so, that leaves…Team Dark as the most likely source of it.

In case you think I’ve lost my mind entirely understand that in this pre-Ascension world run by Team Dark, it’s not uncommon to have really wonderful and extraordinary experiences as we had with the two Lightbeings followed with some unpleasant shitty something happening afterwards as a way for Team Dark to leave their mark to let you know how they feel about The Light and those of The Light. Said another way, finding some shit on Mom’s carpet two days after such a wonderful connection with those Lightbeings didn’t surprise me that much but it did tell me that that’s about all they’re capable of at this point with Mom and I. That is very positive and telling news.

THE REASON THIS COULD EVEN HAPPEN NOW

Let’s wrap this lengthy story up with the deeper level implications it carries for many of us in October and now November 2012. And, sorry it’s taken me so long to write this but it’s been super intense and exhausting and I expect it will be for the rest of 2012 and maybe a bit beyond too.

After thinking about the fact that it was Angelic-like Lightbeings that showed up to help us in the parking lot and not the more familiar higher dimensional humanoid Starbeings, I understood that this was a message in itself to me (which I knew I was to pass on to you reading this) about how far I and my Mom and many of us actually are on The Bridge out of the old duality patriarchal Earth and into the new ascended Earth world right now. It was also a message from those Lightbeings to me that I was to pass on to all of you who now need a personal, wide awake, fully conscious, direct living picture and/or explanation about what it feels like, what it looks like, how fast it actually happens etc. when you exit out of linear 3D time and space with your physical body and enter into another higher frequency level/dimension/location etc. that’s quantum or within No Time or the eternal Now Moment.

Many people have talked about how certain Starbeings/ETs/”Galactic Federation” etc. are going to come and “save” them or “rescue” them or “lift them off the planet’s surface when things get bad” etc. but that’s not the case in my opinion and I’ve said so many times over the years. Ascension is an individual thing that’s earned energetically, Alchemically by each person because it must be this way. Like attracts like and this is why we each will find ourselves drawn towards a matching external frequency Earth world or other place, location/dimension etc. as the 12-21-12 Expiration Date comes and goes.

In other words, this experience with these two Lightbeings in mid-Oct. 2012 was to help Mom and I, and you reading this, better understand how suddenly, how quickly, how easily and effortless it can be for us now to take just one step out of the old negative 3D duality world and dimension frequency range we all incarnated into in this life with these physical bodies, and instantly find ourselves existing elsewhere with these physical bodies. This experience helped me better see and understand that this grand shift, this final transition out of the dense negative world we incarnated into decades ago, this stepping off of the transitional Bridge on to the new 5D Ascended Earth will be like everything else within the Ascension Process; it will unfold in many Stair Steps so that we don’t kill our physical bodies or blow our minds or central nervous systems or rip our psyches to shreds in the process!

November and December of 2012 is going to be super compressed for many of us with these final Stair Steps energetically preparing us for transition and existence in either the new 5D Ascended Earth world, or another Earth world where duality will exist for all who desire it but Team Dark will NOT be there at all, ever. So expect to have more experiences and awareness of new things, Beings, places, multiple dimensions, probabilities, different timelines etc. for the rest of 2012 and certainly into the new that 2013 will bring.

“Thanks for a fascinating post about this article. It was very synchronistic for me. Do you have any insights about what it is like to be on the bridge and crossing the bridge? I resonated with Calliope/Karin about being ready on the 3D level as well. Any insights on how the 3D interfaces with the bridge? Do we still have to pay taxes while when we are on/crossing the bridge? Seriously though, when you are moving away from the dark energetically, are you moving away from the 3D/dark structures? I have seen many opting out of the dark systems/structures and some even becoming self-reliant for example. Does the bridge have anything to do with that or do you still live day-to-day using the 3D systems yet operate at a higher frequency only? Just curious about your experience. For some reason I have felt that ascension meant we have to take more responsibility for ourselves and not rely on outside structures for any of our needs, but maybe this is erroneous. I realize this may be too much thinking/too 3D, haha! Thanks! ♥

Because I’ve had different people ask me this same question over the years, I’d like to use Jen’s Comment question (from another article) and give it its own article which hopefully more people will see. Thanks Jen. ❤

I’ve been on the Ascension Bridge for a few years now just as many of us have and I’ve been paying taxes, paying rent, buying groceries, showering, doing laundry, sifting cat poop out of the cat’s litter box the entire time. 😉 Here’s why these old patriarchal 3D systems have persisted up to the date of this writing.

Is everyone familiar with the astrological term “cusp“? Most are used to it describing when a person’s birthday exists between where one astrological sign ends and the next sign begins and is referred to as on the cusp of such and such two signs which indicates that both signs influences are in play. This same thing is happening throughout our lifetimes because they’re happening on the cusp of the ending Age of Pisces (2,100 yearlong cycle) and the beginning of the Age of Aquarius. This alone would indicate tremendous changes across the entire planet because Age changes are incredibly potent and reality changing on their own. However, there’s SO much more happening now such as the culmination of a 26,000 yearlong Precessional cycle — one orbit through all twelve of the 2,100 yearlong astrological Ages; the culmination of a Galactic cycle — one rotation of the Milky Way galaxy which is about 225 million years long, and other cycles of incredibly long duration all completing and aligning now like a grand Cosmic and Galactic birthday! These are the reasons why we’ve all been working and struggling our ways through the Ascension Process over the past twenty-five years or so because everything/everyone everywhere has been, is, and will be changing (evolving) into a very new and different level where we all will continue our spiritual learning and creativity etc.

For the years that we Forerunners have been ‘sequestered’ off in our minuscule side-world waiting and work bubbles that have been a vibrational match to each of us, we’ve continued doing our Light Work for all, but from a few higher frequency energy Stair Steps farther along within the Ascension Process. Needless to say after years of this it’s caused most of us Forerunners to have serious cases of “cabin fever”! Not having a full-sized matching frequency world to live and move around in for many years has been highly frustrating and claustrophobic feeling and we’re all very anxious to step out into the new ascended world waiting for us all on the other side of the Bridge and Expiration Date.

In the past I’ve talked a bit about how this transitional position often looks from my current perspective. Many times it’s looked to me like viewing through a long and slightly downward pointing black tunnel back to the old 3D world and people in it but everyone is blurry around the edges because I can’t pull them into clear 3D focus from my vibratory vantage point. It looks somewhat like when you look through the wrong end of binoculars; everything looks far away and smaller but just add a big black tunnel around what you’re seeing and make it slightly blurry around the edges of everything including people.

For years now this has often been what I see when I look at the old lower frequency patriarchal Earth world reality and people in it from my waiting/working bubble Stair Step. My viewpoint (current level of frequency which is a different location) and perception (current level of consciousness) is still evolving (continuing to change) now and the things I see, hear, smell, feel, sense etc. are continuing to change the further across the Bridge I go. The same is and will be the case for each of us so be open to big evolutionary changes to yourself, your consciousness and external reality.

Many times when I’ve had to go back down energetically to the 3D physical world to get something unpleasant done like go to the DMV office (Department of Motor Vehicles) — I wrote about this but can’t remember the title of it or I’d add a link here — the post office, a bank (banks are extra horribly dense and congested energy places that instantly make me feel like I’m being physically crushed from the heavy lower frequency density that money and money consciousness exude coupled with the human collective fears, frustrations, worries and anger over money and not having enough of it etc.), medical or dental offices, medical labs, Urgent Care places and all other lower vibrating locations full of nothing but dense duality patriarchal energies and consciousness.

Another visual anomaly I’ve experienced a few times due to this evolving/ascending gap in frequencies and locations (different Stair Steps) is that large locations of dense patriarchal physical 3D simply disappear from my view. I wrote about one of these shocking experiences that happened when I walked into a DMV office two years ago I think it was and literally couldn’t see or hear 99% of it because it was an absolute black void to me! No visuals, sounds, people or LIGHT at all in 99% of the entire DMV building which I’d been in many times before over the years, and all because the frequency gap or range between it and me was too great for me to bridge then so it, whatever it may be, disappears from our view.

(The next article I intend to publish is about another experience like this but with two Lightbeings my Mom and I had assistance from at the grocery store recently so please remember this article when you read it.)

(Also, I had to go to this same DMV building last month because my Mom needed to go and this time I could see every inch of the place and hear all the talking and other normal noises in busy public places like this. The whole place was blurry to my vision as most all lower frequency places and stores are, but at least this time it was closer within frequency range to where I’m currently existing which is why I could see it this time. In other words, even the DMV office has been drug upward into more and more Light over the past two years and because of this was visible to me this year. See how this works and why? Interesting isn’t it and makes it easier to understand why and how the Mayans, or anyone else, could suddenly “disappear” from 3D according to those who remained in the lower 3D frequency range and matching consciousness. This disappearing business will happen to more of us as we cross the Bridge and Expiration Date from both our perspectives and also from the perspectives of those who haven’t crossed it yet or won’t cross it.)

