Ascension Related Symptoms & Improvements

Someone asked me recently about if and when there will be any physical body improvements concerning the ongoing Ascension pressures, aches and pains. The situation is that when something physically hurts due to the ongoing transformational Ascension Process, it’s because there are improvements happening to us and our bodies and brains!

Old polarized 3D consciousness and belief systems have taught us that if something hurts in our physical bodies it’s automatically a warning sign that something is “wrong”, that something is “sick”, that something is “not working correctly” and needs a doctor to “fix it”, typically from some pharmaceuticals. Another old lower 3D belief system about body pain is guilt. You must have done something “bad”, something “wrong”, something “incorrectly”, or you “overworked it” or you “don’t exercise enough” and on and on. A huge sense of frailty, guilt, shame, blame, dis-empowerment and separation about and within our physical bodies and why they hurt. Is it any wonder why so many people are confused and worried about why their body hurts—and in such strange ways—due to the Ascension Process?

This Ascension Process is about higher frequency Energies and Light Energies coming into our solar system, our Sun, and on to Earth and humanity as a Divine cosmic way to trigger compressed and rapid evolution (ascension) out of one dimension and level of awareness (3D density and Duality consciousness), into a higher dimension and level of awareness (5D). When higher vibrating, higher frequency energies and Light comes into contact with lower, slower frequencies, more dense, less Light-filled energies, emotions and polarized bodies and consciousness it causes pains in our physical bodies. It also causes plenty of emotional, mental, psychological and psychic pressures and pains as well.

When we repeatedly feel the Ascension related aches and pains it does not mean we’ve done anything “wrong” or that we’re “flawed”, or that we’ve “sinned”, or that we’re “sick” or “broken” etc. Those aches and pains indicate that our bodies and brains (and everything else too of course) have been Divinely triggered to evolve, and to do so in a very short span of linear time. It’s a great sign, a very positive indicator that you’ve chosen to remain in your current physical 3D body and evolve/ascend it into a much more Light-filled, higher frequency 5D version. In this case you could say, “No pain, no gain” is an accurate indicator of how you are continuing to evolve and take on increasing amounts of Light energies within your physical body, brain, and everything else which alchemically transforms it into something very different.

Another aspect of this that I suspect some people are still confused over is the old lower polarized 3D consciousness and beliefs about linear time, space, and physical distance. I’m talking about how many of the 3D “professionals” are only aware of and believe in linear time, space, and distance and how it takes “time” between something happening in space and when it actually reaches Earth—not to mention if that event will have some (if any) effect on Earth, humans, animals and life on Earth.

Since yesterday, July 3, 2011, I’ve strongly felt those old familiar body aches and pains—aka the “Ascension flu”, joint pain, muscle weakness and fatigue, head and skull pains, deep exhaustion, and repeated waves of body chills similar to when you have a fever. Today, July 4, 2011, these body pains and chills were much worse so I did what I usually do to confirm what I’m feeling in my physical body; I went to Spaceweather.com to see if the Sun is doing anything. Here’s what I found there today, July 4, 2011: (there’s a link to Spaceweather.com in my sidebar LINKS area.)

INCOMING CME: “During the early hours of July 3rd, NASA’s Solar Dynamics Observatory recorded a mild but beautiful explosion near growing sunspot group 1244. The B9-category blast hurled a faint cloud of plasma toward Earth, which could cause some geomagnetic activity when it arrives on ~July 6th. This is not a major event.”

According to the old 3D “professionals”   this “Incoming CME” (Coronal Mass Ejection) won’t even reach Earth—forget about how it affects humans and other life on the planet!—until July 6th, yet, I’ve been profoundly physically affected by this latest Solar energy event since the start of July 3rd. When the Sun does anything it affects us immediately and does not take days for the Solar energies to travel through linear space/time/distance to, days later, finally reach Earth and humanity. The same is true with time-coded, deep-space events like massive Energy Light Waves radiating out from the Galactic Center (GC) which are further cosmic evolution/ascension triggers for humanity, Earth, our solar system and beyond. These are instantaneous energy events that happen and affect us, change us, help us evolve/ascend from the very first second they happen.

