It’s always been fun to go through the Search terms at my sites because the best, most telling and oftentimes hilarious, honest questions are always there and make me smile or burst into laughter, and always make my HighHeart swell with joy and excitement over the Ascension Process (AP). Here’s some I’ve found over the years that led people to my sites, which is also kind of funny when you think about it. For your entertainment and everyone’s ongoing edification. If we can’t laugh at ourselves and feel empathy and gratitude for others living with evolutionary AP symptoms, we’re in trouble. Keep your HighHeart open and be very glad that more and more people worldwide are experiencing them, even though they’re usually not very pleasant, because it means humanity is evolving and quickly now.

I have to admit that I my all-time favorite is, “Why does my asshole vibrate?” It’s a gem of a question isn’t it? Just wait until your whole body vibrates constantly questioner, which is what eventually happens as these higher frequency Light Energies moves through your entire physical and energy bodies triggering more and more highly compressed evolution to Rewire all aspects of you. Why? So you can exist within greater, higher frequency Light and a matching world and reality and not have it destroy you or your physical body.

Of all the search terms I’ve seen over the years the most often asked question has been about the mysterious AP side effect of inner body vibrations.

It’s been interesting for me as an Elder Forerunner — Forerunner of the Forerunners, to see how more and more people have and are being activated by the AP over the years. It was easy to see on any stats page that shows search terms that direct people to your site for answers or insights about what they’re experiencing and why. Every year for over a decade more and more search terms about inner body vibrations have consistently shown up, revealing that greater numbers of people around the world have been and are being activated by the now very high frequency evolutionary AP Light Energies.

I’ve written about all these search terms and much more and they’re archived here at TRANSITIONS for anyone searching for information about the AP side effects. Just click on whatever topic heading you’re interested in under CATEGORIES in the sidebar area and all of the articles I’ve written under that topic will appear.

Now that we’re in 2017, greater numbers of people are and will be suddenly experiencing different AP symptoms/side effects. That’s why I’ve kept TRANSITIONS going over the past ten years; I knew that further down the AP road more people would suddenly need to know what’s happening to them and their consciousness, lives, body, mind, emotions, dreamlife, DNA and so on. “How Can I Stop these Inner Vibrations, Heat & Pains?”

I’ve repeatedly seen this question used in online searches, plus I’ve had many people email me over the years asking me how to STOP what they’re feeling taking place inside their physical body such as hot flashes, inner body vibrations and other strange Ascension related evolutionary changes they’re experiencing. There’s been a few Comments recently on another article about how to stop, how to fix, medicate, how to heal some painful Ascension symptoms which is why I’m writing about this.

I realize most people do not know what their bodies are doing or why they’re doing it now, but every time I read someone desperate to stop the natural evolution taking place within them, I feel for them but more importantly I want them to understand the reasons for these oftentimes painful symptoms or side effects. People, there’s nothing “wrong” with you or your body, you are evolving while remaining in your physical body and that grand Alchemical Process causes some pains, pressures, aches and confusions as should be expected. Welcome to the evolutionary Ascension Process.

It Isn’t Easy Casting-off Thousands of Years of Dis-empowering Mind Control Overnight

The other aspect of this Ascension related issue is how many people automatically and instantly want to STOP what they’re feeling in their bodies usually because it’s painful and/or scares them and they go in search of an external healer, doctor, medication(s), shaman, facility or whatever or whoever to get rid of the damned pesky evolutionary pains they’re feeling. Humanity has been so effectively brainwashed, mind controlled and redirected (herded) into all-encompassing dis-empowerment and believing that, if it hurts there’s something wrong so immediately go to some external person to fix the pain and problem and typically with chemicals/drugs and/or invasive painful tests and/or surgery.

If a person doesn’t know that they’re experiencing the evolutionary Ascension Process with its many weird and usually painful side effects, then I understand why they would first look towards old external lower frequency consciousness methodologies, people and consciousness to supposedly help them with those pains and symptoms that scares, hurts and confuses them. It is however the people who do know about the Ascension Process and its weird variety of usually painful side effects and yet STILL believe in, look to and use external people like doctors, healers, drugs, surgery, plant-based drugs, gemstones etc.— anything so long as it’s not them but someone and something else external that occasionally frustrates me.

I understand that those people are in transition, are in mid-stream, are in mid-Process, are only partially there so far and are falling back on the only methods of old 3D “help” they’re familiar with which are all external systems, people, tools, methodologies, drugs and beliefs. It’s going to take a bunch of Forerunners repeatedly walking on water to begin to convince people—even some already living it—that there are NEW, higher and very different internal ways of dealing with everything. Stair-steps as usual.

You Have an Innie or an Outie?

Do you always go, search, look, think, feel, expect, believe, anticipate etc. externally for everything, everyone? Or are you evolving into increasingly greater Self-empowerment, Higher Awareness, honest Self-reflection and always looking internally at your Self as Divine Source? Are you increasingly, naturally looking internally to problem solve, know more, hold more Light, Embody more within your physical body and earthly being which naturally increases your Self-as-Divine Source in and with all things?

Are you making the evolutionary shift from being a dis-empowered externally focused “outie”, to being an empowered internally focused “innie”?

That’s what’s going on with the Ascension Process; people casting-off the mind control lies of complete and utter dis-empowerment while simultaneously being evolved to greater and greater self-empowerment, to the point that they KNOW and live their lives as empowered Self-as-Divine Source beings in these current physical lives on Earth.

Your “soul mate” is the Greater, Higher YOU. Your “healer” is the you that’s evolving, “ascending” now. Your “savior” is the Greater, Higher YOU that you are discovering is NOT disconnected from you or you from IT but merging, marrying, unifying, integrating within your growing HighHeart right here in the physical. Your HighHeart is where you and YOU meet, merge and “ascend” into the NEW Higher YOU and that you is a total “innie”. Everyone must become an “innie” to exist within the HighHeart because then everyone is energetically equal and zero parasitism or any other such old negative crap can ever manifest. This is all part of the ongoing Ascension Process, but because it has to do with old belief systems about our bodies, health, healing, power, lack of power, being self-empowered, physical pain, sickness, consciousness, spirituality, energy and so on, it’s one big stubborn old turd for most people to work their ways through. And typically, it takes repeated attempts to finally get them all and reach real freedom.

