“How Can I Stop these Inner Vibrations, Heat & Pains?”

I’ve repeatedly seen this question used in online searches, plus I’ve had many people email me over the years asking me how to STOP what they’re feeling taking place inside their physical body such as hot flashes, inner body vibrations and other strange Ascension related evolutionary changes they’re experiencing. There’s been a few Comments recently on another article about how to stop, how to fix, medicate, how to heal some painful Ascension symptoms which is why I’m writing about this.

I realize most people do not know what their bodies are doing or why they’re doing it now, but every time I read someone desperate to stop the natural evolution taking place within them, I feel for them but more importantly I want them to understand the reasons for these oftentimes painful symptoms or side effects. People, there’s nothing “wrong” with you or your body, you are evolving while remaining in your physical body and that grand Alchemical Process causes some pains, pressures, aches and confusions as should be expected. Welcome to the evolutionary Ascension Process.

It Isn’t Easy Casting-off Thousands of Years of Dis-empowering Mind Control Overnight

The other aspect of this Ascension related issue is how many people automatically and instantly want to STOP what they’re feeling in their bodies usually because it’s painful and/or scares them and they go in search of an external healer, doctor, medication(s), shaman, facility or whatever or whoever to get rid of the damned pesky evolutionary pains they’re feeling. Humanity has been so effectively brainwashed, mind controlled and redirected (herded) into all-encompassing dis-empowerment and believing that, if it hurts there’s something wrong so immediately go to some external person to fix the pain and problem and typically with chemicals/drugs and/or invasive painful tests and/or surgery.

If a person doesn’t know that they’re experiencing the evolutionary Ascension Process with its many weird and usually painful side effects, then I understand why they would first look towards old external lower frequency consciousness methodologies, people and consciousness to supposedly help them with those pains and symptoms that scares, hurts and confuses them. It is however the people who do know about the Ascension Process and its weird variety of usually painful side effects and yet STILL believe in, look to and use external people like doctors, healers, drugs, surgery, plant-based drugs, gemstones etc.— anything so long as it’s not them but someone and something else external that occasionally frustrates me.

I understand that those people are in transition, are in mid-stream, are in mid-Process, are only partially there so far and are falling back on the only methods of old 3D “help” they’re familiar with which are all external systems, people, tools, methodologies, drugs and beliefs. It’s going to take a bunch of Forerunners repeatedly walking on water to begin to convince people—even some already living it—that there are NEW, higher and very different internal ways of dealing with everything. Stair-steps as usual.

You Have an Innie or an Outie?

Do you always go, search, look, think, feel, expect, believe, anticipate etc. externally for everything, everyone? Or are you evolving into increasingly greater Self-empowerment, Higher Awareness, honest Self-reflection and always looking internally at your Self as Divine Source? Are you increasingly, naturally looking internally to problem solve, know more, hold more Light, Embody more within your physical body and earthly being which naturally increases your Self-as-Divine Source in and with all things?

Are you making the evolutionary shift from being a dis-empowered externally focused “outie”, to being an empowered internally focused “innie”?

That’s what’s going on with the Ascension Process; people casting-off the mind control lies of complete and utter dis-empowerment while simultaneously being evolved to greater and greater self-empowerment, to the point that they KNOW and live their lives as empowered Self-as-Divine Source beings in these current physical lives on Earth.

Your “soul mate” is the Greater, Higher YOU. Your “healer” is the you that’s evolving, “ascending” now. Your “savior” is the Greater, Higher YOU that you are discovering is NOT disconnected from you or you from IT but merging, marrying, unifying, integrating within your growing HighHeart right here in the physical. Your HighHeart is where you and YOU meet, merge and “ascend” into the NEW Higher YOU and that you is a total “innie”. Everyone must become an “innie” to exist within the HighHeart because then everyone is energetically equal and zero parasitism or any other such old negative crap can ever manifest. This is all part of the ongoing Ascension Process, but because it has to do with old belief systems about our bodies, health, healing, power, lack of power, being self-empowered, physical pain, sickness, consciousness, spirituality, energy and so on, it’s one big stubborn old turd for most people to work their ways through. And typically, it takes repeated attempts to finally get them all and reach real freedom.