My point is that you will feel and be affected by cosmic, solar, galactic Light Energies when YOU feel them and not necessarily when the so-called “professionals” believe they’ll physically reach Earth in a linear only way. Don’t instantly and automatically believe that you’re “wrong” or that you’re “incorrect” or “confused” because you’re being affected by solar, cosmic, magnetic, astrological, galactic and universal Energies and Light Energies even though the “professionals” believe those energies haven’t physically arrived yet, or that they cannot and do not affect humans or Earth.

These “professionals” are now only sources to confirm what YOU already know from living it yourself first. YOU are your primary source of information now and these “professionals” information is to be used only as long as you feel you need or can benefit from what they have to say about what they believe and perceive is currently happening. Remember, they do not perceive reality—nor are they affected by it—in the same way you are so you’ve got to take what they say with a huge grain of salt, correct the timeline, make the necessary adjustments to what they’ve said, and always, always pay attention to what you yourself are experiencing, feeling, perceiving and being affected by moment to moment. The rest of the world will catch up to you if and when they can, otherwise YOU are your #1 source of information now. This is another aspect of the NEW responsibilities I mentioned before; expanded consciousness always brings with it new responsibilities. Not difficult hardships or burdens, just expanded responsibilities with expanded awareness and being.

First the REWIRING, Then the NEW Energies Start Flowing

BODY & BRAIN REWIRING

I’ve talked about the Body Rewiring Process in the past and how it painlessly feels like moving, vibrating, shaking energy deep inside the physical body. I’ve felt my physical body Rewiring happening since 2000. I didn’t know what it was then so I’d lay in bed in the middle of the night feeling, observing, counting and paying very close attention to the on-again-off-again buzzing, electrical-like current zzzzzzzing deep inside my body. I’ve spent years observing and watched it moving slowly up throughout my body heading towards my head/brain. It made sense that once this Rewiring Process reached my head and brain, that things would start changing externally very quickly and they have.

Some of the symptoms of the Head and Brain Rewiring were horrid intense headaches; painful pressures in my skull; one side or the other of my skull feeling bruised and sore like it’s literally been pounded on; pressure and pain in the bridge of my nose and sinuses and eyes; the top of my head/skull so tender, bruised and hot that it hurts; hair loss and my hair just changing; vision changes; sense of smell changes; sense of spinning, tipping over, or falling through the floor etc. A plethora of new weird head and skull pains and pressures happened when the Rewiring process reached my head and brain a couple years ago, not to mention the consciousness changes that having one’s two Duality brain hemispheres Rewired so it can embody and operate at higher frequency levels in a higher dimension and entirely NEW energy template that’s integrated, unified.

AFTER THE REWIRING, THE NEW  WILL ACTIVATE

In late 2010, and much more so in 2011, I’ve been feeling what had been Rewired within me coming online as greatly increased amounts of Divine Source Energy began to flow through my newly Rewired body and brain. The Forerunners, Starseeds, Lightworkers, Wayshowers are coming online first, meaning we’re starting to run larger amounts of much higher frequency Source energy, Light energies safely in and through our bodies, HighHearts and brains because of the Rewiring which has created our NEW individual human “Grid Systems”. This is the same Process Gaia is currently experiencing; slowly coming online because she too has been Rewired and now has a much more complex, higher frequency Grid System in place that can safely embody the greatly increased energies that the NEW Earth and matching NEW Humans must have.

The greatly increased energies flowing into and through my physical and energy bodies feels very different from three, five, nine years ago during the Body and Brain Rewiring phase. That was an Inner Body Vibration or buzzing that slowly moved around throughout my body. Like the Rewiring Process, this huge increase of incoming Energies doesn’t cause me any physical pain, it’s just rather intense feeling and hearing the great roar of it internally. I’ve never experienced a physical tornado or hurricane and don’t intend to, but the way this increase of energies feels and sounds flowing down and into my physical head and body must be like what a tornado or hurricane sounds and feels like. It is amazing in its force and volume, but like everything else, I know I’ll adapt and faster than I thought possible. Soon this roaring torrent of increased energies won’t even be audible to me any longer, nor will it rattle and shake my body with its great internal force and volume. It will soon become the NEW normal to me and to you. Until then however, it’s rather dramatic!

