Ascension Related Symptoms & Improvements

Someone asked me recently about if and when there will be any physical body improvements concerning the ongoing Ascension pressures, aches and pains. The situation is that when something physically hurts due to the ongoing transformational Ascension Process, it’s because there are improvements happening to us and our bodies and brains!

Old polarized 3D consciousness and belief systems have taught us that if something hurts in our physical bodies it’s automatically a warning sign that something is “wrong”, that something is “sick”, that something is “not working correctly” and needs a doctor to “fix it”, typically from some pharmaceuticals. Another old lower 3D belief system about body pain is guilt. You must have done something “bad”, something “wrong”, something “incorrectly”, or you “overworked it” or you “don’t exercise enough” and on and on. A huge sense of frailty, guilt, shame, blame, dis-empowerment and separation about and within our physical bodies and why they hurt. Is it any wonder why so many people are confused and worried about why their body hurts—and in such strange ways—due to the Ascension Process?

This Ascension Process is about higher frequency Energies and Light Energies coming into our solar system, our Sun, and on to Earth and humanity as a Divine cosmic way to trigger compressed and rapid evolution (ascension) out of one dimension and level of awareness (3D density and Duality consciousness), into a higher dimension and level of awareness (5D). When higher vibrating, higher frequency energies and Light comes into contact with lower, slower frequencies, more dense, less Light-filled energies, emotions and polarized bodies and consciousness it causes pains in our physical bodies. It also causes plenty of emotional, mental, psychological and psychic pressures and pains as well.

When we repeatedly feel the Ascension related aches and pains it does not mean we’ve done anything “wrong” or that we’re “flawed”, or that we’ve “sinned”, or that we’re “sick” or “broken” etc. Those aches and pains indicate that our bodies and brains (and everything else too of course) have been Divinely triggered to evolve, and to do so in a very short span of linear time. It’s a great sign, a very positive indicator that you’ve chosen to remain in your current physical 3D body and evolve/ascend it into a much more Light-filled, higher frequency 5D version. In this case you could say, “No pain, no gain” is an accurate indicator of how you are continuing to evolve and take on increasing amounts of Light energies within your physical body, brain, and everything else which alchemically transforms it into something very different.

Another aspect of this that I suspect some people are still confused over is the old lower polarized 3D consciousness and beliefs about linear time, space, and physical distance. I’m talking about how many of the 3D “professionals” are only aware of and believe in linear time, space, and distance and how it takes “time” between something happening in space and when it actually reaches Earth—not to mention if that event will have some (if any) effect on Earth, humans, animals and life on Earth.

Since yesterday, July 3, 2011, I’ve strongly felt those old familiar body aches and pains—aka the “Ascension flu”, joint pain, muscle weakness and fatigue, head and skull pains, deep exhaustion, and repeated waves of body chills similar to when you have a fever. Today, July 4, 2011, these body pains and chills were much worse so I did what I usually do to confirm what I’m feeling in my physical body; I went to Spaceweather.com to see if the Sun is doing anything. Here’s what I found there today, July 4, 2011: (there’s a link to Spaceweather.com in my sidebar LINKS area.)

INCOMING CME: “During the early hours of July 3rd, NASA’s Solar Dynamics Observatory recorded a mild but beautiful explosion near growing sunspot group 1244. The B9-category blast hurled a faint cloud of plasma toward Earth, which could cause some geomagnetic activity when it arrives on ~July 6th. This is not a major event.”

According to the old 3D “professionals”   this “Incoming CME” (Coronal Mass Ejection) won’t even reach Earth—forget about how it affects humans and other life on the planet!—until July 6th, yet, I’ve been profoundly physically affected by this latest Solar energy event since the start of July 3rd. When the Sun does anything it affects us immediately and does not take days for the Solar energies to travel through linear space/time/distance to, days later, finally reach Earth and humanity. The same is true with time-coded, deep-space events like massive Energy Light Waves radiating out from the Galactic Center (GC) which are further cosmic evolution/ascension triggers for humanity, Earth, our solar system and beyond. These are instantaneous energy events that happen and affect us, change us, help us evolve/ascend from the very first second they happen.