A lot of people have reached another of many levels in early 2016, where they HAVE to cast-off some more (please notice I said some more) of their old limiting belief systems, thoughts and emotions now. This is necessary to continue, and to get each of us to do more releasing of the old at times like this, we’ll find we’re getting hit over the head again and again, each time more intensely, to help us realize that we’ve got something else in us that HAS to go now. The old lower and the NEW higher cannot co-exist and so we go through many energy Stair-steps between the two which gives us the time and space to do more Inner Work so we can take the next step and the next and the next and the next…

Honestly keep looking at where you and your consciousness are still an “outie”, are still focused externally. The Ascension energies feel increasingly intense until we release whatever it is at the time we need to and become a bit more of a self-empowered, self-reliant, internally focused “innie”. This will only increase dramatically this month of March 2016 with two eclipses and the Vernal Equinox so get with the higher program and look within to discover places where you are still looking without. The more you do this the easier and faster it becomes.

GUESS WHAT, THEY’RE KUNDALINI RISING ASCENSION SYMPTOMS

I see daily Search terms on my Stats page from increasing numbers of people searching for information about why they’re feeling inner body vibrations; why they’re smelling smokey burning incense; why they’re having excessive inner heat (hot flashes) in their bodies that radiate outward and so on. I thought it was time to try again to help more people being activated now to better understand what they’re experiencing and why.

Over the years I’ve written several articles about the many Ascension symptoms, about Kundalini rising and its symptoms, and about the Rewiring of the Body and Brain. The bottom-line is that all of these symptoms, all of these unusual experiences are the same Process. They all are Ascension symptoms, Kundalini symptoms, because they’re one and the SAME thing.

What better, faster way to transmute all our lower frequencies and unresolved, polarized, suppressed, ignored, wounded, fearful, traumatized, unprocessed and unloved parts than the intense Alchemical firestorm that Kundalini rising is? Why would mass numbers of people around the world all be having spontaneous, unsolicited Kundalini rising now? Because of the planetary and species Ascension Process. Why is the Ascension Process happening now in our lifetimes? Because the cycle is completing and it’s time to break free and evolve out from under the multidimensional negativity and suppression.

To help humanity with this rapid and compressed evolutionary process, higher dimensional Light energies are repeatedly released in Waves of Light — think Aquarian energy waves — from the cosmos, the Milky Way Galactic Center, and our Sun (via solar flares, solar winds, solar storms, CME’s etc.) to trigger humanity and Earth to integrate density and Duality, purge, transmute and transform energetically. In other words to evolve—aka “ascend”—to a higher level of consciousness, being and reality.

ASCENSION KUNDALINI SYMPTOMS

These symptoms can last for many years for many people. Other people go through them or only some of them in shorter periods. Fear not.

There are many more symptoms but you should have a sense of how intense, strange, and multidimensional most of the Ascension Kundalini symptoms are. What’s really important about all this is that it’s happening to you and to increasing numbers of people every minute of every day now and why. Again, fear not because it’s a positive sign of our compressed evolution, our expanding consciousness and all the positive things that naturally comes with it.

First the REWIRING, Then the NEW Energies Start Flowing

BODY & BRAIN REWIRING

I’ve talked about the Body Rewiring Process in the past and how it painlessly feels like moving, vibrating, shaking energy deep inside the physical body. I’ve felt my physical body Rewiring happening since 2000. I didn’t know what it was then so I’d lay in bed in the middle of the night feeling, observing, counting and paying very close attention to the on-again-off-again buzzing, electrical-like current zzzzzzzing deep inside my body. I’ve spent years observing and watched it moving slowly up throughout my body heading towards my head/brain. It made sense that once this Rewiring Process reached my head and brain, that things would start changing externally very quickly and they have.

Some of the symptoms of the Head and Brain Rewiring were horrid intense headaches; painful pressures in my skull; one side or the other of my skull feeling bruised and sore like it’s literally been pounded on; pressure and pain in the bridge of my nose and sinuses and eyes; the top of my head/skull so tender, bruised and hot that it hurts; hair loss and my hair just changing; vision changes; sense of smell changes; sense of spinning, tipping over, or falling through the floor etc. A plethora of new weird head and skull pains and pressures happened when the Rewiring process reached my head and brain a couple years ago, not to mention the consciousness changes that having one’s two Duality brain hemispheres Rewired so it can embody and operate at higher frequency levels in a higher dimension and entirely NEW energy template that’s integrated, unified.