A lot of people have reached another of many levels in early 2016, where they HAVE to cast-off some more (please notice I said some more) of their old limiting belief systems, thoughts and emotions now. This is necessary to continue, and to get each of us to do more releasing of the old at times like this, we’ll find we’re getting hit over the head again and again, each time more intensely, to help us realize that we’ve got something else in us that HAS to go now. The old lower and the NEW higher cannot co-exist and so we go through many energy Stair-steps between the two which gives us the time and space to do more Inner Work so we can take the next step and the next and the next and the next…

Honestly keep looking at where you and your consciousness are still an “outie”, are still focused externally. The Ascension energies feel increasingly intense until we release whatever it is at the time we need to and become a bit more of a self-empowered, self-reliant, internally focused “innie”. This will only increase dramatically this month of March 2016 with two eclipses and the Vernal Equinox so get with the higher program and look within to discover places where you are still looking without. The more you do this the easier and faster it becomes.

The Work Before the Separation Of Worlds

A few months back I mentioned my great relief and joy over the fact that the Cosmic Cavalry as I called them, was on their way to physical Earth. Let me explain a bit better about who the Cosmic Cavalry are. As best as I can perceive today, they are Great Beings that exist very close to Source. From my current perspective, they’re massive Light Energies with little personality or other features we could relate to as individuals.

I’ve also mentioned about how I’ve been claivoyantly seeing new other-dimensional ET beings over the past three months or so now, suddenly popping into my awareness as head shots of them looking at me in this dimension…as if for the very first time. Lisa also mentions these beings in the first sentence of her article. More of us have recently been seeing these new beings as a couple of my readers have shared in their recent Comments.

That’s how high and vast the Cosmic Cavalry are, and I was tremendously relieved a few months ago when I perceived that we Starseeds/Lightworkers/Pathpavers had succeeded in our Work on physical Earth to the degree that direct help from HOME was coming down here to assist with the completion phase and all that goes along with it—and the long-awaited Separation of Worlds. I’m going to be talking a lot more about the approaching Separation of Worlds and what it means to us today, what’s required to be in the world that’s pulling apart from the Dark patriarchal Earth world if that’s what you want.

I’ve sensed for many years that there would have to be something massive like this coming directly from Source/God (something not needing to energetically reduce itself much or physically incarnate to vibrationally match the current physical Earth world frequency) to hand deliver some of the big completion stage tasks. A few months ago when I first sensed the Cosmic Cavalry heading towards this physical dimension, I was so relieved and have watched for more signs of their energetic arrival into this dimension. I’ve also talked about how things, events, happen (from our current perspective in this dimension I mean) in the non-physical higher dimensions first and work their way down vibrationally into increasing density until, finally, it manifests within this physical dimension. I’ll come back to this in a moment.

Some other signs of this arrival and activation are how my body and mind has felt and functioned since the start of July 2011. Before I go any further let me backtrack briefly.

Prior to the start of the Ninth Wave on March 9, 2011, I wondered what Ascension related changes this final phase would activate in my body, brain, consciousness and being. Because the Ascension Process was activated in my physical body with the start of the Eighth Wave on January 5, 1999 (actually it began for me on February 1, 1999), I figured we’d enter another intense physical phase and energetic level—internally and externally—with the start of the Ninth Wave and we certainly did. Just do a quick, honest inventory of everything that’s happened and changed internally within you and externally in the world since March 9, 2011, it’s incredible and we’re not done yet!

In December 2010, I perceived that each month of 2011 would be about traveling up and through sequential numerical 11-11 portals which are literal Energy Stair Steps leading up to the November triple 11-11-11 cutoff and Separation of Worlds portal. And as the weeks and months of 2011 have passed at light-speed, like many of you I’ve been acutely aware of the building pressures and friction (insanity and miserableness) between the old patriarchal world, its people, consciousness and energies in contrast to the people who are transmuting and evolving/ascending. Now midway through August 2011, the profound polarization between these two radically different levels of humans is nearly unbearable for many of us. We’re at what feels like the absolute breaking point which brings us back to today and the arrival of the Cosmic Cavalry.

Another of these easily recognized signs was the money stock market bi-polar BS; the violent riots in the UK; the scripted, academy award-winning BS from all parties (there’s really only one—the patriarchy Team Dark) of the American government supposedly over the debt; the escalating murders and suicides; the starving escapee’s in Africa; the Middle East trying to break free from their Team Dark patriarchal controllers; the increased violence and mental and emotional instability of people everywhere and on and on.

Well the Cosmic Cavalry has arrived all the way down into physicality and because of this things are changing quickly and massively. What we all must remember is that what’s happening in our Physical body, Mental body, and Emotional body is directly related to what’s happening in the external physical world. And because we’ve now reached the phase where the Dark Ones—all the way down into this physical world and dimension—are acutely aware that their time and control is over so they’re using every stunt, trick and tool they’ve got to prevent you, me, us, humanity from increasing and/or continuing to increase our frequency and escape them and their Dark world and reality permanently.

JULY & AUGUST 2011 “PROTOTYPER” SYMPTOMS

July was a month of severe solar plexus organ pains, muscle spasms and pains in my back/spine near the solar plexus area. These solar plexus pains are directly connected to the massive clearing work of negative Mental body distortions (the many consciousness frequency fences) created by the Dark Ones and put upon humanity that we’ve been transmuting. Remember that these energy situations/transformations are not conscious or ego-centered or ego-driven on our parts but are triggered Ascension related energetic phases that unfold and manifest into this dimension through our physical and energetic bodies. WE are manifesting the NEW blueprints, the NEW crystalline Light “architecture” through OUR multiple and physical bodies.

Other July symptoms were intense head pains and pressures which are not at all like regular “headaches” and digestion difficulties, diarrhea or elimination difficulties and pains. August for me has been primarily intense sudden onset of head pains, pressures, pains that move to different sections of my head and skull; eye pain and pressure and continued Ascension Kundalini related hot flashes.

These head pains have been so intense in August that it caused me to demand help from my Ascension Assistants the other day. It takes a lot to cause me to second-guess my first embodying Ascension symptoms as possible physical-only problems (the severe pains in my head), or to cave emotionally under new severe physical pains and cry and/or demand help from my Ascension Assistants. But once I reached this point a few days ago because I thought the back of my skull might explode, I demanded help from my Ascension Assistants and, amazingly, in about a half hour the pains in my head reduced enough so I can cope with that lower level of pain. Thank you Ascension Assistants and I’ll certainly remember to ask for help more often.