The way I’m currently feeling, hearing, and seeing these increased energies coming online and pouring down through my Crown chakra into other areas in my body is when I’m napping during the daytime, and also at different times throughout the night while asleep. For most of my life I could never nap and if I did I’d wake up with a nauseous headache so I never napped. But with the Alchemical Ascension Process literally kicking our everything’s from one end of the cosmic block to the other, I discovered the necessity of naps because I suddenly pass-out in the late afternoons from sheer exhaustion. Now naps are a favorite time and I get either fully out-of-body or half-in and half-out and intentionally maintain my awareness there at the dimensional edge to feel and hear the increased amounts of energies rushing into and around inside my body causing it to rattle, shake, vibrate and howl like the force of an internal hurricane.

Once I’m asleep either during a daytime nap or in the middle of the night I become lucid which just means I become conscious while not in my physical body and can usually retain the memory of whatever and whomever I experience while in this state. I know my Higher Self wants me, Denise, to be consciously aware of this aspect of my coming online and feeling and hearing the greatly increased amounts of energies flowing through me now so I pay close attention and report back here about what I’ve experienced and perceived.

From my current point of view these increased Source Light evolutionary ascension energies pouring in through the top of my head sound and feel almost violent and scary and far too intense and loud. But I suspect it’s just my current perspective of these greatly increased energies entering my body and being after a lifetime of running on nothing but Starseed Lightworker determination, Capricorn grit and stamina, and only two and a half miserable little 3D cylinders! Suddenly having the Source Energy floodgates opened a few more feet makes the force of the increased energies running through my body truly amazing and a bit unnerving. I just sit in between dimensions while napping or asleep and marvel at the great roaring, rattling, buzzing, clanging and banging vibrational flood of increased energies pouring into my newly Rewired Body and Brain. I also excitedly wonder about what NEW awareness and abilities I’ll naturally have due to this great increase of Source Energies flowing within me. Conscious Creating and Co-Creating fuel and more no doubt.

This increased energy flow always enters my body through the top of my head/Crown chakra area and typically floods powerfully down to my High Heart (the Thymus, not the lower physical heart and old Heart chakra) until it feels like it will explode. Often this raging flood of energy is then directed down further to my gut or Solar Plexus area where it rages, bangs, pounds, shakes, swirls and floods that entire area also. During all this my whole body feels like it’s being assaulted by massive amounts of energy which cause it to buzz, shake, vibrate, flutter, radiate and glow as my Rewired multidimensional energy tank is filled with endlessly flowing Source Energy. Again, from my current perspective this particular phase of The Process often sounds and feels like it could be too much, but the Rewiring did exactly what  it was designed to do; my new internal Grid System is embodying and running larger amounts of Source Energy and this is what some of you have recently perceived in your dreams or higher awareness as me becoming a transcended something else. I am, and so are and so will increasing numbers of us. This is why the body and brain Rewiring happened in the first place; so we could safely embody and run much more Source Energy in and through us constantly.

Is March 2011 Over Yet?

I haven’t posted much during March 2011 because I haven’t had much of anything nice to say. During my thankfully rare periods of this I go into self-imposed exile until I get myself back to a better place emotionally. Soon I’ll master this reactionary business and will exist within Center constantly. Until then however, this is me repeatedly learning about how energetically falling out of the eye of the storm feels, looks and works.

For many of us it’s been extraordinarily difficult these past six months, with March 2011 blasting everything for everyone everywhere into the Ninth Wave final stages of completion. I knew this potent transition into the Ninth Wave—and all that goes along with it—was coming just as you did, but intellectually knowing something vs. actually being in it and living it are two very different things as many of us are currently experiencing…yet again. Because entering the earlier Eighth Wave was monumental for me because it was the start of my biological Ascension Process, I assumed the start of the Ninth Wave would be equally intense yet in different ways and so far, it certainly has been.