Experiences of having physical reality suddenly disappear from your perceptual range are highly unnerving and they’re happening now to more people because you/me/us are literally moving out of frequency range of it. This is the primary reason why so many of you have had trouble seeing the old world clearly and having it appear slightly out of focus or blurry to your higher, faster, more Light-filled body, vision and perceptual frequency range that you’re existing within.

This is only about some of what it’s visually looked like to me, not about how it’s felt or affected me physically and emotionally when I need or have to go into any lower frequency place to shop, get things done that must be done according to the old patriarchal world systems and laws etc. For me, having to go back down vibrationally into that “normal” world since February 1999 has been in many ways more painful and difficult than the Ascension symptoms. This is why most Starseeds/Lightworkers/Wayshowers do their best to avoid being in the old lower frequency patriarchal world as much as possible, and when we do have to go out there we do it as quickly as possible so we can get back to our higher frequency homes and recuperate from another trip down into the 3D Underworld. Sheer torture.

Jen asked, “…when you are moving away from the dark energetically, are you moving away from the 3D/dark structures?” and the answer is YES.

You move away (ascend/evolve) from everything and everyone that still exists within that lower frequency 3D space, place, level, dimension, timeline, consciousness, belief systems, structures etc. Everything and everyone, unless they too are existing at or close enough to the same frequency range (Stair Step) that you’re embodying at that moment. Typically all Starseeds/Lightworkers/Wayshowers/Indigos have moved towards the Bridge with more crossing it now, however, over the Ascension years many of the Forerunners have moved ahead by a few Stair Steps, then more would catch up with us, which causes more to move up a few more Stair Steps below us all and so on.

But yes, one does literally, vibrationally move away from that world where the old patriarchal 3D /dark structures and consciousness still exist. This is why the Forerunners have also been called Pathpavers because that’s exactly what they’ve done; pave a pathway of higher frequency Light energies out of lower frequency Duality density 3D world. This entire topic is really about different levels of frequency, consciousness, and density — lower/higher, more dense/less dense, darker/lighter, slower/faster frequencies etc. That’s what this Ascension Process, Shift of Ages, Separation of Worlds, of timelines and everything else is really all about — different rates and levels of frequency and their matching consciousness and realities.

What’s been happening in highly compressed ways over the past twenty-five years (very intensely physically since 1999) is much like the cusp symbolism. Many of the Forerunners transmuting and embodying the Ascension Process through our bodies have been sequestered for years slightly ahead of the rest in our matching frequency work/waiting bubbles, yet, because we’ve been within close enough frequency range to drop back down a bit and reenter the old dense patriarchal world we all were born into in these lives/bodies, we could still go shopping, pay our taxes, and sift through the cat litter when needed!

Why in the world would we want to do that you might be wondering? Only because the new higher frequency ascended world wasn’t ready for us yet and we weren’t ready for it, even though we thought we were. It is now however and this is why there’s so many of us currently crossing the Bridge. Yes it’s physically and emotionally painful to go back down to the lower frequency world but we’ve done it for many years already because we’ve been on the cusp of these two radically different worlds, frequencies, dimensions, consciousness, timelines and locations.

This won’t be the case for much longer however because there is a final Expiration Date to this business and the two Earth worlds and groups of people are soon to reach the absolute cutoff and separation point to this cuspal misery we’ve endured for so long. That Expiration Date is in the human Collective consciousness as the 12-21-2012 date. It can however happen before that date, or slightly after it, but it’s very close now and when we pass through it — cross the Bridge — the old systems completely expires and quickly begins to disappear from our perspectives.

2012 Deeper Level Energetic Scouring of Humanity, Earth & the Collective

July 12, 2012, while doing Lisa Renee’s 12 D Shield technique, I clairvoyantly saw something that I want to share. I’ve discovered, again, when I reached that point in the 12 D Shield where you visualize connecting to the center of the Earth, that things down there are changing and improving dramatically and rapidly this year. (These energetic changes happening below the surface of Earth (1D and 2D) are very positive signs of the rapid improvements happening energetically and physically within our planet in 2012, which of course includes everything else as well.)

What I saw during this point of doing the 12 D Shield visualization was different from the changes I’ve seen unfolding in Earth’s core and the surrounding areas so far in 2012. I clairvoyantly saw two different yet connected images; one was of the brilliant and beautiful free-flowing movements of Light Energies within the core of Earth and surrounding areas that had been dark and unmoving a few months ago. The second image was from a viewpoint out in space looking at Earth. What I saw from this position in space was Earth being continuously blasted—as in energetically sandblasted—by a force of Galactic Center Light Energies the likes of which we haven’t experienced previously during the entire Ascension Process!

This looked like a massive stream of white Light hitting Earth so hard that it’s causing bits and chunks of dense, lower frequency, encrusted, negative, human generated energies to be pulled to the surface and blown off the planet by this energy. These bits and pieces being energetically extracted and sandblasted from the Earth were NOT physical bits of land or anything like that, but were dense, lower frequency emotional, mental, psychic etheric energies created by humanity (the Collective) and the Negatives across time.

Please understand that this is not negative or dangerous so don’t misunderstand what I’m saying and think there’s going to be devastating physical Earth Changes disasters because that’s NOT what this is about. Granted it was an impressive and potent vision from that perspective in space, but the real magnificence of this vision was that Earth is and will continue for the rest of 2012 to be energetically scoured or sandblasted by Galactic Center Light Energies to such a degree and intensity that all dense, negative, lower frequencies are in the Process of being surfaced, transmuted, and removed from humanity, Earth and this world reality. Is this massive process going to be completed in the next few days or weeks? No, so don’t think this will be over and done with by the end of this month! It is and will continue to be very intense and at times not so pretty at all but, it will unfold faster than anything we’ve experienced so far within the twenty-five yearlong compressed Ascension Process. If it’s got to happen—and it absolutely does—then it’s better, it does so quickly.

While I was viewing/perceiving this image and its meanings to the degree I’m currently capable of, I was glad to see what I’ve known was heading energetically towards Earth/humanity and that it’s finally here…more correctly, that Earth/humanity has finally orbited into IT. I’ve known that the Starseeds/Lightworkers/Indigos could only do so much while within physicality and that Earth/humanity would eventually enter some profoundly intense Galactic Center (GC) energy emanations as the last-minute way to be activated (impulsed, compelled) to complete this Ascension Process and evolve everything and everyone to the next level. We Starseeds/Lightworkers/Indigos have transmuted so much and embodied so much over the years but eventually this process would reach the final stages, which we’re in now, which means all the remaining negative dense lower frequencies and consciousness on Earth, in Earth, in humanity, in human consciousness, in human bodies, in the planetary Collective, in this reality and timeline etc., would be fully immersed in Galactic Center Energy Waves as the way for them to finally get clear and transmute.

All the old lower frequency everything must exit between now and the end of this Evolutionary Cycle, which is the month of December 2012. Humanity and Earth have entered the super compressed and even more accelerated surface and clear out the remaining crap phase of the Ascension Process during the second half of 2012. How can humanity ascend and enter the next higher frequency level while still embodying so much lower frequency stuff? They cannot, so this intense last six-month Ascension Process phase happens to assist the masses make this huge evolutionary leap while in their physical bodies. These GC energies also activates and assists them to evolve out of lower frequency egoic Duality consciousness and negative Alien influences etc., and into higher frequency integrated HighHeart Triality consciousness and reality.

After getting all happy and excited seeing that this phase is finally happening to humanity/Earth and the Collective, I had to consider that there’s going to be some blow-back and a lot of people won’t handle this phase well at all. This final 2012 six-month Earth/Humanity/Consciousness/Collective sandblasting is rather like a human species and planet-wide exorcism of sorts, and it won’t be smooth sailing through this volatile phase of surfacing and clearing the density and negativity (consciously and otherwise) via this Galactic Center Ascension Light Energy we’ve orbited into.

THE MANY TRANSITIONS OF 2012 & BEYOND

There’s been talk recently about how humanity has more difficult and reality-changing years ahead, especially during the potent 2012–2015 Uranus/Pluto squares, but beyond that even. I know how utterly exhausted we Starseeds/Lightworkers/Indigos are at this point, and I know how ready everyone is for the good things to finally arrive physically. We Starseeds/Lightworkers/Indigos have worked and battled so long and hard towards these positive changes for all of humanity and life on Earth, that to hear there’s more difficult transitional years ahead is almost more than most of us can bear at this point. Nonetheless, we need to discuss this phase of the Ascension Process and transition and better understand it.