THOSE INNER BODY VIBRATIONS NOW HAPPENING IN YOUR HEAD

I’ve talked about the Rewiring Process of our Body and Brain in other articles so this will only be a short recap.

Around 2002, I became aware of an inner electrical-like vibration happening inside my body. I’ve felt it primarily moving slowly around in my trunk or torso over the years. A couple of years ago it finally entered my head, however what’s happening in my head as of July and August 2011 makes everything that came before seem small and easy. As I’m writing this I’m having tremendous pain and pressures in my head—at this exact moment through my left temple directly into the center of my brain. There’s also now a mild numbness and humming sound in my inner hearing, like a transformational energy explosion just happened inside my head, which is probably close to the truth!

I also just had a visual image and understanding dropped into my awareness about this. It was to let me/us know that what’s currently happening in different areas of our heads and brains is exactly the same Ascension related process that’s happening to different continents and tectonic plates around Earth. I just clairvoyantly saw our brains/heads sectioned off into different areas much like the different continents around Earth. As Earth vomits up hot lava, quakes, shivers and shakes herself back into wholeness, alignment and unity, so too do we in our physical bodies, our multiple energy bodies and our brains. These two internal/external processes are NOT separated from one another; we and Earth are “One” and we both are simultaneously transforming ourselves AND feeling each other much more than we ever have before in these lives and bodies. This ability is another aspect of our growing Unity or High Heart Consciousness.

This image I just saw of my/our human brain and head with different energetic sections in it (that are hurting due to these changes) that resemble different physical continents on Earth, told me that what’s been broken apart, dismantled, unplugged and made separate from all other aspects of Itself is now in an intense accelerated phase of transformation and return to being whole, aligned, and unified individually.

Back to the inner body Rewiring process.

It feels like a vibration or mild shaking deep inside ones body and is easily perceived when one is slowly coming awake and is in that nice, comfy in between state. I’d maintain this awareness for as long as I could to observe this inner vibrating energy. When this Rewiring process began years ago it would buzz ON or vibrate for about three seconds ON followed by two seconds OFF. Three seconds of inner body vibration ON followed by two seconds OFF. This ON/OFF pattern lasted for many years as this Rewiring worked its way throughout my body.

Last month as I was waking up from an afternoon coma-nap I felt this inner energy roaring inside my head and brain again. The big difference this time was that I timed it running for one minute ON followed by one second OFF. One minute ON followed by one second OFF. What this told me was that the current pains and pressures in our heads/brains are directly related to everything I’ve mentioned above and more. We’re transmuting and overriding everything the Dark Ones have (and are still trying) to do to the human physical and energy bodies and consciousness via our “prototyping”—transmuting it all from within our bodies and brains first. And every time we transmute another chunk of the Dark Ones horrific distortions and perversions, we literally vibrate faster and shine brighter. Guess what happens when there’s no more Dark anything for us to transmute? The Separation of Worlds which I sense will arrive fully via the 11-11-11 portal on November 11, 2011.

THE MORSE CODE-LIKE INNER EAR CLICKING SOUNDS

Another long-term Ascension related symptom I’ve had since 1994, is clairaudiently hearing non-physical sounds that resemble super fast electronic sounding Morse Code clicking in my left ear. These 5D Pleiadian transmissions (clicking sounds) have basically remained the same since they started for me in 1994. But, like the recent changes to my inner body vibration pattern, this too has changed and is letting me know that everything is very near changing into something so much more wonderful.

Typically this Morse Code-like clicking sounded like very fast clicks and dashes with short breaks in between them. Some transmissions would be short one-liners while other transmissions clicked on for twenty, thirty minutes or more. After seventeen years of listening to this I’ve gotten very familiar with how they sound so when they suddenly changed last year I noticed! What these Morse Code-like clicking sounds have done a few times over the past year and a half is completely different from what they’ve always done. They now occasionally start in my inner left ear as single clicks (dit dit dit dit) with no spaces or pauses and they increase in speed and tone so fast and so high that the sounds eventually exit the frequency range I’m able to clairaudiently hear. What this transmission is telling me is, End of Transmissions! In other words, what’s been transmitted for many years to any and all who could perceive it from the 5D Pleiadians in this way is now coming to an end because we’re coming up on the Expiration Date—the end of the Mayan calendar in late Oct. 2011 and the 11-11-11 Separation of Worlds.

This End of Transmissions transmission is also telling me/us that, like this sound, we too are speeding up vibrationally and will soon move beyond the energetic range of everything and everyone from the old lower Earth world and reality. (The sudden disappearance of the Mayans long ago was due to them intentionally increasing their frequency or vibrational spin rate to the point that they vanished from the third dimensional frequency range.) To many non-ascending people we will vanish the way these End of Transmissions sounds are, going faster and higher in frequency to the point that we literally disappear from that old lower frequency range and its matching world and reality.

We entered Night Five today, Aug. 18th which runs through Sept. 4, 2011. Release, release, release and then let go of even more of whatever it is that’s left within you that must go now. Stay focused on what YOU want to be focused on and not what the Dark Ones and their human puppets what you to focus on! We must be Conscious of our Consciousness and honestly know what we’re focused on or what we’ve been sidetracked, manipulated into, derailed or hung-up on thanks to the relentless stunts of the Dark Ones. You want to reach the “Promise Land”, then we each must escape the Dark Ones traps and tricks and maintain the higher frequency within our bodies and consciousness. The Separation of Worlds that’s coming is about the Higher and Lower finally and completely separating from each other because they cannot coexist in the same space. We’ll be seeing and feeling these building pressures internally in our bodies and brains as we transmute this, and externally in the world as the Higher “Luminous Ones” and Lower Dark Ones battle now in this physical dimension too. Don’t get sidetracked or spellbound but be mindful of your consciousness and focus and redirect it to where YOU want it to be every moment you/me/we need to.

Inner Body Vibrations & Other Unusual Symptoms

GUESS WHAT, THEY’RE KUNDALINI RISING ASCENSION SYMPTOMS

I see daily Search terms on my Stats page from increasing numbers of people searching for information about why they’re feeling inner body vibrations; why they’re smelling smokey burning incense; why they’re having excessive inner heat (hot flashes) in their bodies that radiate outward and so on. I thought it was time to try again to help more people being activated now to better understand what they’re experiencing and why.