AFTER THE REWIRING, THE NEW WILL ACTIVATE

In late 2010, and much more so in 2011, I’ve been feeling what had been Rewired within me coming online as greatly increased amounts of Divine Source Energy began to flow through my newly Rewired body and brain. The Forerunners, Starseeds, Lightworkers, Wayshowers are coming online first, meaning we’re starting to run larger amounts of much higher frequency Source energy, Light energies safely in and through our bodies, HighHearts and brains because of the Rewiring which has created our NEW individual human “Grid Systems”. This is the same Process Gaia is currently experiencing; slowly coming online because she too has been Rewired and now has a much more complex, higher frequency Grid System in place that can safely embody the greatly increased energies that the NEW Earth and matching NEW Humans must have.

The greatly increased energies flowing into and through my physical and energy bodies feels very different from three, five, nine years ago during the Body and Brain Rewiring phase. That was an Inner Body Vibration or buzzing that slowly moved around throughout my body. Like the Rewiring Process, this huge increase of incoming Energies doesn’t cause me any physical pain, it’s just rather intense feeling and hearing the great roar of it internally. I’ve never experienced a physical tornado or hurricane and don’t intend to, but the way this increase of energies feels and sounds flowing down and into my physical head and body must be like what a tornado or hurricane sounds and feels like. It is amazing in its force and volume, but like everything else, I know I’ll adapt and faster than I thought possible. Soon this roaring torrent of increased energies won’t even be audible to me any longer, nor will it rattle and shake my body with its great internal force and volume. It will soon become the NEW normal to me and to you. Until then however, it’s rather dramatic!

The way I’m currently feeling, hearing, and seeing these increased energies coming online and pouring down through my Crown chakra into other areas in my body is when I’m napping during the daytime, and also at different times throughout the night while asleep. For most of my life I could never nap and if I did I’d wake up with a nauseous headache so I never napped. But with the Alchemical Ascension Process literally kicking our everything’s from one end of the cosmic block to the other, I discovered the necessity of naps because I suddenly pass-out in the late afternoons from sheer exhaustion. Now naps are a favorite time and I get either fully out-of-body or half-in and half-out and intentionally maintain my awareness there at the dimensional edge to feel and hear the increased amounts of energies rushing into and around inside my body causing it to rattle, shake, vibrate and howl like the force of an internal hurricane.

Once I’m asleep either during a daytime nap or in the middle of the night I become lucid which just means I become conscious while not in my physical body and can usually retain the memory of whatever and whomever I experience while in this state. I know my Higher Self wants me, Denise, to be consciously aware of this aspect of my coming online and feeling and hearing the greatly increased amounts of energies flowing through me now so I pay close attention and report back here about what I’ve experienced and perceived.

From my current point of view these increased Source Light evolutionary ascension energies pouring in through the top of my head sound and feel almost violent and scary and far too intense and loud. But I suspect it’s just my current perspective of these greatly increased energies entering my body and being after a lifetime of running on nothing but Starseed Lightworker determination, Capricorn grit and stamina, and only two and a half miserable little 3D cylinders! Suddenly having the Source Energy floodgates opened a few more feet makes the force of the increased energies running through my body truly amazing and a bit unnerving. I just sit in between dimensions while napping or asleep and marvel at the great roaring, rattling, buzzing, clanging and banging vibrational flood of increased energies pouring into my newly Rewired Body and Brain. I also excitedly wonder about what NEW awareness and abilities I’ll naturally have due to this great increase of Source Energies flowing within me. Conscious Creating and Co-Creating fuel and more no doubt.

This increased energy flow always enters my body through the top of my head/Crown chakra area and typically floods powerfully down to my High Heart (the Thymus, not the lower physical heart and old Heart chakra) until it feels like it will explode. Often this raging flood of energy is then directed down further to my gut or Solar Plexus area where it rages, bangs, pounds, shakes, swirls and floods that entire area also. During all this my whole body feels like it’s being assaulted by massive amounts of energy which cause it to buzz, shake, vibrate, flutter, radiate and glow as my Rewired multidimensional energy tank is filled with endlessly flowing Source Energy. Again, from my current perspective this particular phase of The Process often sounds and feels like it could be too much, but the Rewiring did exactly what it was designed to do; my new internal Grid System is embodying and running larger amounts of Source Energy and this is what some of you have recently perceived in your dreams or higher awareness as me becoming a transcended something else. I am, and so are and so will increasing numbers of us. This is why the body and brain Rewiring happened in the first place; so we could safely embody and run much more Source Energy in and through us constantly.