I want you exhausted, spent, borderline ready to throw-in-the-towel Starseeds/Lightworkers/Indigos to think about how you/me/each of us have lived, transmuting and embodying for years, decades and lifetimes already to get to this time we’re in now within the Ascension Process and timeline. I know how tempting it is now to lay down in the middle of the road and have a long, well-deserved nap in the midst of all this surfacing chaos, madness, collapsing of the perverted patriarchy, and the masses living the “end times” of the Ascension Process. But we can’t, so get up and listen for another moment please. Here comes my brilliant wisdom of the Ages — it’s so much harder and longer pushing the Ascension boulder up the mountain than it is shoving it over the top and watching it free-fall down the other side.

The Starseeds/Lightworkers/Indigos years ago pushed the Ascension boulder up the mountain and over the top and now it’s free-falling down the other side and all we need to do with that is let it do what it’s doing to and for the rest of humanity. The worst of the worst of the dark grunt work has already been done by us so relax a bit with where we are now in this Process. The tsunami-like flow to the finish line (12-21-2012) is always hairy, exciting, and super accelerated and there will be plenty of screaming, cursing, and tears of joy over simply reaching the completion and exit point of the past Evolutionary Cycle, the past 26,000 yearlong cycle and more.

But, once that exit point has been reached and crossed in late December 2012, the energy will shift and improve dramatically (to many of us but not so much for great numbers of the masses) because we will have entered a new Evolutionary Cycle and at a very different level of being. Humanity will be in the process of transitioning out of egoic duality consciousness, life and reality and evolving into integrated, polarity resolved “triality” or “unity” or High Heart consciousness, life and reality. This transition phase is and will continue to be a major one for everyone and yes, it will take some time, but like I said earlier it will happen very quickly once the Negatives and the old patriarchal systems and duality consciousness and frequencies aren’t functioning as the (hijacked) templates or blueprints for humanity and life on Earth.

From the end of December 2012 forward, humanity will have energetically entered a major transition phase due to having exited the past Evolutionary Cycle, while traversing the collapsing global patriarchal systems, structures and everything else, and entered or ascended into the new but not yet physically built “unity”, integrated, HighHeart-based world reality and systems. Because we’re talking about the physical realm, it’s going to take some time before all the old negative patriarchal rubbish is hauled off to the trash heap and replaced with higher frequency systems and structures. It’s going to take some time, and yet, due to the higher consciousness that so many will naturally have due to the Ascension Process, the Conscious Creating and Co-Creating and actual physical manifesting and/or building of the new integrated HighHeart Triality-based systems and structures can and will happen so much faster and easier.

STAIR STEPS: HIGHHEART TRIALITY CONSCIOUSNESS & BEING IS THE NEW BLUEPRINT FOR HUMANITY

Please remember those different Stair Steps (many levels, stages and layers of spiritual growth, focus, learning etc.) I’ve mentioned repeatedly over the years. Everyone is not standing on the same Stair Step today nor will they be tomorrow or on 12-21-12, and yet, every human will be existing within the new higher frequency Evolutionary Cycle and world with its set of rules after that date. We’re all in the same ascension/evolutionary boat, but we all have been and will continue entering it at slightly different times (timelines) which can be days, weeks or months apart now. This is why there will always be different Stair Steps or levels and stages within everything. Everyone will have made the evolutionary shift after the 12-21-12 completion and exit date, but everyone won’t be perceiving or functioning at exactly the same level or developmental stage of consciousness in the new Earth world. The horrendous and nearly unbearable gaps between individual consciousness and spiritual development and focus will not be as extreme as it was before the Ascension Process and 12-21-12 exit date, but slightly different levels of development and awareness (Stair Steps) will still exist within the masses existing within ascended unity or High Heart consciousness on Earth. That sounded worse than it will actually be so not to worry!

The Simultaneous Conscious Creating and Co-Creating of the new HighHeart Triality-based world, reality and life for all humans and life on Earth.

Even my listing those stages like that makes them look and seem like there’s huge space or linear distance in time between each event. There is some distance and time between each phase, but it’s also happening simultaneously which I realize sounds like a contradiction.

In the old linear patriarchal world of Duality we all incarnated into, things manifested in very different ways than they will from 2013 forward. What I’m struggling to express is that these different processes and phases listed above will be happening simultaneously, and yet, for many people IN THE PROCESS, it will seem to them to be unfolding in a linear way where one thing is followed by the next and the next etc. However, as their consciousness expands, they too will begin perceiving and living increasingly in Spherical consciousness and this communication difficulty I’m struggling with won’t matter because they’ll be there, living and being it. All those of us slightly further along on the ascension Stair Steps need to do is allow it to unfold for each person in their time, not ours. Later on they’ll join those of us who’ve been existing in or at the outer edges of individually integrated, unified HighHeart Triality-based consciousness for some time already.

“So many things seem to be happening. I will just describe a few. I have had this extreme awareness and knowing of all the “negative” aspects in my personality, in my being that need to be worked on. All that yucky dark stuff that usually make me cringe and want to hide. My usual reaction to the moments when i am digging deep, I mean deep inside myself, where most of us do not want to go, is to stop thinking about it, to dig my head in the sand because I have always struggled with self-worth. I have always felt like I was not good enough. I have almost been trained to hate myself. And to think about the “dark aspects” always made me depressed and loath myself. made me feel like a piece of shit if you will. I have always struggled with anxiety and depression. (raised in an extremely religious southern baptist household which I feel I could write a whole book on the ass backwardness of organized religion but I digress)

The other lifelong struggle has been the negative attacks from the dark humans. At school, in the work place, even friends have been down right nasty in the past. A best friend of mine who for almost 10 years we were together almost everyday (who is one of us she just does not know it yet) has witnessed and has been just as perplexed as I as to why I so frequently get attacked by people, usually male. In my life it made me feel as though something was inherently wrong with me. Even though I have always known I have a big heart and have so much love to give and that I was here for a purpose. I love like crazy. I don’t have a mean bone in my body yet I sometimes am treated like dirt by people. My spirit guides have shown me recently that all the attacks, anxiety, depression, physical and sexual abuse have been Team Dark trying to derail me. Their plan was to keep me so consumed with fear and confusion over what was “wrong” with me and what I did to deserve all the awful things done to me. I am very sensitive and am an empath so living in this world with these people and energies has been freaking awful. Well those little fuckers may have won that battle but they sure as heck are not winning the war! On some level for quite some time it worked for a long time but no more! I have spent the last 30 years trying to figure out what was wrong with me. Why did I feel so different. Why did I feel like an alien on this planet? So now when facing these dark aspects of myself there has been a major shift. In the last few days instead of hating myself I shine the dark corners with love and forgiveness. And boy does it feel good…

EVERY STARSEED’S FIRST THOUGHT TYPICALLY IS: “IT MUST JUST BE ME, RIGHT?”

Because my natal Sun is in Capricorn and in Capricorn’s natural 10th House, for decades I believed that my downright insane and miserable patriarchal encounters, head-butting fights, and those epic David vs. Goliath type battles with patriarchal persons in positions of power and/or authority were solely due to my Capricorn 10th House Sun and a lot of it was. In addition, my natal Saturn—ruler of my Capricorn Sun—is in Libra (along with three other planets including the ruler of my ASC) and this Libra stellium only amplified my always feeling at odds with the “normal” patriarchal masses and what to me have always been their negative and seriously crazy belief systems, ways and actions.

These lifelong tensions and squirmy feelings I’ve always had were tremendously amplified whenever I had to interact with (typically) older males in positions of “power” and “authority” in our society; bosses, police, judges, lawyers, doctors etc. (After the 1960s revolutionary battles with “the establishment”, certain females were allowed to publicly wield more patriarchal power too and they became power-hungry, ego-based, left-brained imbalanced patriarchal humans we Starseeds/Wanderers/Lightworkers/Indigos also had to navigate. There were no equal rights for women, there was join the patriarchal Boys Club because that’s all that existed. I’ll spare you my numerous unpleasant and oftentimes insane and ridiculous battles, attacks and showdowns I’ve experienced with the patriarchy during my sixty years on Earth and get into the WHY of it. Natal placements plus this second ingredient are intimately connected and why I’ve repeatedly experienced extreme negative battles and attacks from so many humans—mostly males but plenty of patriarchal entrenched females too—physically manifesting Team Dark’s alien agendas in this dimension and world.

This other energetic ingredient is being a Starseed. A Starseed with a Soul Mission and hardwired ability to transmute, integrate, resolve and transcend density, duality and negativity and return those energies to a higher frequency state of energetic neutrality or “unity” while in physicality. Needless to say this is not an easy, safe or pleasant job to do while within a negative polarized physical world reality, and most Starseeds (and “Volunteers”, Forerunners, Wayshowers, Pathpavers etc.) with this particular Soul Mission and ability (“Polarity Integrator” as Lisa Renee has called them) have had more than our fair share of negative, cruel and outrageous attacks and battles with the physical human patriarchy.