As most of my readers know I don’t paint things in angelic-like pink glitter fluffiness. If it’s difficult and Dark then it’s difficult and Dark. If it’s amazing and full of Light then it’s amazing and full of Light. It’s all the same Process to me; integrating, resolving and evolving/ascending beyond 3D polarity and polarized consciousness into the 5D Center or Unity or High Heart consciousness and being. It’s not an easy or attractive Process and we don’t always look, feel or sound like we’re dipped in cosmic sparkling fluffy Love n’ Light fabulousness while actually living The Alchemical Ascension Process in-body! So, for those who are used to getting your ascension-related information coated only in warm and fuzzy loving sweetness and Light, then you’ll probably find what I sometimes say and how I say it rather coarse, harsh, or even repulsive. That’s because I say what I do from within the Process in a physical body, and not channeling some non-physical Being whose not living it in this dimension as we are. Focusing entirely on only one-half of this Process is foolish and dangerous; focusing too much on the opposite half is equally foolish and dangerous. In a polarized world and consciousness it’s a minuscule razor’s edge between these two, but that’s what polarity resolution in 3D physicality is all about and not many can traverse that difficult Path and not repeatedly get cut deeply before their Transformation is fully complete.

I had negative non-physical beings (the Dark Ones) attacking me and mine with final-phase last-minute intensity starting back in October 2010. We dealt with it because there’s nothing else to do but deal with it and learn what you can from the negative, polarized experience. By February 2011 these attacks from the non-physical Dark Ones changed their tactics as they often have during my lifetime, and began using and directing certain physical humans to do their attacking of me in another attempt to derail me, slow me down, distract me, shut me up, and/or preoccupied. I’ll confess that it worked for a few days as I dealt with those people and their energies directed at me and my reactionary emotions to their actions. (Oh to be completely free from this emotional reactionary junk!) After this of course came the great need for me to get myself back to Center…yet again. (You wouldn’t believe how often this tactic has been and still is used by the non-physical Dark Ones where they use certain humans against other certain humans for very specific reasons. And of course the really amazing part is that the people who are used and manipulated by these Dark Ones are never consciously aware they’ve been used to stop, derail, slow down, side track, wound, harm and attack a human Starseed/Lightworker carrying Light.

Then March 2011 arrived and the energies shifted back into full-on here comes the Ninth Wave energies that are seriously launching the Light beings and people one way, and the unwilling-to-change Dark beings and people in another direction. Then Mother Nature had 9.0 muscle spasm and the planet and reality changed in mere minutes…again…and people’s hearts felt things at a very different level than what they’re used to. I felt the Dark Ones shift their focus due to the Japan earthquake, tsunami, and nuclear reactor problems. They suddenly had great numbers of people producing new fear, physical and emotional pain, chaos, suffering, shock, trauma, and more fear which is the Dark Ones favorite food and fuel source. I am NOT saying that the non-physical beings or physical human Dark Ones caused the 3-11-11 Japan earthquake, because from what I’ve perceived they did not create it or any other earthquake. What I am saying is that due to the tremendous fear, pain and chaos the Japan quake naturally caused in much of humanity, these Dark Ones had a boost of lower frequency emotional energies to feed from.

So, yeah, it’s been rough lately on multiple levels and in multiple dimensions and I know there’s more to come because many of the Dark Ones and humans simply won’t easily or quickly relinquish all they’ve had for so long. The Reptilian owned and operated humans like Gaddafi and so many other human leaders around the world including the USA, won’t give up their power/control/money/fame as quickly and easily as some already have and others soon will. Watch how this unfolds in America because our time for this has arrived.

I’m going to share this next bit but do NOT want to add to the fear levels in any way. This is why most of us Lightworker Seers do NOT publicly share what we see or sense because too many people who don’t understand fixate on it in a lower frequency way; spread disinformation online; produce more fear energy over it that only feeds and prolongs the Dark Ones and makes more energy work for us exhausted Lightworkers to then have to transmute! Our hands are tied with these types of matters so we usually only hint at certain potential or strong probabilities that may manifest physically.