Our Brain REWIRING

I’m currently going through another intense phase of Ascension related head, skull, brain, brain glands (pineal and pituitary) cosmic, galactic, and solar onslaughts. I must confess that over the past three or four months I occasionally entertained the thought that I might actually have something “wrong” inside my skull! The pains, the different headaches and new pressures outside and inside of my skull have been so intense that I wondered if something could indeed be wrong physically inside my skull. It takes a lot to spook me after all I’ve already been through via the Ascension Process, but this is how severe this head pain and pressure has been off and on since January 2010.

After months of this severe head, brain and skull weirdness and pains I figured I should take a look myself and do a clairvoyant MRI scan of the insides of my head to be sure. Almost as soon as I had this thought I could see hundreds of thousands of extremely tiny energy lines of light arcing back and forth repeatedly between my right and left brain hemispheres like an energy bridge across the top of my brain and skull! I watched a bit while not thinking or analyzing but just observing and discerning it all, which always produces the most accurate results. I discovered that one of the things I have been going through since January 2010—and I know many of you have been too—is that now my brain is literally going through the Rewiring Process. The Body Rewiring Process seems completed, for the most part, but the head, skull, and two brain hemispheres are now the primary focus for many of us farther along within the Rewiring Process. And of course, added to all this is the Crown chakra Rewiring or upgrades we’ve been going through also. No wonder our heads hurt in new and strange ways—ascension headaches indeed!

Years ago I first felt the Rewiring in my lower physical body, deep inside like a mild electric current painlessly buzzing and vibrating internally. Over the years this rewiring process has slowly moved throughout my body, starting from the tailbone or base chakra area, then up into the torso, then up into my heart, throat, base of skull and spine, and now in 2010, inside my head. I can’t believe I didn’t figure this out sooner and thought that I may have something wrong physically inside my skull. Fear is one tenacious bugger to totally eradicate! More Phase Two lessons. But thanks to my nifty ability to do my own version of a brain MRI, I got to actually see the tremendous energies working in and around our skulls and brains literally rewiring the two polarized brain halves into a Unified brain. Those hundreds of thousand of tiny lines of light I saw bridging and arcing back and forth repeatedly between my two brain hemispheres were new connections and pathways being created, as if one was using Light to sew and stitch the two brain halves back together! The brain halves are in the process of being reintegrated, reconnected, rewired so that the old 3D Veil between our own brains will soon be evolved/ascended back into a unified brain that can easily carry, perceive, and create from spherical (unified) or quantum consciousness.

Now I’m not saying that this is currently happening and within the next fifteen minutes (or days) I’ll be one of the whole-brained, fully integrated, new 5D humans. Just as the entire body Rewiring took many years, this too will take some more time to complete, but not terribly long I sense.

It makes such perfect sense that with the current Crown chakra changes or upgrades, that our brains would also be going through the rewiring process, which will completely remove the Veil between our old lower polarized brain hemispheres and polarized consciousness. Knowing this and having seen some of the rewiring process transpiring inside my head and brain for myself, I now can excitedly continue with whatever further headaches, skull pressures and pains, sensation of an axe in the side of my head type pains and pressures I’ve been having for months now. Seeing those many thousands of tiny lines of light arcing back and forth between my left and right brain halves repeatedly, I feel confident that this current brain and Crown chakra rewiring (evolution) is going to produce profoundly amazing changes in us and what we’re capable of perceiving seemingly overnight.

Solar Light Transmissions

When I was five, six, seven years old I used to sunbathe on my parents SoCal patio and talk in my mind with the great (and I mean Great!) angelic-like nonphysical Beings that “lived inside the Sun.” I’d lay there in the summer sun happily baking and communing lovingly (on the verge of tears) with these super ancient solar beings and tell them how much I loved them and how much I appreciated all they did for us incarnated on 3D Earth. While doing this, I was also conscious that what I was feeling and knew was connected to my very ancient Egyptian (more accurately, simultaneous) “past” life. To a child there is no “past”, there is only everything happening in the now moment.