So yes, the answer to our first thought that it must be me is correct, but for different reasons than you and I believed for far too long. It is just me, just you, just us, because we Starseeds, Forerunners, Wayshowers are here now doing what we’re so good at doing with and to Duality energies. The real difficulty has always been that most Starseeds/Forerunners/Wayshowers typically don’t consciously remember that they Volunteered to incarnate on physical Earth now and why. A rare handful do remember from childhood that they intentionally came to Earth from elsewhere, whereas far more begin remembering later in adulthood. Other Starseeds, and even some Indigos, are triggered by their Higher Selves to begin consciously remembering their larger and more complex identity and Soul Mission(s) at specific times due to a multitude of personal, astrological, cosmic, multidimensional and evolutionary Ascension Process reasons.

But before a Starseed begins consciously remembering their greater identities and/or current physical plane Soul Mission, they typically believe the negative lies and BS that all the negativity, hostility, disrespect, violence, physical and etheric attacks, endless supply of abnormally imbalanced humans littering their earthly lifelong Path are somehow all their fault! They typically and automatically wonder what terrible thing(s) THEY must have done somewhere to create the constant negativity, darkness and cruel attacks from other humans during this lifetime. If you’ve bought into the “sin” and “guilt” or “karma” beliefs because you don’t remember your greater identity and Soul Contracts yet, then you assume that must be the reason for the endless negativity you attract from both living humans plus other-dimensional Beings, Aliens, Entities etc.

You, me, each of us typically runs these negative experiences through our own ego filters and naturally assume it is us, when in fact it is us, but it is only because we’re on Earth now to transmute and transcend the negativity in 3D and 4D primarily and NOT BECAUSE WE’VE DONE ANYTHING WRONG. My dearest fellow Starseeds/Forerunners/Wayshowers/Indigos, we naturally and automatically attract the negativity, insanity and imbalanced seen and unseen populations because we carry more Light here and the Dark instantly sees and recognizes us long before we ever recognize them! That unfortunate truth is simply part of our many different learning curves we must Master while here in 3D. We take plenty of beatings before we put two-and-two together, but once we finally do connect the inter-dimensional energy dots of our larger existence, identity and Soul Missions, we then move through our individual Soul Missions much easier, faster and with far less personal damages and wounds than before.

The farther along we individually go with transmuting polarized energies through our bodies and beings, the more we remember and embody High Heart or Unity or Triality Consciousness which makes our Work, our “jobs”, our Soul Missions here much easier, faster, less painful and polarized. We learn to reach and maintain emotional neutrality which is also greater and higher conscious awareness neutrality, with more and more things, people, situations, events, attacks and all the rest of it. We’re learning or have learned and mastered being and remaining within that third higher frequency space that exists vibrationally beyond (let’s say above for ease of communication) Duality which means we have an easier time NOT being affected or influenced by any physical human, nonphysical Being/Alien/Entity, or trans-dimensional events caused by either of them whether directed at us individually or not. It just is what it is and we simply do what we do with less and less drama, pain, negativity and time spent in those miserable battles and attacks. From my Denise perspective it took me far too long to reach the edges of this state of being and working of my earthly Soul Mission but there it is and what do I know about it all anyway? 😉

REMEMBER THE PRINCESS & THE PEA SYNDROME?

Starseeds/Indigos/Lightworkers are typically ultra-sensitives who FEEL things, people, events, locations, actions, thoughts, thought-forms, emotional energies, negativity, polarity etc. much more intensely than “normal” people do. Added to this is something I’ve become increasingly aware of over the past intense thirteen Ascension years (1999–2012) which is that the more polarized and dark or negative energies I’ve gotten rid of (transmuted and therefore removed), the less of it it now takes to make me feel like ultra crap! Hence, the Princess & the Pea business. This is another reason why our own inner dark, unresolved issues and energies—PLUS everyone else’s—feels so much larger and exaggerated to us than it actually is. The more Light there is, the more it highlights the Dark no matter how small it may now be. Don’t take it personally, don’t go into guilt over it, don’t obsess or fixate on it, remain emotionally neutral about it all and just do what you’ve been doing all along which is integrate it, transmute it, and transcend it back into unified Neutrality.

When we feel the dark or negative now it’s painful in new ways because it’s so profoundly amplified and highlighted by the abundant Light Energies now present. The dark thing only needs to be something small and simple now and yet it feels like a massive boulder under my twenty mattresses! “Consciousness” is rapidly becoming a whole-body and whole-being awareness instead of the old left brained linear only thought process of polarized 3D. We are rapidly becoming increasingly aware of more things but in very new ways which means we’re having to let go of even more and learn many new ways of perception during these last six months of 2012.

“WHY DID I FEEL LIKE AN ALIEN ON THIS PLANET?”

Because you are one dearest. ❤ Most of us Starseeds/Wanderers/Lightworkers are the positive ETs many people talk about that they believe will come to Earth and fix things! Surprise, but we’re already here and have been for decades, working behind the scenes, doing what we do for humanity and the Ascension timeline. I know that huge self-worth issues are common among the Groups or Waves of Starseeds/Wanderers (and Indigos) but you’ve all got to realize that you’re not here on Earth now to be like the human masses. Not remotely, so don’t use those negative and distorted Alien patriarchal human standards to measure yourself against for any reason. I know how hard and painful that is too but you’ve got to ignore those mind control delusions and distortions and be what you are and do what you do. And I know so many of you have done it repeatedly even when you didn’t know you were.

The Final Six Months of 2012

IT’S TIME TO KNOW A BIT MORE

So far in 2012 I haven’t been writing as much as I did in 2011 and years before due to multiple reasons. One of those reasons is because my physical pain level increased dramatically with the start of January 2012 and hasn’t relinquished until last night, June 25, 2012. More about that in a moment. Another reason for my recent decrease in writing was because I’ve been needing much more time to rest, nap, recuperate, do nothing, be physically still and quiet and adapt to and keep up with the vastly accelerated energies of the first six months of 2012.

Needing more time in 2012 to do no-thing and be still physically, mentally, emotionally etc. was not something I decided to do but was suddenly forced upon me as something I HAD to do to survive this time. I’m so used to pushing hard and hurriedly to get things accomplished (and written) within the Ascension timeline that it was almost unnatural for me to back-off the accelerator and learn to drive in a new way now. But nothing brings the point home as well and as fast for me at least, as unrelenting physical pains on top of all the old familiar physical pains and aches I’ve always had! (Please keep in mind as you read this that these things are what I’ve been experiencing, doing, working on and embodying as a elder First Waver so your mileage may vary. Don’t use my personal experiences as a gauge for your own personal experiences and ascension symptoms etc. or feel obligated to manifest them yourselves. Just take the information I’m sharing and apply it in whatever way(s) benefits you in this moment and let the rest of it fall away.) ❤

I’ve been seriously slowed down due to the extra physical pain since January 2012 by a lifelong problem/situation in the lower Cervical vertebrae in my spine. I’ve had this and more due to scoliosis my whole life, but it suddenly went bad with the start of January 2012. When this particular part of my spine goes out of place it usually causes the muscles to knot up to the point that they pull my left shoulder slightly out of place also. Fun times. The shoulder doesn’t dislocate entirely but gets rotated forward slightly in the socket which needless to say, hurts like all hell and seriously cramps my style not to mention simply lift my left arm! When this has happened in years past I could do a few tricks I’ve learned from chiropractors over the years to first relax the muscles and hopefully, eventually, get the shoulder to slide back into place and if really lucky the neck vertebrae too. I had this same thing happen for about four months straight in early 2011, and then it began again in January 2012, and no matter what I did I couldn’t get any relief as none of my old physical tricks were working. (I hope you’re all reading between the lines here because there’s more going on than first meets the eye!)

So, for the first-half of 2012 I’ve dragged around my constantly hurting left shoulder, arm, and seriously painful lower Cervical vertebrae area and muscles with zero relief and growing frustrations. This additional physical pain is of course on top of all the ongoing Ascension symptoms pains. The other thing that I’d been clairvoyanly seeing since May 2012 were the two etheric devices I’ve mentioned before; the periwinkle colored ball of light and the circle of white light containing smaller white light circles inside of it (looks like the lens end of an LED flashlight). It took me years to figure out what these two things actually were, and once I realized they were negative etheric devices siphoning my energy, my vital life-force, I went to work to prevent them from continuing to feed from me. These devices were also a way that the nonphysical Negatives—Team Dark—used to monitor me, my Mom and even our cat in this dimension. The original other-dimensional, Negative “Big Brother” at its etheric worst and most vile.