Over the years I’ve written several articles about the many Ascension symptoms, about Kundalini rising and its symptoms, and about the Rewiring of the Body and Brain. The bottom-line is that all of these symptoms, all of these unusual experiences are the same Process. They all are Ascension symptoms, Kundalini symptoms, because they’re one and the SAME thing.

What better, faster way to transmute all our lower frequencies and unresolved, polarized, suppressed, ignored, wounded, fearful, traumatized, unprocessed and unloved parts than the intense Alchemical firestorm that Kundalini rising is? Why would mass numbers of people around the world all be having spontaneous, unsolicited Kundalini rising now? Because of the planetary and species Ascension Process. Why is the Ascension Process happening now in our lifetimes? Because the cycle is completing and it’s time to break free and evolve out from under the multidimensional negativity and suppression.

To help humanity with this rapid and compressed evolutionary process, higher dimensional Light energies are repeatedly released in Waves of Light — think Aquarian energy waves — from the cosmos, the Milky Way Galactic Center, and our Sun (via solar flares, solar winds, solar storms, CME’s etc.) to trigger humanity and Earth to integrate density and Duality, purge, transmute and transform energetically. In other words to evolve—aka “ascend”—to a higher level of consciousness, being and reality.

ASCENSION KUNDALINI SYMPTOMS

These symptoms can last for many years for many people. Other people go through them or only some of them in shorter periods. Fear not.

There are many more symptoms but you should have a sense of how intense, strange, and multidimensional most of the Ascension Kundalini symptoms are. What’s really important about all this is that it’s happening to you and to increasing numbers of people every minute of every day now and why. First the REWIRING, Then the NEW Energies Start Flowing

BODY & BRAIN REWIRING

I’ve talked about the Body Rewiring Process in the past and how it painlessly feels like moving, vibrating, shaking energy deep inside the physical body. I’ve felt my physical body Rewiring happening since 2000. I didn’t know what it was then so I’d lay in bed in the middle of the night feeling, observing, counting and paying very close attention to the on-again-off-again buzzing, electrical-like current zzzzzzzing deep inside my body. I’ve spent years observing and watched it moving slowly up throughout my body heading towards my head/brain. It made sense that once this Rewiring Process reached my head and brain, that things would start changing externally very quickly and they have.

Some of the symptoms of the Head and Brain Rewiring were horrid intense headaches; painful pressures in my skull; one side or the other of my skull feeling bruised and sore like it’s literally been pounded on; pressure and pain in the bridge of my nose and sinuses and eyes; the top of my head/skull so tender, bruised and hot that it hurts; hair loss and my hair just changing; vision changes; sense of smell changes; sense of spinning, tipping over, or falling through the floor etc. A plethora of new weird head and skull pains and pressures happened when the Rewiring process reached my head and brain a couple years ago, not to mention the consciousness changes that having one’s two Duality brain hemispheres Rewired so it can embody and operate at higher frequency levels in a higher dimension and entirely NEW energy template that’s integrated, unified.

AFTER THE REWIRING, THE NEW WILL ACTIVATE

In late 2010, and much more so in 2011, I’ve been feeling what had been Rewired within me coming online as greatly increased amounts of Divine Source Energy began to flow through my newly Rewired body and brain. The Forerunners, Starseeds, Lightworkers, Wayshowers are coming online first, meaning we’re starting to run larger amounts of much higher frequency Source energy, Light energies safely in and through our bodies, HighHearts and brains because of the Rewiring which has created our NEW individual human “Grid Systems”. This is the same Process Gaia is currently experiencing; slowly coming online because she too has been Rewired and now has a much more complex, higher frequency Grid System in place that can safely embody the greatly increased energies that the NEW Earth and matching NEW Humans must have.

The greatly increased energies flowing into and through my physical and energy bodies feels very different from three, five, nine years ago during the Body and Brain Rewiring phase. That was an Inner Body Vibration or buzzing that slowly moved around throughout my body. Like the Rewiring Process, this huge increase of incoming Energies doesn’t cause me any physical pain, it’s just rather intense feeling and hearing the great roar of it internally. I’ve never experienced a physical tornado or hurricane and don’t intend to, but the way this increase of energies feels and sounds flowing down and into my physical head and body must be like what a tornado or hurricane sounds and feels like. It is amazing in its force and volume, but like everything else, I know I’ll adapt and faster than I thought possible. Soon this roaring torrent of increased energies won’t even be audible to me any longer, nor will it rattle and shake my body with its great internal force and volume. It will soon become the NEW normal to me and to you. Until then however, it’s rather dramatic!

The way I’m currently feeling, hearing, and seeing these increased energies coming online and pouring down through my Crown chakra into other areas in my body is when I’m napping during the daytime, and also at different times throughout the night while asleep. For most of my life I could never nap and if I did I’d wake up with a nauseous headache so I never napped. But with the Alchemical Ascension Process literally kicking our everything’s from one end of the cosmic block to the other, I discovered the necessity of naps because I suddenly pass-out in the late afternoons from sheer exhaustion. Now naps are a favorite time and I get either fully out-of-body or half-in and half-out and intentionally maintain my awareness there at the dimensional edge to feel and hear the increased amounts of energies rushing into and around inside my body causing it to rattle, shake, vibrate and howl like the force of an internal hurricane.

Once I’m asleep either during a daytime nap or in the middle of the night I become lucid which just means I become conscious while not in my physical body and can usually retain the memory of whatever and whomever I experience while in this state. I know my Higher Self wants me, Denise, to be consciously aware of this aspect of my coming online and feeling and hearing the greatly increased amounts of energies flowing through me now so I pay close attention and report back here about what I’ve experienced and perceived.

From my current point of view these increased Source Light evolutionary ascension energies pouring in through the top of my head sound and feel almost violent and scary and far too intense and loud. But I suspect it’s just my current perspective of these greatly increased energies entering my body and being after a lifetime of running on nothing but Starseed Lightworker determination, Capricorn grit and stamina, and only two and a half miserable little 3D cylinders! Suddenly having the Source Energy floodgates opened a few more feet makes the force of the increased energies running through my body truly amazing and a bit unnerving. I just sit in between dimensions while napping or asleep and marvel at the great roaring, rattling, buzzing, clanging and banging vibrational flood of increased energies pouring into my newly Rewired Body and Brain. I also excitedly wonder about what NEW awareness and abilities I’ll naturally have due to this great increase of Source Energies flowing within me. Conscious Creating and Co-Creating fuel and more no doubt.