Here are a couple short quotes from A Lightworker’s Mission: The Journey Through Polarity Resolution about the Sun and solar anomalies I’ve been observing since the dates listed in the book. From page 259 and page 339:

“July 11, 1997 I was driving home and noticed that the sunlight and everything else looked very different. It looked extra brilliant and sharp and there was a silver-white colored light everywhere. It was so physically obvious and blatantly there for all to see, I wondered why I had not heard anyone else mention that the light the Sun radiated had changed so drastically.

As I drove I keep glancing up at the open sky, the trees, the leaves on the tress, the freshly plowed fields, and could so clearly see that a profoundly brilliant silver-white light was literally everywhere. It was stunningly beautiful and instantly reminded me of my past life in ancient Egypt 12,600 years earlier because that particular past life had the same brilliant silver-white light everywhere. I had remembered this silver-white light when I was a young child in this life and wondered why the Sun and sunlight was only a soft warm golden-yellow color. Even as a child in this life, I sensed that the Sun and sunlight was only warm and nurturing, gentle and loving solar energy. My ancient Egyptian past life memory was of a much higher stellar silver-white light that was extremely bright and intense, yet did not harm one’s eyes or skin. As a child in this life, I always wondered about why the sunlight was not this stellar silver-white light I remembered from my ancient life in Egypt. The seasons and gravity—not to mention human cruelty—were also huge confusions to me as a child in this life however.

As I drove home viewing this brilliant and very different sunlight illuminating everything, I remembered this particular silver-white light was how everything looked and felt when the Sun and Earth were within the Photon band of higher dimensional light at the beginning of the astrological Age of Leo. I suddenly became ecstatic. Here we were again, 12,500-plus long and very dark and difficult years later, exactly halfway around the great wheel of Ages entering the Photon band of higher light again at the beginning of the Age of Aquarius. All I could think was, “It’s about time! Now the much higher changes to humanity and Earth will happen extremely fast.”

“December 15, 1999 I was outside working in the yard when a wasp buzzed my head, and as I dodged him, I noticed something unusual around the Sun. After the wasp was gone, I made my hand into a fist to directly block out the Sun but safely see the space all around it. Doing this I could easily see an enormous pale white mist-like energy slowly moving and undulating far out around the entire Sun. I had never seen this anomaly before and assumed it must be solar flare energies.

I quickly got our sunglasses and called Mom outside to see it for herself. We stared, squinted, pondered and watched this massive solar energy radiating out in all directions off from the Sun. As we watched this new solar anomaly we both saw brilliant silver-white metallic looking UFO things flitting and seemingly playing with each other within this solar energy. I don’t know what these things were, and I am not saying they were UFOs in the sense of ETs piloting them because I did not get that feeling. Mom and I watched both the solar energies flowing and wafting slowly like some type of massive transparent solar veil, plus these small brilliant dots zipping around within it.”

I’m not sure exactly when this happened, but I sense it kicked off around February 1, 2010 (OMG…I just had a mega coinky dink realization! My physical Ascension Process started February 1, 1999), oh this makes a lot of sense now. January and February 2010 are within Phase Two and some of the Phase One cycles or activations have started again, but at this vastly higher level on the ascension spiral. That’s what I’ve been sensing, but this realization just nailed it for me personally.

As I was saying, I felt that February 1, 2010 the Sun and solar energies had taken another quantum leap forward and that was why so many of us have been feeling Crown chakra pressures and like it has become huge recently, also ascension related headaches, amplified frustrations, brief intolerance with lower people/situations/beliefs etc. It was around Feb. 10th when I noticed that this already huge Sun/solar energy in the sky had seemingly doubled in size and brightness! To me, the Sun now looks even closer to Earth, which has been another thing I’ve remembered since age six about my Egyptian past life and wondered about. We (us on Earth) have moved/orbited into a very different area of space, and from this new area it appears (so far) as if we are closer to the Sun. I’m not saying we are, only that it looks like the Sun is much larger and closer now. (This is actually 7D Photon Light.) AND, that huge pale white mist-like energy that I’ve seen daily since I first noticed it in 1997, has doubled in size since the start of February 2010. I may be off a bit on these days, but that’s when I noticed these energies/anomalies. (On a clear cloudless day, go outside and try the hand into a fist thing and just look at all that energy radiating off from the Sun now.)