My point is that you will feel and be affected by cosmic, solar, galactic Light Energies when YOU feel them and not necessarily when the so-called “professionals” believe they’ll physically reach Earth in a linear only way. Don’t instantly and automatically believe that you’re “wrong” or that you’re “incorrect” or “confused” because you’re being affected by solar, cosmic, magnetic, astrological, galactic and universal Energies and Light Energies even though the “professionals” believe those energies haven’t physically arrived yet, or that they cannot and do not affect humans or Earth.

These “professionals” are now only sources to confirm what YOU already know from living it yourself first. YOU are your primary source of information now and these “professionals” information is to be used only as long as you feel you need or can benefit from what they have to say about what they believe and perceive is currently happening. Remember, they do not perceive reality—nor are they affected by it—in the same way you are so you’ve got to take what they say with a huge grain of salt, correct the timeline, make the necessary adjustments to what they’ve said, and always, always pay attention to what you yourself are experiencing, feeling, perceiving and being affected by moment to moment. The rest of the world will catch up to you if and when they can, otherwise YOU are your #1 source of information now. This is another aspect of the NEW responsibilities I mentioned before; expanded consciousness always brings with it new responsibilities. Not difficult hardships or burdens, just expanded responsibilities with expanded awareness and being.

IS SEX ABOUT LOWER VIBRATIONS?

A reader recently asked me “…is sex about lower vibrations…?” For the most part I’ve not gotten into the topic of sex on TRANSITIONS before because so much else has been going on. That plus I don’t want to get into all the left brain techniques of Eastern Tantra practices because I find it boring, polarized and old lower world 3D-ish in its methods at this point. But I feel that way about many different old lower world 3D Eastern/Western esoteric/occult teachings for the simple reason that we are rapidly evolving beyond them.

Now that I’ve possibly insulted some readers, let me quickly add that I was a natural Tantrist way back in the day when I was sexually active. Now this is no different than being born a natural psychic or natural clairvoyant or remembering some of your “past lives” in my opinion. In most cases, people who have these types of abilities do so because they’ve trained and/or are an Initiate from usually more than just one past life. They simply carry their trainings and abilities from their past life/lives (which are really simultaneous lives and selves) into this current life and time, so they appear to have certain natural abilities. The truth is that they worked very hard to learn  and/or master certain ancient esoteric wisdom teachings and abilities from their  “past” lives; they’re simply integrated into this current self and are used in this life and timeline.

We have our very own personal library of vast knowledge and  array of abilities from all of our other or “past” life selves at our current disposal.

The current life sexual (Tantric) stories I could tell. Absolutely hilarious! Maybe some day…but probably not!

As with most all physical things, sex isn’t “good” or “bad”, but depends upon the level of consciousness and energy frequency the person is functioning on when they use the physical act of sex or intercourse. Most people existing within the old lower 3D, ego-based, polarized level of physicality and consciousness have sex or “make love” from their crotches only. Another more tactful way of saying that would be to say they function only from their first (survival) and second (sex) chakras when they have sex or “make love”, with the highest chakra they reach being the solar plexus (power) chakra. Is that “bad” or “wrong”? No, as long as both parties have consented and no one is harmed on any level. That has been, and still is for many people, what 3D polarized sex or intercourse has been; a physical act between two people who typically function ONLY from the three lowest chakras while having sex. Rather sad actually and profoundly boring after the initial hot sweaty fun wears off.

Many more people are now capable of either intentionally or unintentionally redirecting and raising their sexually generated energies from their crotches—those lower three chakras—up into the chakra that exists above the solar plexus,  the heart chakra. Again, I’m talking about people functioning within the old lower 3D polarized consciousness and energy. They can, through their 3D ego-based love for each other, move lower sexually generated energy within each of them up into their heart chakras where the sexual act and energies take on a profoundly different feel and quality. 3D polarized, ego-based “love” is felt—maybe for the first time in their lives—which helps a person profoundly…but there is so much more beyond this seemingly exalted state.