This increased energy flow always enters my body through the top of my head/Crown chakra area and typically floods powerfully down to my High Heart (the Thymus, not the lower physical heart and old Heart chakra) until it feels like it will explode. Often this raging flood of energy is then directed down further to my gut or Solar Plexus area where it rages, bangs, pounds, shakes, swirls and floods that entire area also. During all this my whole body feels like it’s being assaulted by massive amounts of energy which cause it to buzz, shake, vibrate, flutter, radiate and glow as my Rewired multidimensional energy tank is filled with endlessly flowing Source Energy. Again, from my current perspective this particular phase of The Process often sounds and feels like it could be too much, but the Rewiring did exactly what it was designed to do; my new internal Grid System is embodying and running larger amounts of Source Energy and this is what some of you have recently perceived in your dreams or higher awareness as me becoming a transcended something else. I am, and so are and so will increasing numbers of us. This is why the body and brain Rewiring happened in the first place; so we could safely embody and run much more Source Energy in and through us constantly.

Kundalini Rising & the Rewiring Process

This article is for the people who may not be familiar with how Ascension related Kundalini energy feels and also how the Rewiring Process feels in the body. Many of you have already lived through these stages so it’s old-hat to you. There are however increasing numbers of people in 2011 (and beyond due to those Stair Steps) being activated who are suddenly living with some very weird energies and sensations inside their bodies. This information is primarily for them, but I hope you too will enjoy this recap.

THEY’RE ALL CAUSED BY THE EVOLUTIONARY ASCENSION PROCESS

February 1999 my physical Ascension Process suddenly began and I mean suddenly! Literally overnight I went from being and feeling one way all my life, to the next morning having my body producing some very strange physical symptoms. It was a horrible and difficult time and it lasted for many years. Your mileage will vary at this late date within the Ascension Process so don’t panic. The worst of the worst has already been done by Lightworkers over a decade ago and they’ve created a huge, wide open roadway for everyone to energetically travel down, meaning that what you experience now won’t be as long or as difficult and painful.

Before the Ascension energies were available, people who wanted to activate their kundalini energies would typically have to fast, meditate, remain celibate, and in most cases do so for years just to get their inner kundalini energies to budge or wiggle! But, with the start of the biological physical Ascension Process around 1998–1999, the need to do all those old school things went out the window. Now you don’t have to “do” anything to activate your kundalini energies and have them repeatedly burn and flash up and down your spine and work within each of your chakras to transmute the stuck energies in them. Now all you have to do is try to keep up with the Process!

You don’t need to fast, meditate, remain celibate or do any of the old past esoteric things in hopes of activating your kundalini energy. At this point within the global Ascension Process you’ll automatically be triggered or activated at exactly the time you’re supposed to and all by the perfect and flawless design and timing of your own Higher Self. So, don’t worry about any of this because it’s all been meticulously crafted by your Higher Self to unfold at the most beneficial and appropriate time for you to transmute and evolve via the available energies of the Ascension Process.

Because kundalini risings are being triggered now by your Higher Self and the cosmic, galactic, solar and astrological energies and cycles and not by a desire from your left-brained consciousness and ego self, the physical, mental, emotional and etheric symptoms they cause are not the same as old school Eastern esoteric knowledge has taught. Most all old school esoteric teachings don’t work for us now or reflect what we’re living through in our current lives and times because of the Ascension Process.

KUNDALINI SYMPTOMS

Kundalini risings activated by the Ascension Process typically do so suddenly and unexpectedly, making you instantly feel like you’re on fire from the inside out. Hot flashes are common even in male bodies, as are night sweats, which are just “hot flashes” that happen at night while you’re asleep or were sleeping! Once activated kundalini energies don’t conveniently turn off each night so we can get a good night’s sleep. Oh if only that were the case! Nope, you’re kundalini risings and inner fire, heat, sweating, emotions and purgings will be with you day and night for however long it takes for you to work/burn/transmute/release the emotional energetic junk you’ve stored in your trunk—and you’re guts, your belly, your heart, your brain/mind and so on. Oh happy day huh? 🙂 It really is a miraculous Alchemical Process of you going through the transmuting of your inner 3D Lead into higher frequency, non-polarized and integrated 5D Gold via kundalini fires activated by the ongoing Ascension Process.

Inner heat or kundalini fire that radiates outward and extends a good foot or more beyond the surface of your skin and physical body.
This same inner heat/fire in your spine/back repeatedly moving partially or completely up and down your spine/back.
This same inner heat in your spine/back stopping at different chakras to work on the emotional energetic junk you’ve got stored in each of them, some more than others.
Kundalini fire stirs up the emotional/mental/etheric issues you’ve stored and/or suppressed in each of your chakras which you will now FEEL emotionally and need to resolve and eventually fully release. This is a Process and is typically done repeatedly, layer-by-layer so we get the majority of our inner energetic junk transmuted and gone. It doesn’t happen in a couple weeks or months. Give it time to do all it must within you.
Strange, vivid dreams because we do the majority of our Inner Work while asleep and dreaming on the Inner Planes. We can discover, FEEL emotionally, resolve and integrate so much more in a vastly shorter time while we’re asleep and out-of-body doing this Inner Work. Expect strange but informative or symbolic and archetypal dreams and pay attention to what they reveal to you about yourself and what you’re transmuting.
Physical sweating…lots and lots of sweating day and night. I’d suggest you stop using chemical deodorants so you can sweat out the toxins. Try using a natural deodorant like a crystal stick or stone instead.
Emotional imbalances and difficult almost “crazy” periods due to past emotional issues/wounds/pains/fears/guilt etc. and their energies being brought to the surface of your consciousness and transmuted in and through your physical and emotional bodies primarily.
When kundalini fire is working in your solar plexus chakra, your physical belly/gut area will oftentimes bloat due to the intense energies and transformational Inner Work taking place inside. Fear not and know it will eventually decrease. Know too it will return a few times before you’re done with this Alchemical process.
When kundalini fire is working in your heart chakra you’ll often feel a heat, pressure, and possibly movements in this area of your body along with intense and uneven heart beats or thumps and poundings. You’ll also emotionally FEEL plenty and cry and rage and be moved by very simple and beautiful things, and very evil things too. Fear not as this is your heart being cleared and expanding to feel and house so much more of the higher energies, Light, and consciousness.
When kundalini fire is working in your throat chakra you’ll often feel a heat and pressure radiating out of the back of your neck. Aches and pains in your throat and jaw is common. You’ll also find yourself speaking (or yelling and demanding) things you’ve suppressed or have not been allowed to verbalize before. Finally give voice to what you’ve not so far and take your power back.
When kundalini fire is working in your two lower chakras, old sexual issues, feelings of guilt, and suppressed energies will demand your attention. Also fears and/or a sense of being a victim and so on will come to the surface to be consciously recognized, felt emotionally, finally dealt with and integrated and eventually released.
You know where each chakra exists within you and it’s pretty easy to know which physical organs exist in those areas. Those are the organs that will have more stress in them while your kundalini fire is burning and surfacing old emotional energies you’ve stored in them. Take care of yourself during these intense transformational periods. Drink plenty of water to help with the heat and fire, the constant sweating and potential mineral loss, and the constant detoxing and purging that this entire Process creates.
When kundalini reaches your head, just let it do what it does and don’t intellectualize the process much because you can’t and don’t need to! You’ll feel the fire and pressures inside your skull pushing and changing things in there and it all pouring up and out of the top of your head (Crown chakra) too. Let the kundalini fire transmute your brain glands and clear and expand your Brow and Crown chakras for what will happen next.