I feel—based in part on my 12, 600 B.C. Egyptian past life memories—that we (humans and Earth) have re-entered the Photon band of higher seventh dimensional Light energies and these changes in our Sun, the sunlight, this strange pale white mist-like energy all around it that hasn’t been there for all of my life until I first noticed it in 1997, are further activating us to continue evolving into a higher frequency species faster than ever before. And that the so-called solar flares and solar storms are really cosmic, galactic energies from very high dimensions broadcasting/transmitting/radiating greater and greater energies to further activate us with our compressed evolutionary DNA and consciousness changes. Another higher, larger, and vastly more intense layer of this LIGHT energy has arrived and will continue to via our Sun, which then transmits it directly to Earth and humanity. This new higher level of cosmic/galactic/solar Light energies will trigger further ascension symptoms, further DNA activations and brain changes, plus full physical body and multiple energy body changes like nothing we’ve been through so far. With the start of 2010, we entered a new and higher spiral or layer with Phase Two, and these many growing and accelerating anomalies within us and our environment will only continue and faster than ever before too.

Since January 2010, I’ve noticed that I’m still having different ascension symptoms and they come in fast and intense BUT, I’m adapting, adjusting to each new layer much easier and faster than I did throughout all of Phase One. Makes sense because we’re housing so much more Light within our selves now that when more Light arrives, we’re not getting as hammered by The Process as we have since 1999. I have however noticed a big change in how I’m feeling the ongoing Rewiring Process energies in my body now. They now feel like my spine is a huge antenna literally pulling in, receiving those higher energy transmissions and they cause my spine to vibrate, to buzz, to hum with intense higher, faster frequency energy. No physical pain with this, just an amazing feeling of being re-built, rewired by very high Light energies.

The Rewiring Process & Internal Vibrations

At this point many people have been living with the Inner Body Vibrations, inner shaking and electrical-like current buzzing inside their bodies for many years. This started for me in 2001 or 2002 and it took me a while to discern what exactly it was. I’ve talked about it before but wanted to mention it again because I’m still feeling it day and night, awake and asleep over a decade later and I know more of you are too.

For some people it’s a newer experience and one that’s rather confusing and could be—if you didn’t know what the causes of it are—rather frightening as well. It was never physically painful for me and I’ve never heard anyone else claim it was or is for them either. It is however, weird feeling and mildly distracting. When it suddenly stops momentarily, it’s rather shocking to then realize how intense and constant it has been inside you.

This inner body vibration is what’s called the Rewiring and that is an accurate term for this Process. Because of the ongoing Ascension or highly compressed evolutionary Process humanity is in now, our entire Central Nervous Systems (and everything else) simply must evolve to accommodate the tremendously higher and faster frequency Light energies. The Sun, the Milky Way galaxy and the cosmos continue to blast Earth, and of course humanity, with much higher frequency Light Energies. Our lower world 3D body/bodies (physical body, astral, emotional, mental, etheric etc.) weren’t designed for these higher frequencies so we evolve/ascend vibrationally, physically, and in all other ways as well. If we didn’t do this we would fry, or, we’d check out of our physical bodies (die physically). Those who want to remain in their current physical body and go through the ongoing evolutionary, Alchemical, Ascension Process changes will have these numerous “rewiring” ascension upgrades and more. Them’s the rules; fly much higher vibrationally or fry and eventually exit the old lower frequency body vehicle. No shame either way, just individual soul choice.

So this Rewiring Process takes time, years even, and like I said it isn’t physically painful so don’t worry about it. It does feel a little strange at first, like some inner body electrical energy is literally vibrating inside you. I’ve felt it move slowly throughout my whole body over the years, like different areas of my body were being worked on and upgraded to have my nervous system and other physical and energetic bodies and parts NOT fry or overload. I’ve used the analogy of trying to run 220 electricity through 110 wiring in a house and it just doesn’t work and you run the risk of setting the whole house on fire! This Rewiring is beyond kundalini rising in the old lower 3D body; this is about the physical body being upgraded, evolved energetically to accommodate, house and constantly run vastly higher frequency Light energies through you and it. This is going from a 3D central nervous system and body to a 5D central nervous system and body and it feels a bit strange when the Rewiring Process is happening. Fear not however as it’s a very positive sign.