Two people functioning within the same lower polarized 3D ego-based consciousness, can also redirect the lower sexually generated energies and focus from their heart chakras and draw it further up into their Brow or Third Eye chakra. Doing this allows both people to perceive with higher vision where they can clairvoyantly perceive different things, people, events, timelines, beings, energies and so on. They can also see scenes from one or more of their past lives. And, they can also access higher states of awareness and briefly travel into other dimensions. All this because these two people decided to have sex, but redirect it from their lower three chakras up into one or more of the upper chakras!

Sex isn’t “good” or “bad”; what people choose to do with the energy sex produces is the real issue. Humans can use physical sex to procreate, or they can use physical sex to create. What they choose to create is another story altogether, and I won’t get into the Dark side of intentionally using sex to create in this post.

Two people can use sexually generated energy (+ and – charges) to propel their consciousness into higher chakras, higher states and dimensions and move outside of linear 3D space time. Or, people can have lower chakra only hot n’ heavy, sweaty monkey sex which can be great fun too. 😉  The truth is that we have choice about how we use sex and sexually generated energies and the higher consciousness and  perceptions it produces in us. No higher or lower, no right or wrong, just individual choice as to which level (chakra/chakras) they want to have their sexual energies travel to each time they have sex or make love or get high or get really out there from it. I’ve done it all and more because there is always more because there’s so much more to each of us as evolving spiritual beings.

With the ascension process and the dimensional shift into 5D (fifth dimensional) state of consciousness and being, obviously humans,  their chakra system, consciousness, sex and everything else is and will continue evolving and expanding greatly. This is why I stressed the distinction between old lower 3D, ego-based, polarized humans having sex (lower chakra or higher chakra) or making love, because this whole sex or Tantric energy business goes a lot further than just two polarized people having physical 3D sex together!

Eventually, individuals reach a point where they alone (without the need or desire for a physical, external partner) can either intentionally move up into higher chakra awareness at will, and/or they simply reside up there in their upper chakras in a state of higher consciousness and energy permanently. Hence the term ascension. They’ve climbed the alchemical energy ladder that is their spine and chakras and now exist vibrationally within higher levels of being. They do not need an external physical partner or other half because they’ve integrated their opposite sex past life selves and other polarized energies within them and now exist as an integrated and unified whole being (+, −, and  finally that third unified point ▲ ) They house within them their own Soul Mate selves and are unified beings individually.

When a non-polarized, integrated, unified, higher frequency ascended human encounters another non-polarized, integrated, unified, higher frequency  ascended being… what do you think happens or could happen? They certainly don’t need to have physical sex at this point even to “make love”. Just knowing that the other person exists at this ascended 5D state is a huge High Heart, sex, making love fest! Instead of having two polarized people emotionally and physically needing to join to activate sexually generated energies to create, they can do that and much more individually without touching anyone. Put two or more of these types of ascended, unified, High Heart conscious people together and very easily and quickly they can Consciously Create plus Co-Create just about anything. (Yeah I’m talking about creating the New 5D-based Earth reality and much more.)

I’ve had High Heart love-making exchanged from a hug at the heart level with a person (and also with non-physical, higher dimensional Beings) whose frequency matched and/or was  faster, higher than mine at the time. I’ve also had sexual energies literally spark, flow and arc between myself and a male just from intentionally standing within his auric field and never physically touching each other. He spooked and ran before I could explain what was happening unfortunately, but that certainly wasn’t the first time I’ve spooked an unaware physical human male with higher frequency sexual energies!