There’s many more kundalini symptoms but this would become so long it’d be boring. Let’s move on to the Body Rewiring Process which can now happen more easily and quickly because Kundalini Fire has burned through and transmuted the majority of emotional energetic junk that had been stored, stuck throughout your physical and emotional bodies.

BODY REWIRING PROCESS

The Body Rewiring doesn’t hurt as most all the other Ascension symptoms do. It does however feel rather strange because you can actually feel energies vibrating, buzzing, and shaking deep inside your physical body. Thankfully no pain, just a sensation of inner vibrations that typically begin in the lower section of your body or in your core. I first felt them many years ago in my lower gut or core area. Over the years this inner body electrical-like vibrating would move slowly from one area to another and another and so on. Over the years it slowly inched its way upward in my body and lastly made it to my head and brain. At that point the Brain Rewiring took place which did and still does today cause me headaches, pressures, pains and aches both inside my head and also on the surface of my skull and scalp and Crown chakra area.

BODY REWIRING SYMPTOMS

Typically feeling inner body vibrations that feel rather like a mild electric current running inside you. It vibrates, buzz’s, and even mildly shakes you from deep inside your physical body. It is painless and isn’t that a nice change!
Over the months and years this inner body vibration will move around inside your body. You’ll feel it low in your base area, then higher in your belly area where it moves around and doesn’t remain in just one area in each section of your body. It will slowly move around your core, typically from bottom to top.
It’s easiest to feel this inner body vibrating when you’ve been asleep and suddenly awaken. While laying there quietly in the middle of the night it’s easy to feel a strong vibrating or buzzing energy inside your body. It runs in on/off cycles of a few seconds on and less seconds off. This perfectly timed pattern will repeat until you can safely cope with the vibration running for longer and longer periods.
Eventually this inner body vibrating energy increases to the point where it runs or is “ON” constantly inside your body and there’s no more periods where it’s “OFF” at all. This will take time however. At this point know that you are running and housing within your physical body and self a much higher frequency Light Energy than you ever could have done and survived before.
Once your whole physical body has been Rewired, it enters your head/brain and then that process begins. Stair steps remember or we wouldn’t survive The Process.

THE BRAIN REWIRING PROCESS & SYMPTOMS

When this Rewiring Ascension Process reaches your head and two brain halves you can feel and sense that you’re running a much higher, faster, undiluted Light-filled Energy throughout your whole physical body. You’ve been rewired, upgraded, and have a NEW 5D Body Grid system (central nervous system and much more) just like Earth now does. This means you—like Earth—can now run and constantly house 5D energies through your body and not fry or go mad or die because of it! You’ve succeeded in transmuting your Alchemical 3D Lead into 5D Gold and now have the latest and most energy-efficient, self-sustained model on the market. 😉 Congratulations! But, not to burst your hard-earned bubble of joy, there’s more…much more but it will be worth it so let’s continue and Rewire the head and brain—hence consciousness—so it matches your newly rewired body.

Once these transformational Rewiring Energies enter your head and brain you are going to have to deal with some pains and pressures inside your head and skull. I’m not going to pad this and say it doesn’t hurt occasionally because it does. But if you honestly think about what is happening inside your physical head/brain, it’s SO worth the occasional headaches and pressures.

The two separate brain hemispheres will now begin being Rewired into one unified whole brain that functions without the old lower 3D polarities of left and right brain consciousness and terrible disconnects. We can’t as yet fully perceive of how we’ll be able to perceive reality with a Rewired or Unified brain. Soon however.

The Brain Rewiring is occasionally painful and causes headaches, pressures and pains inside the head, pains and pressures in the external skull and scalp. These pains and pressures also move around inside the head and outside on the skull.
It often causes a sense or feel of twirling or rotating, spinning and/or tipping over or dropping through the floor. Not “dizziness”, but a rapid rotating movement.
It often triggers seeing lights, colors, sparks, points or explosions of light, shadows moving, movements of energies, non-physical beings and discarnate humans etc. Just observe the weird clairvoyant show but be aware too. Everything is not always as it seems. In other words, “all that glitters” with light doesn’t mean it is of the Light. No fear just pay attention and discern.
You’ll feel pressures and pains in your Brow chakra area and even more so in your Crown chakra area and the top of your physical skull/head.
You may smell scents like burning smoke or incense very close to your body for days, weeks or months on-end. You may also have a grossly exaggerated sense of smell with certain scents that nearly choke you and/or make you nauseous. This is caused by the Rewiring happening within your brain glands, the Pineal and Pituitary glands primarily and their being connected or unified also.
You will find yourself perceiving, or more accurately knowing things instead of linearly thinking and intellectualizing as you’re used to. This is due to the Kundalini clearing Inner Work, the later Body Rewiring, coupled with the current Brain Rewiring. We’re evolving/ascending now into what I call Spherical or 5D High Heart Consciousness—what others call “Unity Consciousness” or “triality” consciousness. To get there tho, all these previous Ascension-related stair steps and Alchemical processes have to be gone through first. Soon we’ll know things from our Conscious High Hearts instead of having to linearly think, speculate or guess and hope for the best! We will simply know.
All this stuff going on in our heads and brains also causes hearing changes, inner ear pressures and the occasional inner ear stabbing pain. You will also hear strange non-physical sounds, voices, possibly words or your name being said etc. Again, no fear just realize that your two separate brain halves are being Rewired and billions of NEW neural Light pathways are being wired, connected between the two hemispheres that are becoming one unified whole brain. Of course we’re going to see, hear, smell, sense, perceive and feel all sorts of brand NEW energies, lights, Beings and dimensions etc.