Know too that if you’re experiencing the Rewiring in your body, then you’re also in the ongoing process of having your two brain hemispheres building new connections (being Rewired too) to have a whole brain, unified and integrated with NO divider, NO Veil or polarized separation within it as we did in the old lower 3D polarized world and dimension. Talk about an upgrade! Just imagine, if you can, what you and I will be able to do, perceive, create, envision, know, connect with, see and feel all because we’ve integrated our brain hemispheres and our nervous systems (and so much more) and can carry vastly higher frequency Light energies? We literally will not be the same species. We’ll be higher frequency beings that carry more Light than they ever could or have prior. How very exciting and encouraging!

So don’t freak-out or panic when you feel some internal vibration that feels like a mild electric current buzzing, changing locations and shaking inside your physical body in different areas and growing intensity and vibratory rate. It’s the evolutionary Rewiring Process which is a very positive sign that you are embodying increasing amounts of higher and higher frequency Light energies within yourself, your consciousness and your physical body. Float through it and remember to give yourself credit for literally transmuting into a new, higher frequency being housing much more Light than before. This is a lot of hard work on multiple levels and dimensions so be kind to yourself and rest, sleep and nap as much and as often as you need. Happy ongoing body and brain Rewiring everyone.

The Ongoing REWIRING Process

About seven years ago I became aware that another unusual Ascension related Process had begun deep inside my physical body. I first noticed it when I’d wake up repeatedly throughout the night. I’d lay there in bed feeling this vibration deep inside the core of my body and it felt like a mild electrical current running, buzzing, vibrating deep inside my physical body. Now I can feel it while awake and physically doing things, but the strange thing is, I only realize this Rewiring current has been running when it shuts off for short periods! The abrupt quiet and inner body calm is a shocking contrast to the intense, high-energy current of this inner body REWIRING vibration.

Back then I was having so many other horribly intense Ascension symptoms, one more of them didn’t make much of a difference to me. Besides, this inner current/vibration didn’t ever hurt but was just strange feeling and I didn’t understand what it was or what it was doing to me for a couple of years. Then one morning in 2003 my mom told me about an unusual dream she’d just had. She described her dream as watching a group of workmen working on the city’s electrical lines. In it she asked one of the workmen what they were doing, and he replied, “We’re Rewiring the whole city.” The second I heard the word “Rewiring” I instantly KNEW what my inner body electrical current vibrations were and why I was having them.

My central nervous system and much more was being upgraded, Rewired. Why? Because it was impossible to run higher 220 current Light Energies through old lower and much smaller 110 wiring without blowing some fuses! So, I and much of humanity was, are, and will be living through this Body (and Brain) Rewiring Process so we can safely and comfortably embody, house and constantly carry vastly larger amounts of much higher frequency Light Energy within our physical bodies and all the other bodies as well.

About a year after mom’s ‘Rewiring the whole city’ dream, I ran across a couple of well-known people online who channel and this same word—”Rewiring”—was popping up all over the place. Forerunners/Lightworkers would first be going through a long period (years for most of us) of having our bodies and two brain hemispheres Rewired. After that, other groups of people would begin this body Rewiring Process too.

There are other aspects of this Rewiring that has to do with the human central nervous system being greatly expanded, evolved. This is a big subject that covers many aspects of our evolutionary Ascension Process. We must be able to literally physically and energetically embody and carry much higher and faster vibrating Light Energy in our bodies safely and this Rewiring Process of our bodies, separated or Dualized brain halves, and entire central nervous systems are doing that and so much more.

I woke up last night with this same deep inner body vibration and current present and I can, if I relax and observe, remain aware of this sensation for longer and longer periods. I realized last night that this Inner Rewiring current is and has been moving and rising slowly inside my body. I wasn’t sure about this until last night when I felt that it had indeed moved up slightly into a higher area inside my body. “The whole city IS being Rewired!”

When I first discovered this inner body electrical-like vibration it was very low in my body, in my core. Over the past few years, it’s slowly been moving upward or simply expanding. Last night I could clearly feel it had shifted a bit higher yet again. It moved from my upper chest area into my neck, throat, shoulders and base of my skull. It should be pretty wild and intense when it finally moves fully into my head/brain.