When I started seeing these two familiar negative etheric devices again after working so hard for two years (2009–2010) to get rid of them, it was not a happy moment. There was a part of me that, upon seeing them again, just wanted to ignore them and pretend they’d magically go away. “Dream on Denise! How’s that deluded “magical thinking” working for ya?” The head-in-the sand position is certainly not what Starseeds/Lightworkers/Indigos or 2012 are about and you and I both know it even during weak, exhausted moments like this. It had been so wonderful not clairvoyantly seeing and feeling Team Dark’s negative etheric devices around me or us for much of 2011, that to suddenly have them both reappear (to my current level of perception) in May 2012 was very disheartening but there it is—more energy work I needed/need to do. We’re not out of the woods yet; close yes, but not fully there yet so put down the 2012 Ascension party favors and get back to Work. Sigh…

After trying all my old physical Chiropractic tricks for months that simply weren’t doing anything for me during the first half of 2012, I asked—make that plead—for help from my Ascension Guides/Assistants. (I cannot believe how long it takes me to put two-and-two together sometimes and remember to even ask them for help! I’ll explain who they are in a moment.) Repeatedly all evening and throughout the night I asked my Ascension Guides/Ascension Assistants and my Higher Self to help me with this severe and near crippling neck and shoulder pain–and here comes the nonphysical point to all this–and completely and permanently remove any of the Negative’s etheric multidimensional parasitic attachments, siphons, feed lines, implants, distortions and energy theft devices of my personal life-force energies!

“What are you realizing and saying right now Denise? That these particular physical scoliosis and arthritic problems and pains you’ve had all your life may in fact not be inherited genetic ones after all? That they may actually be physical damage or side-effects from multidimensional body damage, trauma and distortions caused by the Negatives life-force stealing etheric attachments within in your multiple bodies? Oh dear god… it’s been that bad from the beginning of my life? From the beginning of many people’s lives?”

Throughout the night I repeatedly asked my personal Ascension Guides/Assistants to help me with this left shoulder and neck/spine pain situation because it had become way too much and way too painful. And, after six miserable months of constant pain, I woke up the next morning with it greatly reduced. Healed and gone permanently? No, but greatly reduced and obviously with more work (and awareness) on my part to still be done. Team Dark is resilient, clever, determined, creative and highly motivated with their parasitic energy theft programs and systems! We cut them off at one spot and they immediately try to create other routes to continue stealing what they want which is our individual life-force energies plus the energies we produce through emotions and thoughts.

Wanting this negative nightmare to be over isn’t enough unfortunately. Seek deeper as to why something—whatever it is—seems to be trying to prevent you from doing whatever it is that you/me/each of us is doing in this moment in 2012. In my case it was the physical writing I do here about the Ascension Process, and also the energy work I do in multiple dimensions. Here I am two days after this six month-long pain has eased up and the first thing I want and must do is share what I’ve learned from what I’ve gone through. And don’t forget like I have repeatedly to ask your personal Ascension Guides/Assistants to help you when you honestly need it. I’ll never forget to do this again!

WHO ARE YOUR ASCENSION GUIDES/ASSISTANTS?

When we Volunteered to incarnate on Earth during this Ascension timeline to integrate polarity, transmute the Dark, and simultaneously embody increasing amounts of Light plus the new blueprints for humanity in the new Evolutionary Cycle coming with the start of 2013, we first spent a lot of careful time and focus with our Higher Selves and kinsfolk (our “homies” from our Home stations wherever that may be for each of us) setting up plans, backup plans, and teams of helpers/guides/assistants for each one of us volunteers. There was no way we’d leave Home and incarnate in dark, polarized 3D without numerous backup plans, etheric communication devices, telepathy, dream contacts etc., and plenty of our dimensional or stellar Home “homies” watching our backs and guiding us while we’re down here carrying out our difficult and dangerous Ascension Missions in physicality. It would have been pointless for us to come to 3D Earth without plenty of our friends from Home working from those levels as our individual Ascension Guides/Assistants while we were in such a dark and negative place as Earth has been for so long fulfilling our Missions.

Remember that YOU worked very carefully with YOUR Ascension Guides/Assistants pre Mission launch for them to assist you while down here. Utilize them, especially whenever you/me/each of us hits a seeming block wall and don’t know what to do next. After checking in with your Higher Self, always remember to ask your personal Ascension Guides/Assistants to help you, guide you, help you better consciously connect with whatever knowledge and awareness you need at that moment. And, when needed, ask them to help you with whatever Negative’s devices, tools, siphons etc. that are still etherically attached and feeding from you, draining you of your god-given vital life-force energies.

2012 FIRST-AID TOOLS & TIMELINE REALITY CHECK

Now that we’ve reached the long-awaited second-half or final six months of 2012 things are going to compress and amplify more than they have ever before. Please read that again. More than they ever have before. I know… yikes! but the next six months of 2012 are THE last six months of the past twenty-five years of the Ascension Process; the last six months of the last 5,125 year cycle; the last six months of the exact opposition point to the start of the Age of Leo (half of the 26,000 yearlong Precessional Cycle) which many of us Starseeds were incarnate for also because of its connection to now; and the last six months of the entire 26,000 yearlong Precessional cycle and much, much more. Please read that again if needed to honestly and deeply get this fact into your current heart brain, body, and consciousness.

We are now in the last six months of the entire 26,000 yearlong Precessional Cycle and more. Yeah, reality-check time. Brief bathroom break time at the 2012 summer Solstice point so we honestly, fully and very consciously grasp the importance and intensity of where we are right now. Got it? Then hold on to it because it will help you through these last six super compressed months. I’m not trying to scare anyone, only help you realize and keep realizing where you and all of us actually are now within the Ascension Process; we’re literally in the last few minutes of it so pay attention, use it as best you can every minute of every day and night, don’t shut down like what was trying to happen to me through the exaggerated negative physical pains, and hold your higher frequencies and consciousness amidst the growing chaos and uncertainty as all the old patriarchal systems we’re used to disintegrate. No fear. Seriously. This is where and why our Conscious Creating and Co-Creating is so important because the things we’re now imagining and envisioning in our High Hearts are what’s going to replace the falling patriarchal systems.

Remember that great line in the movie Clash of the Titans when Zeus hollers, “Release the Kraken!” I giggle to myself every time I think about soon hollering, Release the Indigos! Oh how quickly they will step in and take over to get everything on the ascended NEW Earth where it needs to be for all and always from the HighHeart center.

In those moments when you get lost, confused, dejected feeling, overwhelmed, or caught up in whatever craziness and intensity that’s happening to and/or around and/or through you please remember this; there are ONLY six very fast and intense months left of this Ascension Process and they’re going to speed by like nothing we’ve experienced yet. Only six months left. Translated that’s means it’s going to feel like about six weeks! We’ve been working so long and hard for this that I have to stop and make myself think about it, focus on it, and locate myself in the moment of these amazing transitions, completions, endings/beginnings, last-minute battles, expanding higher awareness and growing new abilities etc. Only six months left. Use them as best and brilliantly as you can. Take more responsibility for your thoughts, emotions, dreams, desires, imagination, creative potentials and increasing ability to build the new world from your inner High Heart and existence in this potent transitional Now Moment…and the next…and the next…and the next.

Because we’re in the last six months of the Ascension Process and the 26,000 yearlong Precessional cycle, things are and will continue to be ultra fast paced with more and more anomalies, weird “symptoms”, increased conscious ET and Angelic communications, growing imbalances in many, growing brilliance and HighHeart genius in others, more time spent in NO time, and many more deaths as certain people chose to exit physicality during these final six months. We’re going to be increasingly feeling and affected by the tremendous Milky Way Galactic Center (GC) energy transmissions from now through the last two important energy portals in December. During these final six months we’re getting fully up to speed energetically, vibrationally, so when we transition through the 12-12-12 (December 12, 2012) and 12-21-12 (winter Solstice December 21, 2012) Expiration Date portals, we’re as close a match to the shift frequencies and other side as possible, plus with as little of our old baggage as possible too. Stay as non-polarized, neutral (aka “unified”) as you can during these last six months because it will help you/me/each of us travel this last leg of this incredible journey and grand transition into a totally new Evolutionary Cycle.

Pains, Frustrations & Confusions of the Spiritual Ascension Work

“I have such a desperate need to heal others but I can’t accept the fact that instead of embraced for my ideas I’m repelled and persecuted. In what way can I stay balanced without such negativity and still find a voice to reach others without absorbing their density?

I often pray to god that he will put me in the correct dimension I belong in. I feel like all my relationships are tumbling down. I’m being called ungrounded because I share my experiences and positivity and insight into the vast power of spirit and human consciousness.