It should be obvious that sexual energy is what we do with it, what we use it for and why, and to which energetic level we intentionally direct it within ourselves. Sex and/or love-making will take on these higher qualities for far more people due to the Ascension Process and compressed consciousness evolution. Increasing numbers of people can and will do lovely, beautiful, High Heart creations as they continue evolving, perceiving, and feeling and loving so much more than before. Enjoy and use all the many wondrous energetic steps and levels if you are having physical sex and/or love-making with another person. Intentionally pull the energy up into your heart chakra, then even higher into your High Heart which is above it, then further up into your Brow chakra to see and remember what all you really are and so much more. ♥

You Can’t Store That Crap In Here!

After doing ten years of intense and constant Inner Work—alchemical ascension and polarity resolution work—I know that lower vibrating anything simply cannot remain within me or me in it. If some lower something does get in via something I saw on TV or experienced out in the world, then that lower vibrating crap will manifest in a matter of hours as a dream so that I deal with it and get it transmuted and out of me.

“Hey, you can’t store that crap in here. Didn’t anybody tell ya that? I’m serious lady, that shit won’t work in here no more. It’s gotta go and go now!”

Clearly. But this is how we learn, and then learn some more. We thankfully read these things from other people whose job it is to inform us about these changes; these ascension, dimensional, consciousness, body and energy changes. It isn’t until we personally experience it—whatever IT is—that we know for ourselves how The Process works, looks, feels, functions and so on. And if you’re anything like me, you too have to go through these new higher stages and test the waters (and new consciousness tools and other very cool higher gadgets) more than once, make that more than three times. I just have to know some things much more deeply and intimately than other things is all. I can hear some of you going, “What in the hell is she talking about?”  Let me explain a bit better.

The other day I was resting after many hours of book editing and was just mushing-out watching TV. When I watch TV I always have a second channel prepared in my TV remote so that, if needed, I can instantly switch channels so lower, ugly, negative or repulsive stuff on TV does NOT get inside my cleaned and cleared head or body. May sound silly but I’m telling you, there is certain lower frequency, consciousness and reality stuff that I simply will not view or listen to on TV any more; I can’t because it is way too negative and does not work residing inside me and my cleared and cleaned Inner Temple.

Example: The other day I was watching something on TV and then realized it changed programs and I was now watching some docudrama thing about Vlad the Impaler. I thought it looked semi-interesting at first so I was switching back and forth between this channel and another one, not seriously into either show. Then all the sudden the Vlad channel goes into great detail, I mean way too much graphic detail about exactly how Vlad did his impaling of people. I’ll spare you the gruesome details. Unfortunately I couldn’t get the channel changed fast enough and some of that super-nasty negativity got in and made me very disturbed for two days. Two goddamn days and one night all because I’ve cleaned and cleared my own inner crap and couldn’t get the TV channel changed fast enough!

So hours later when it’s bedtime and I want and need to go to sleep, guess what’s there in my way? You guessed it, Vlad the Impaler and his monstrous actions. I’m thinking about pink ponies, candy canes, happy puppies, kittens, flowers, book writing, any freaking thing I can to override those TV Vlad images, and it ain’t working, and I’m pissed. But, I learned something very important for me at this time which is — Don’t go there cause you’re not equipped to cope or house it like you used to. Okeydokey, fine by me, lesson learned.

There is more to that helpful line about how difficult and painful it can be, and usually is, to go back down into the lower frequency world once you have cleaned up and transmuted your own inner stuff/junk/trash/wounds/stuck energies/emotions/polarity/monsters etc. It not only is disturbing and painful but you automatically will do everything to rid yourself of the lower dimensional, lower world nasty you picked up because you glanced back over your shoulder at it again. I’ve had this happen many times over the past few years now and literally, within a few hours after seeing something very low vibrating like this Vlad program, I will dream about it as the way to quickly clear and remove it from my higher vibrating body/mind/heart/self/world and reality. Fuck you Vlad, not in my world!

“Like I told ya lady, you can’t store that crap in here anymore. It just don’t fit no more now the place is all cleaned up nice.”

Yeah, I totally get that now and thanks for making this crystal clear.