Again there’s far more symptoms with the Brain Rewiring process because there’s far more happening than what I’ve written above. I’m not intentionally withholding information about these Ascension-related processes, it’s just that I haven’t completely figured out yet how to articulate what I perceive in geometric symbolic Light forms. As soon as I can better interpret into linear written words these geometric Light symbols I see over human energy and physical bodies, I’ll write about it too. I do know they represent Multidimensional, multiple layered Bodies we all have and how ALL of our different Energy Bodies from the densest to the mid-range to the highest frequency bodies closest to Source are ALL evolving/ascending simultaneously now.

It’s Nap Time!

Because so many people have recently said in Comments here about their suddenly needing to take daytime naps and/or sleep more hours than ever before, I figure we should focus a bit better on this latest ascension related symptom.

I’ve been incredibly exhausted the majority of time I’ve lived this Ascension Process (since Feb. 1999), but it’s something I’ve adapted to and learned to work around over the past decade. However…this intermittent mega exhaustion and sudden need to take a nap or naps during the daytime hours is something totally new for me, and it’s been increasing in intensity and duration for the past few months in 2010. I was never able to fall asleep during the daytime before so this new sudden pass-out nap time business is very unusual for me. Actually, I’ve learned to enjoy it and not worry about whether I get enough physical things/choirs/work accomplished each day. They’ll wait for me, and you, so take that nap and get out-of-body for however long you need when you need.

These new sudden need to nap periods have grown in duration lately and I suspect this too is very “normal” (what’s normal at this point?) for what we’re going through now in the second-half of 2010. I think this need to nap is going to increase in 2011, which is fine by me. If we can nap our ways through some of these wildly compressed speeding-up completion phases, then by all means, get out your Ascension Blankies everyone and let’s have some nice out-of-body Group naps!

I remember reading something The Hathors and Tom Kenyon said recently about changing planetary electromagnetic energies and how this will affect us and our sleep/wake patterns, our dreams and consciousness. I also vaguely remember Steve Rother/the group saying something similar a few months back about the changing electromagnetic energies affecting our emotions and memories. All I know is that I absolutely cannot remain awake when these particular energies are doing what they are. I’ve got to go have myself a nap…or two or three…during the afternoon which is when I usually get hit the hardest.

These need to nap periods seem important for us to get out-of-body so that whatever changes, upgrades, shifts and so on are happening can do so more quickly and painlessly. After a decade of rarely being able to sleep and exit the intense ascension body pains and pressures, it sure is nice to suddenly become groggy, limp, and relaxed on all levels and fall asleep…as opposed to running mega amounts of higher voltage Light energies through us constantly and hurting because it’s transmuting our lower frequency dense junk. Progress!

Solar Activities = Body & Emotional Aches & Pains

On Thursday Oct. 14, 2010 between 4–4:30 pm I suddenly got blasted with those old familiar intense “ascension flu” symptoms. I learned years ago that the “ascension flu” symptoms were actually how my physical body reacts to any and all solar activity. Solar flares, CME’s, solar storms, magnetic solar filaments, sun spots etc., all instantly cause my physical body to feel as if I’ve got the “ascension flu”. Body aches and pains, chills like you have a low-grade fever, occasional stabbing ice pick-like pains in certain bones and joints that only last a couple of seconds thank gwad, and that general all around crappy, profoundly exhausted feeling physically.

Another way that any and all solar activity affects me is emotionally, and I’ll suddenly find myself crying over some lame-ass commercial or movie…or nothing! I just suddenly feel abnormally emotional and cry often because of it. (I have some vague memory of Steve Rother/the group channeling recently about magnetic fluctuations from solar activity causing us to be more emotional.)

Cherie and I had been talking in emails about this recently and she was relieved to hear that her sudden attack of flu-like symptoms and severe body aches, pains, and exhaustion were/are due to current solar activity. I’m going to add a link to Spaceweather.com below so you can see for yourself what the Sun has been doing these past few days and back-engineer your possible ascension flu symptoms and crying jags to make this connection. (The ultra sensitive and sensitive people always feel and are affected by these energies before other people are.)

These energies are only going to increase in intensity from 2010 over the next two years or more, so we need to remember that we are very much affected (physically, emotionally, and in many other positive ways as well) by Cosmic and Galactic Energy Waves that reach our Sun and then the Sun transmits on to us and Earth.

New Chakra Pains & Pressures

GOOD GOD WHAT’S THAT PAIN IN MY SPINE?!

Around 2000, I started feeling a new physical pain that felt like my spine/back was breaking or broken above my heart, high up between my shoulder blades. Because I’ve had mild (although it sure doesn’t feel that way) scoliosis all my life, I assumed it was another thin disk and/or pinched nerves between vertebra in that particular area of my spine. Eventually however, I realized that physical area was the same location where I knew my energetic 5D High Heart was birthing itself. I then started understanding more about the connections between this particular place on our spines and our new 5D High Heart manifesting. In the diagram above this is number 6—the Thymus chakra. I prefer calling it the High Heart because it exists and functions well above the old lower 3D physical Heart chakra.

This physical pain in the back/spine right behind this Thymus High Heart chakra can, at times, be really painful and miserable and I’ve noticed that it causes a few other physical reactions or side effects which I think many people have been having for years now or they’ve started recently. One of the new 5D High Heart Thymus related symptoms is having our esophagus spasm painfully at or near this particular location in our spines. I never had this physical pain or symptom before my Ascension Process started, but I’ve had this painful spine/back and esophagus spasms off and on ever since. Usually eating food will cause it to spasm closed and hurt, especially if I’m hurrying, multitasking and not relaxed while eating. Other times I can be rested and relaxed and simply drink water and suddenly have my esophagus spasm and feel like there’s a stone stuck in it right at this High Heart Thymus chakra area.

Another related and very common side effect of this new 5D ascended High Heart Thymus chakra is heartburn from hell and/or acid re-flux on those super intense days.