I feel like words are becoming so mundane. I feel connected but also so alone. Like I have nobody to go through this with, I feel so mentally alone. My whole life I felt like this. Crucified for being so different. Insulted and called crazy or weird. I just don’t fit.

Emotionally I feel like nobody around me understands me. Its been 26 years of loneliness. The further I go, the more I see how skewed the relationships I am in are even when they actually wouldn’t be if I weren’t on this path. Nobody gets it, and all I want to do is live alone in peace because nothing but nature provides it.

How if it were meant to be they wouldn’t force me to a standstill and reject me.

As things become more intense in the world I feel it so hard to look away. I want to heal and help. I want to care for people and show them another way, like you do. But face to face. I want to counter team dark, I want to banish them myself for all they’ve done to my people. I want to balance this mess. I know inside it won’t be through a sharp tongue alone that this is accomplished.

Sometimes I wish I could be able to ease the pain of something. But the beating I take for it – it is worth it? Should I just abandon all my dreams of changing the world and instilling harmony? The more I look inward, the more I understand. The more I don’t help others causes guilt and a feeling of selfishness. To turn away and into myself would be counter productive to the very thing my spirit wants. When will this be over, Denise? When will I go back wherever I came from that was lighter and full of inspiration, desire and passion of spirit? What should I do to ease my suffering and loneliness in the meantime? I’m often too afraid even to speak or to write you this. I hope you understand what I mean by this letter.

I received this email last week and because I’ve received others like it from many people over the years, I asked Theo if I could quote her letter at TRANSITIONS so we could have this discussion publicly where hopefully more people will benefit from it. Thank you Theo for allowing me to share your letter. ❤

If you’re on the Spiritual Path then you too have felt these pains, frustrations, and confusions occasionally. If you volunteered to incarnate on Earth now to transmute, embody, and anchor the Ascension Process as a being from elsewhere, then you’ve most likely felt this way even more. With time the pain of feeling Homesick lessens and we settle into our physical Earth lives and pre-incarnational Soul Contracts and just do what we’re here now to do. But there’s always the longing to be in a like-Home space, dimension, or world with like-frequency Family and friends once again.

When I was a child the summer and fall sunsets would just about destroy me because that was the time of day and energy that caused my Starseed Homesickness to amplify to the near breaking point. I’d watch the Sun set in the western sky and mourn and weep for my real Home and other-dimensional kinsfolk. It was not an easy time for me, and was also energetically connected to another timeline and “past” life in 12,600 B.C. Egypt. I suspect that’s why the setting Sun activated my Starseed heart so easily as a child in this life and timeline.

Typically, the Ascension Process mutilates most of our relationships, primarily because one person is evolving (due to multiple time coded, activated Soul Contracts and different phases within it) and the other person is not. Or, one person is living the Ascension Process but is much further behind on those Ascension Stair Steps (the different levels and phases within it) which often makes the consciousness and energy gap between the two people way too much for both parties to cope with. If one person can reduce that energy/consciousness/reality gap and move into a closer frequency range with the other person—mate/lover/child/parent/friend/co-worker etc.—then the relationship continues. If not, problems and frustrations are experienced by both parties. Oftentimes one person absolutely MUST continue moving forward at the pace they’re capable of then no matter what (Soul Contract) and this is why many relationships don’t survive the Ascension Process. No one has “failed” the relationship or the other person(s), it’s just that the relationship has gone as far as it can for both parties within the intensity and constant growth and changes of the Ascension Process.

“You can lead a horse to water but you can’t make it drink”

People not consciously aware of the Ascension Process (and other related spiritual issues) simply perceive those of us at the frontlines as crazy, sick, disturbed, rebellious, imbalanced, delusional or just big pains-in-the-ass! This shouldn’t surprise anyone reading this really because we know how much most people do NOT want to change themselves, and will typically lash out at anyone they perceive to be a threat to their locked-in and locked-down life, consciousness and reality. We Bringers of Light are typically not what the masses want to have to deal with, and even when they don’t consciously know what we are and what we naturally do, they sense we’re “different” and that we’re rocking the familiar reality boat and typically they don’t appreciate us and what we’re doing whatsoever. And of course for the Starseeds/Lightworkers/Lightwarriors/Indigos, this just makes an already difficult job all the harder.

A lot of people do NOT want to be “helped” or “healed” or “expanded” in any way because they’re perfectly content with the way things have been, or so they think. As repulsive as that is to most of us Bringers of Light, I totally understand it, and all we can do is Bring the Light, radiate it constantly and hope that as many people as possible are inspired and assisted by the Light we’ve embodied on to this world. It’s not our jobs to “save” anyone or “heal” anyone; it’s our job to provide an exit route out of the Darkness and insanity, however we cannot carry anyone across that Alchemical threshold but ourselves. Said another way—the ONLY way that you can, I can, each of us can “help” another person or humanity in general now is to integrate Duality within ourselves individually, which automatically reduces the overall workload of polarity resolution for every other person on the planet. THAT is how one person truly helps another; integrate and resolve the polarized energies (Duality) within yourself which automatically makes it easier and faster for others to do the same within themselves. Clear that Pathway to the higher Light for others through yourself. No ego recognition, no fame, fortune, no religious trophies or gold star points for doing it this way, and that’s actually a blessing.

So many words everywhere!

For many of us at this late date within the Ascension Process words are becoming mundane as Theo said. Since the start of 2011, I’ve struggled to continue writing at TRANSITIONS because I can feel that things have shifted and continue changing for me even more dramatically in 2012, and I’m finding it harder to write as often as I did prior to 2011. The words and topic I now write about must come from a High Heart place and be truly helpful in the moment or I can’t muster the desire and focus to write now. (There are other reasons for this too which I’ll cover in another article soon.) This is how much we’ve evolved into High Heart being and consciousness so far, and that’s a wonderful sign, but this is why in 2011 and 2012 I haven’t been writing nearly as much as I have at TRANSITIONS since 2007. I’ll continue writing but know that things are changing super-fast now in 2012, and I’m having to make adjustments to cope with these dramatic increases in energies and this means less writing from me now. We’ll all adapt and keep moving further into the new timeline during 2012 and beyond but expect the unexpected, be flexible, be wise, rest plenty and take care of yourself body and soul, and expect to increasingly know more yourself instead of relying on reading ascension and spiritual-related words written by other people. This too is a positive sign, and knowing for yourself is going to be SO much more fun.

Ascension-related Soul Contracts

A lot of people have a hard time truly understanding that by them living the Ascension Process and transmuting lower frequencies (Duality, polarities) within themselves, their bodies and surroundings, plus embodying higher frequency Light Energies, that THAT’S how they’re actually changing the world reality and helping humanity transition into the newly anchored timeline and ascending Earth. Humans have been brainwashed into believing that if they’re not physically doing something then we’re not being productive, effectual, or even worthy of receiving the simplest of physical necessities such as daily food and shelter. As Bringers of Light—Lightworkers/Lightwarriors/Starseeds/Indigos etc.—we know this is a horrific lie created by the Dark Ones and the negative human patriarchy to maintain the human slave labor mentality and belief systems across the planet generation after generation.

We forget that through our integrating, transmuting, embodying, radiating, and BEING the higher frequency Light Energies while in human bodies on Earth in this timeline, we are “Doing”. You know that famous line, “be the change you want to see”, well, it’s true. By our embodying these higher Light Energies we’re BEING and radiating them across the world in this timeline we’re assisting Earth to vibrate higher, which naturally improves reality and life for everyone else. This seeming non-doing doing (how integrated and non-polarized is that!) is internal, unseen, unrecognized and unappreciated by the people around us but we knew it would be this way before we entered this dimension and we still couldn’t wait to get in here and go through all this…this…this fabulously intense transformational work.

I too have my moments where I refuse to take the “beatings”, abuse and disrespect any longer from people who don’t understand and/or don’t want to change and evolve now. I understand why they feel this way and why they do and say what they do towards most Volunteers/Starseeds/Lightworkers/Lightwarriors/Indigos etc. I have my moments when it gets to be too much for me and I have to retreat a bit to re-balance and detox whatever lower frequency junk I picked up through these situations. Dusting ourselves off and getting back in the saddle again is faster and easier now than it’s ever been, and we’re all learning to master being “Keepers of the Frequency” to borrow a Barbara Marciniak’s Pleiadean term, and not be pulled out of or “fall” from higher frequency neutrality in the first place. Soon we’ll constantly exist within a frequency of neutrality—which comes from having integrated, resolved, and ascended duality or polarities—and we won’t struggle and suffer with these situations and lack of awareness in certain people like we have. We’ll both know and be neutral (which is the higher frequency and state of consciousness and being that exists beyond duality, polarity) and that is going to be so worth all the painful and difficult transitional work we’ve done.

Along with these things also comes the expanded responsibility of learning to consciously chose what WE want to focus on mentally and emotionally moment to moment. In other words, we’re learning to be much more conscious of our consciousness and are consciously choosing what our higher Heart Mind is entertaining each moment. The great news is that eventually this too won’t be an issue or struggle for us and we’ll simply exist within a higher frequency state of neutral High Heart being where lower frequency people, consciousness and issues won’t unbalance us. We’ll exist within and function from a state of High Heart unified neutrality and consciousness—which means non-polarized not disinterested, unfeeling or insensitive—100% of the time.

So, “To turn away and into myself would be counter productive to the very thing my spirit wants…” is incorrect actually. This type of thinking is more old 3D ego-based with some heavy Piscean Age religious distortions in it. I’m not blaming anyone because that is what the planetary Collective is still full of unfortunately and am only pointing out that this is not how things work at higher frequency levels.

When will this be over?

Theo asked me, “when will this be over?” Well, that is the question now isn’t it? The entire answer is still out on this one unfortunately because the planetary Collective is still waffling over this topic. I know what I want and I put my vote in long ago. Other-dimensional Upper Management has certainly heard my plea for a final cutoff point or Expiration Date to this continuing hanging on while waiting and waiting for as many people to get on the Ascension train as we can get this time around. I’m beyond tired of this waiting which has been torturous to many of us over the past years.

I’ve asked this question numerous times too over the past many years and I’ve perceived a few major or primary probabilities. The difficulty with trying to answer major questions like this is that the answers are never as black and white or polarized as a yes/no or now/later type answer. That’s old polarized 3D thinking whereas what’s been happening has been a gradual ascent up many energy Stair Steps which produces different phases, levels, and stages within this transitional process. Yes there are Expiration Dates and cutoff points within it, but they too are really Stair Steps and not as total and absolute as many of us would like them to be.

October 28, 2011 was a big cutoff point or Expiration Date, as was the 11-11-11 portal of November 11, 2011. I felt another huge transition and cutoff point when we entered January 1, 2012, and could feel that everything had changed again in important ways. The whole month of March 2012 was very potent and it too altered things in major positive ways.

The Full Moon on May 5, 2012—the “Festival of Buddha”—Moon will also be more potent in 2012 than past years, and the New Moon/Solar Eclipse on May 20, 2012, when the Earth, Sun and Alcyone of the Pleiadian system align will also bring in tremendously positive and amplified higher energies (Pleiadian energies) to humanity and Earth. And then there’s June 2012…which just blows my mind when I look at the calendar because it’s packed with multiple powerhouse energy events throughout the month. Physical life and reality will begin changing dramatically with the start of June 2012. Do you see and feel the energy Stair Steps building and expanding so far in 2012? We’re not even halfway through 2012 yet and we can feel and see the acceleration of the physical dimension dismantling of the global patriarchy finally.

And on and on it goes day by day, week by week, month by month for the rest of 2012 and beyond. Some Ascension Teachers have recently mentioned how things will be very intense for “the next five years”. The primary reason for this is that on June 23–24, 2012, the first of SEVEN squares (direct motion(s), then retrograde(s), then direct motion(s) again) between Uranus in Aries and Pluto in Capricorn starts. These seven exact Uranus/Pluto squares or hits will happen starting with the first hit on June 23–24, 2012 through 2015.

Actually this Uranus/Pluto square energy was first physically manifested globally with the start of the Egyptian Revolution on January 25, 2011, and it’s spread across the world ever since and that was just the beginning of what these two planets squaring each other will do. Actual physical reality (Pluto in Capricorn) and human consciousness (Uranus in Aries) is and will continue to dramatically and quickly be dismantled and rebuilt (the seven squares over the next five years) at a vastly higher frequency and consciousness. This MAJOR transformational process won’t always be pretty or easy, but it will be 1000% successful in permanently removing the non-human, non-physical alien Dark Ones and the physical human patriarchy and all of their lower frequency global systems from this planet. Five intense, compressed years of total dismantling and removal of the inter-dimensional and global patriarchy/Dark Ones entirely. Hell, I’ll hang around for five more years just to witness the fruits of my/your/our labors across Earth and beyond!

But we’ve got the rest of accelerating 2012 to live and transition through first and there are more energy Stair Steps coming after June and another Venus transit, the 2012 summer Solstice, the start of the Uranus/Pluto squares, planets changing signs, solar, galactic and deep-space energy increases, the fall Equinox, the 12-12-12 portal and the grand finale of the 12-21-12 winter Solstice. Plenty more 2012 excitement and changes coming with multiple energy Stair Steps to climb and connect and embody into this Ascension timeline.

What about us Volunteers/Starseeds/Lightwarriors/Lightworkers/Indigos in 2012?

I know you too have been acutely aware of how many people—myself included—are just not around online as much or in the same ways as we had been for many years prior to the start of 2012. Things have changed tremendously since we moved through the 11-11-11 portal. They changed again on January 1, 2012, and they shifted yet again in big ways in March 2012 and they’re only going to continue doing this all year. I’ve felt very “sequestered” since the start of 2012, and this sensation is only growing. Let me clarify what I mean when using the term sequestered.

For me this sense of being sequestered doesn’t mean hiding or not interacting with others out there in the world. It did in years past but not in late 2011 and 2012. With the start of 2012 it’s been much more about my (so many of us) working while awake and asleep in other dimensions and timelines to build and anchor this Ascension timeline in this dimension. For the past four months of 2012, I’m acutely aware of and can feel when many of my Starseed/Lightworker readers and other Ascension Teachers out there are simply not existing in the same level, location, and timeline. I can feel the energetic changes when my fellow Co-Workers exit this timeline, and I can feel when they return, and how we all reconnect even more strongly within this Ascension timeline again and again. I know you reading this can feel when I leave this timeline to do some work, tweak things a bit more, and then return to this Ascension timeline again. This is us weaving timelines together, cutting other ones out, and all to create a totally new timeline and Earth that’s completely free of Team Dark and their distortions. This level of multiple timelines and multiple realities work back into this Ascension timeline has been profuse so far in 2012 and I sense it will continue the rest of this year.

As this continues, we’re becoming increasingly aware of how much this world, this reality is changing for the better because the old lower frequency everything and everyone is quickly going the way of the dinosaurs now. Some say that this transition could take as long as two to three generations to complete, and that is one strong probability. However… that’s FAR too long in my opinion and I know things are shifting moment to moment now because of the timeline weaving and cutting work we’ve been doing plus the tremendous increase in unseen and cosmic/galactic/solar/deep space help that’s much more easily able to come through now in 2012. This too is only going to increase as Team Dark is further dismantled this year. I know this transition can happen much, much, sooner than two to three generations so let’s help it happen. Let’s help the human Collective fearlessly, easily and quickly transition into the new ascended 5D Land of Plenty sooner rather than later. Use 2012 because it’s so amplified, so charged and ripe with positive potentials for total transformation. Hang in there everyone because it’s so close now, and get ready for June 2012.

What A Winter! (2012)

WINTER RECAP IN PREPARATION FOR THE 2012 SPRING EQUINOX

But first, some whining…

On January 1, 2012 I felt and was affected by another upsurge and big push from Team Dark (the non-physical, non-human Beings and their human puppets). It was mildly depressing and I wasn’t prepared for it, which I should have been, but because we’re so close now my heart gaze is entirely fixed on the finish line and humanity evolving beyond the vibrational reach and influence of Team Dark. I realize I may occasionally jump the gun with certain old familiar polarized 3D issues and belief systems such as the controlled need for money, the controlled need for gasoline, war etc., but this is because I know what’s possible and coming and want all of us to be there sooner rather than later. To reach the next rung on the ladder, you’ve got to be willing to release your grasp on the one you’re currently holding on to.

There we were in the long-awaited year of 2012 finally and all I could feel, again, was the tenacity and determination of Team Dark trying to grab more people and create more fear/war/violence/murder etc. in this world. Needless to say I was a bit bummed from the start of January 2012 as I felt these old dark dudes—human and otherwise—working hard to regain power, energy, control and more of humanities energies and consciousness.

On a personal note I’ve had a whole slew of physical world things, issues, situations that I’ve had to take care of, such as getting my taxes done and numerous other similar old 3D things that I’ve never enjoyed having to do. Since the start of 2012, I’ve spent more time doing these types of old 3D things, making changes, fixing certain things, replacing things that suddenly broke and so on than I have writing articles! I’ve had busy times like this in the past but nothing to this degree. It seems there’s plenty of changes happening on multiple levels and dimensions now and all with a great big rush and push before the spring Equinox arrives on March 19, 2012.