GOOD GOD WHAT’S GOING ON WITH MY DIAPHRAGM?!

Other exciting Ascension-related new 5D chakra pains are connected to number 4 in the diagram above—the Diaphragm chakra. Other people have called this lovely bloating, bulging, never-ending expanded upper belly/gut/diaphragm situation the ‘Buddha Belly’. I’ll never forget the first time I ran across this term online about a year and a half ago because it immediately reminded me of my dear old past-life Master Teacher and much-loved friend Master Hotei, aka the Laughing Buddha. [See The Temple of Master Hotei: A Unique Past Life Memory ]. I remember in that past life wondering why Master Hotei’s belly was so distended when he really wasn’t overweight or fat. Now I know, intimately!

The first minute my Ascension Process started on February 1, 1999, my diaphragm bloated up like I was nine months pregnant and has remained that way ever since. It doesn’t matter if I don’t eat anything for days, my upper belly area doesn’t deflate and become con-caved like it always was prior to the start of this process. This Ascension-related symptom and new 5D chakra feels just like being nine months pregnant and you tried to eat a large meal. My vertebra in this particular area will often go out-of-place too, which I believe is directly related to the birthing of this new chakra. Also your diaphragm is so bloated, so distended that you sometimes feel like you can’t get enough air into your lungs. This symptom is about as much fun as the new High Heart/Thymus chakra side effects are! And, my already bloated diaphragm gets much worse the minute I physically leave my house and go into the lower vibrating world out there because entering any place where there’s more density creates an immediate reaction in my body from all lower frequency energies. Keep this in HighHeart mind when your body suddenly lets you know that you’ve entered a lower, more dense negative frequency physical location.

GOOD GOD WHAT’S HAPPENING TO THE BACK OF MY NECK?!

The next new Ascension-related 5D chakra is number 8 in the above diagram—The Well of Dreams. Again, due to my lifelong spinal pains and problems, this particular area of my spine has always been a wreck. Because of this it’s taken me longer to discern the symptoms that accompany the birth of this new higher chakra. I haven’t read or heard anything about this new chakra, but I sense it has something to do with—and this may sound really weird even for me—the integration of our male and female energies within our body and two brain hemispheres. I sense there is a new higher octave with this new Ascension-related 5D chakra to both the Throat chakra below it and the Brow chakra above it. I sense at some point with our DNA re-connections and other higher energy changes, we will have the ability (again) to use vocal sounds (7D) to Consciously Create certain things and manifest them into our reality. This is a really ancient ability we lost, along with many others, that will eventually return due to our going through the Ascension and dimensional shift Process. I also sense that there’s more to this particular new chakra but I haven’t perceived it yet.

The Galactic Male and Galactic Female chakras speak for themselves, except that I wonder why they would be separated or polarized like this again? Maybe we’ve got some more integrating to do at even higher levels within this Process? Or, maybe they mean something very different from male/female as we’ve known it at lower levels of consciousness. At any rate, I suspect our current brain Rewiring Process will solve this confusion or outright distortion and fully reveal some truly amazing insights, abilities and memories to us again.

Our Brain REWIRING

I’m currently going through another intense phase of Ascension related head, skull, brain, brain glands (pineal and pituitary) cosmic, galactic, and solar onslaughts. I must confess that over the past three or four months I occasionally entertained the thought that I might actually have something “wrong” inside my skull! The pains, the different headaches and new pressures outside and inside of my skull have been so intense that I wondered if something could indeed be wrong physically inside my skull. It takes a lot to spook me after all I’ve already been through via the Ascension Process, but this is how severe this head pain and pressure has been off and on since January 2010.

After months of this severe head, brain and skull weirdness and pains I figured I should take a look myself and do a clairvoyant MRI scan of the insides of my head to be sure. Almost as soon as I had this thought I could see hundreds of thousands of extremely tiny energy lines of light arcing back and forth repeatedly between my right and left brain hemispheres like an energy bridge across the top of my brain and skull! I watched a bit while not thinking or analyzing but just observing and discerning it all, which always produces the most accurate results. I discovered that one of the things I have been going through since January 2010—and I know many of you have been too—is that now my brain is literally going through the Rewiring Process. The Body Rewiring Process seems completed, for the most part, but the head, skull, and two brain hemispheres are now the primary focus for many of us farther along within the Rewiring Process. And of course, added to all this is the Crown chakra Rewiring or upgrades we’ve been going through also. No wonder our heads hurt in new and strange ways—ascension headaches indeed!

Years ago I first felt the Rewiring in my lower physical body, deep inside like a mild electric current painlessly buzzing and vibrating internally. Over the years this rewiring process has slowly moved throughout my body, starting from the tailbone or base chakra area, then up into the torso, then up into my heart, throat, base of skull and spine, and now in 2010, inside my head. I can’t believe I didn’t figure this out sooner and thought that I may have something wrong physically inside my skull. Fear is one tenacious bugger to totally eradicate! More Phase Two lessons. But thanks to my nifty ability to do my own version of a brain MRI, I got to actually see the tremendous energies working in and around our skulls and brains literally rewiring the two polarized brain halves into a Unified brain. Those hundreds of thousand of tiny lines of light I saw bridging and arcing back and forth repeatedly between my two brain hemispheres were new connections and pathways being created, as if one was using Light to sew and stitch the two brain halves back together! The brain halves are in the process of being reintegrated, reconnected, rewired so that the old 3D Veil between our own brains will soon be evolved/ascended back into a unified brain that can easily carry, perceive, and create from spherical (unified) or quantum consciousness.

Now I’m not saying that this is currently happening and within the next fifteen minutes (or days) I’ll be one of the whole-brained, fully integrated, new 5D humans. Just as the entire body Rewiring took many years, this too will take some more time to complete, but not terribly long I sense.

It makes such perfect sense that with the current Crown chakra changes or upgrades, that our brains would also be going through the rewiring process, which will completely remove the Veil between our old lower polarized brain hemispheres and polarized consciousness. Knowing this and having seen some of the rewiring process transpiring inside my head and brain for myself, I now can excitedly continue with whatever further headaches, skull pressures and pains, sensation of an axe in the side of my head type pains and pressures I’ve been having for months now. Seeing those many thousands of tiny lines of light arcing back and forth between my left and right brain halves repeatedly, I feel confident that this current brain and Crown chakra rewiring (evolution) is going to produce profoundly amazing changes in us and what we’re capable of perceiving seemingly overnight.