Despite these unexpected intrusions into my life, time, focus and energy by these old 3D situations and necessities, I’ve had a couple of interesting experiences that have reinforced my sense of being assisted by a small group of higher dimensional Unseens. I haven’t sensed Them in my life a long time so this has been a real pleasure feeling Them around me and assisting me once again.

Once in January and again in February 2012, I had some important legal and money-related old 3D type things come up that I had to take care of. In both cases I made a mistake with something I didn’t even know existed and would have had a heck of a time trying to fix or redo both situations and probably would have been fined for my blunder. To prevent this added mess, distraction and interactions with the old 3D systems I’m not and never have been fond of, some of these Unseens literally put things ON HOLD for me so that other things would happen which would prevent those future problems, fines and redo’s.

I’ve experienced the Unseens helping me like this in decades past, but it was usually an isolated event that didn’t affect a lot of other people. In the January situation this intervention assistance by the Unseens did affect a large group of people so I was even more saddened by my mistake, but who knows how that delay actually affected each of them. But, the Universe had my back and literally put things ON HOLD for 24 hours which was exactly enough time for that other thing to happen that I didn’t even know existed which prevented future problems and fines for me. Sorry for being vague with the details but I’m sure you understand the overall gist of these events and why they’re happening to many of us now. It’s get things in order time once again if that’s what you/me need to do now.

So the January potential confusion and mistake was fairly easily avoided thanks to the Unseens literally making computers and printers stop work which forced a stop on everything for everyone for a week. This was done so that something would arrive in the mail the next day for me which I very much-needed to take back with me a week later when this group event was rescheduled…due to the computers and printers mysteriously suddenly not working that first day. Thank you Unseens for having my back and covering my butt with this one because I had no idea about any of those other 3D legal issues and paperwork etc.

The second Unseens intervention to prevent another potential Denise blunder happened in February. Gads I’ve missed these Unseens working away in the background of my life helping me to do what I’m here now to do!

In February I needed to make some changes to my money and where it goes etc., so I did the required paperwork for this change and then waited for the physical changes to manifest. Problem was that I missed them when they arrived because I didn’t recognize them! I suspect it was a matter of more ascension-related brain fog plus those heavy-duty X-class solar energies hammering my head/brain/DNA, plus those increasing gaps between the old 3D linear time and awareness and the growing 5D unity consciousness and functioning in the “Now Moment”. More embarrassment and confusions but again the Unseens had my back and did their best to help me see what I wasn’t seeing that was actually right in front of me physically all along. Oh boy, I see a book-title like…How To Ascend & Balance Your Checkbook At The Same Time.

So, there I am on the phone calling someone to try to find out why my money isn’t where it’s supposed to be. I’ve called this number before with other questions and there was always a person on the other end immediately. Not so this time. Again I was put ON HOLD on the phone for ten minutes or so. While ON HOLD waiting the Unseens kept pulling my eyes to one sentence on a paper I had in front of me specifically for this phone call. Finally I saw the sentence and realized that what I was waiting for hadn’t happened yet and wouldn’t for another couple of months. Oops. Next the Unseens directed me to turn over another paper I had in front of me so I’d see one sentence on it which would tell me everything I needed to know about why my money wasn’t were I expected it to be and when it probably would be and so on. As soon as I saw that all the little pieces fell into place in my awareness and I immediately hung up the phone and thanked the Unseens for preventing me from further self-created confusions and embarrassments.

And last night and this morning there’s suddenly been a couple other issues pop in that need a small portion of my time and energy at this point. Where this goes, if it even does, will unfold in time or just fall off my radar altogether. My point is that there now seems to be plenty of sudden and unexpected (sounds like Uranus doesn’t it?) events and/or potential events and happenings manifesting after years of being locked-down into what I/you/us have been doing for many years or decades even via the Ascension Process.

MORAL OF THE STORY IS…

It’s getting a bit dicey now and then maneuvering through old 3D events in a world and reality with consciousness that’s shifting so dramatically into something entirely different. This is like years ago during the worst of the worst of my heavy, dense, dark transmuting and the resultant ascension symptoms. When I’d leave the house to grocery shop I’d always stop myself first and look down to make sure I had pants on and hadn’t forgotten to fully dress myself before I got in the car! Seriously, it was that bad back then, and in January and February 2012 I’ve had a couple of potential 3D (3D as in legal, money, banking, taxes type) blunders of equal magnitude due to my expanding awareness and jumping back and forth between linear time and non-linear or “Now Moment” time, awareness, and being and learning how to not screw these types of things up! I’m starting to suspect that we’ve been assigned a special Team of Unseens just to cover our butts and have our backs during this major transition!

“CAN’T WE ALL JUST GET ALONG?” NOT IF YOU EXPECT ME TO CHANGE!

Another event happened the other day when my neighbor whose a self-absorbed, unaware patriarchal jerk was on his cell phone outside where he and the wife live every minute it’s warm outside. Problem is that our houses are like twenty feet apart and he aligns with my bedroom window so I hear and see him/them despite my having spent a few hundred dollars putting up privacy panels to keep him out of my bedroom at night.

I heard him outside my bedroom window on his phone telling someone that his two (adult) sons with their two dogs and two mates were arriving from out-of-state in a couple of hours. Because I endured this last year, plus daily intoxicated Happy Hour spent outdoors under my window for a year plus sunbathing, plus dogs pooping and peeing on my things outside and getting attitude from him/husband/Daddy/patriarchy when I went out to try to shoo his son’s dogs away from shitting and pissing on my things…I was NOT happy about having to live through all this crap again for three weeks…and during the spring Equinox no less. See the pattern unfolding with these issues and energies? My guess is that many of you reading this can totally relate.

Suddenly it was decision time for me to figure out what to do or not do with this man. I realized I only had a tiny window to confront him (if that’s what I was going to do) about all the things he’s been doing for over a year and getting ready to do a lot more of as soon as his adult kids arrived. I realize that he’d been planning to have loud outdoor just add alcohol family fun get-together next to my bedroom window because that’s what HE LIKES and I either had to suck it up and let it go, or, quickly confront him about it all and go from there. Now I’d rather have teeth pulled than have a face to face confrontation with a patriarchal, imbalanced egoic numb-nuts who thinks independent, Light infused females like me should be burned at the stake, or worse. However, and after all I’ve been through in this life not to mention just the past thirteen years, I will eventually confront whoever it is that’s trying to push me out of existence either through their own self-absorbed stupidity and mega ego etc. or (and/or) whose intentionally being manipulated by Team Dark to get at me and mine. After doing brutally honest light speed discernment and peeking into the near future in an attempt to see if my future confrontational actions make this co-existing situation better or worse, I sensed I needed to confront him immediately before his wife, in-laws, sons and their girlfriends dogs and crew arrived in what could have been minutes. Long story short, I go outside and confront him but did so honestly and fairly saying my peace and suggested that he also tries to compromise as I have…and of course he attacks me, insults me, projects onto me, dodges responsibility, blames me, and flat-out lies about everything and I knew he would because he isn’t capable of anything else yet.

He did all those things people do who refuse to take any responsibility for their actions. In mid confrontation his cell phone rings and he can’t answer it fast enough to escape me and what’s happening and immediately starts telling his daughter on the other end what a horrible neighbor I am and what an unhappy life I have and how I only want to bother the neighbors etc. I’m standing three feet in front of him as he’s saying all this to her. He simply would not even attempt to have an honest adult conversation with me. There’s more BS and insanity of course but you get the drift of how this played out between us at that moment. I so need to move to a more secluded location and let these types of people do what they do while I do what I do…

After writing this article I received an email of Lisa Renee’s March 2102 article entitled “How Much Are You Willing to Know” and I had to smile to myself. There was a recapitulation of so much of what I’ve been going through for many months and why. I’ve known why for most of my life, but it’s always helpful and comforting hearing certain information like it from another about these extreme situations and difficulties we Starseeds/Lightworkers/Indigo are having because of them—but also those unaware humans that are resisting spiritual growth, evolution and change of any kind.

My situation and question however is still, how do I co-exist with other people such as these neighbors when the gap between our consciousness and everything else is what it is? I don’t want to suffer anymore because of this housing/living situation and am doing what I can to be able to sell/buy/move to a more private rural place where I won’t be assailed by people like this and they won’t have to endure my energies directly either. I’ve been excruciatingly aware of what a miserable situation this has been for me and many of you too, not only during these past 25 ascension years, but our whole Starseed lives. There are many more questions to cover about this situation and how we (by we I mean Starseeds/Lightworkers/Indigos etc.) can live safely and comfortably during this transition while the other humans go through what they are but at a level that’s suited for them. I know that once I’m fully there this won’t be an issue, but until then, like you I’ve got to co-exist with people who haven’t a clue about reality, energies, consciousness, other-dimensional Beings and their agendas, what’s going on now, and many of them do not even want to know!