I’ve been sensing that $$$ money will do something unpleasant again in late April and into May 2011 here in the USA. Also that the  2011 June Summer Solstice energies will trigger another potent round of Earth Changes and typically be another intense period of shifting for all of us. However, these probable events are not set in stone because opened hearts and Conscious Creating can change much, redirect much, and greatly reduce much that needs to happen.

In no way is the USA exempt from what’s happening so obviously in certain other countries, but it will unfold differently here because the illusion of freedom is so much more complex and well-developed in this country. Our dictators won’t give up their power and control willingly either and Americans (and other countries) need to consciously see this and make the needed changes within themselves. It’s take your power back time around the globe and in some cases it will happen rather quickly and painlessly, while others will resist, fight, and typically create as much spin and BS as they’re capable of.

How do you and I stay in higher Center in the eye of the storm while the patriarchy collapses around us and the Earth continues to quake and spew worldwide? We learn to remain in our High Hearts—aka Unity Consciousness—and let fall and shift all that absolutely must during 2011. We also are learning to perceive from a higher viewpoint, as our Higher Selves do, where we realize that every human death is Divine and perfect for that soul at that time on multiple levels for both itself AND for the rest of humanity living the Ascension Process. My highest Gratitude goes to every soul in a human body whose chosen to utilize these Ascension-related disasters and Earth Changes to force and assist the rest of humanity into realizing how much must be changed now in every country around the world.

OMG it’s the “END TIMES”!

Oh, it’s the “End Times” alright but the real question is — the end of what and who and why now isn’t it?

It’s the “end times” for the non-physical other-dimensional negative Dark Ones controlling and running Earth and its species. It’s the “end times” of the Dark Ones using physical humans to carry out and enforce their non-physical desires and negative agenda’s. It’s the “end times” of the Dark Ones endlessly feeding off humanity as their primary food and fuel source because they don’t believe in Source/The All That Is and therefore believe they need to use certain other lesser beings (humanity) parasitically to receive the energy and life-force they need to survive. It’s the “end times” of the Dark Ones multidimensionally trying to kill, attack, destroy, wound, stop or derail the Starseeds/Lightworkers/Wayshowers carrying Light on 3D Earth.

It’s the “end times” of Dark owned and operated humans sucking the life, money and resources out of both humanity and Earth and demanding we the people pay for it all, and be grateful that we have what little we do now while they frantically figure out new ways to take more from we the people supposedly in the name of trying to balance or fix a bogus money system that’s unfix-able and needs to go now anyway. It will and soon now.

It’s the “end times” of mega egos being force-fed to the masses as the latest “hero”, the latest “super star”, the latest pre-teen “super star”, the latest hot “sex symbol” etc., when it’s really about how much money a few people can quickly make off their newest super star before they blow an emotional fuse and publicly melt-down in a few short years. It’s the “end times” of humanity being convinced they need other people to adore, hero-worship, fixate on, project upon when they themselves are the real prize.

It’s the “end times” of lower frequency and lower consciousness people deliberately being kept in positions of power and authority in every system around the planet. It’s also the “end times” of the global media system force-feeding humanity controlled information (to support lower frequency consciousness and produce lower frequency emotional energies) that’s forced upon them by an inter-dimensional hierarchical system and so on down the line.

It’s the “end times” for all this and much more in every country and government around the world. It’s the “end times” of mountainous piles of negativity, greed, lies, deliberate distortions, manipulations, elitism, a lock-down on consciousness, manipulated emotions, global corruption, darkness, negativity, warring, violence, bloodshed, polarized consciousness and everything created by it and all that perpetuates these lowly negative things.

It’s so easy for Americans to watch our TV’s and see the leaders of foreign countries who are corrupt to the core, greedy to the core, heartless, bloodthirsty and will kill their own people to stay in power and keep their greedy stockpiles of money they’ve stolen from their own people for decades. It’s easy for Americans to see this in these corrupt and vile leaders of other countries; it’s going to be vastly more difficult and painful for Americans to see and admit to how totally corrupt, how totally Dark and negative every system and the majority of leaders in America have been and still are. It’s time for the Revolution of Consciousness to happen in the USA and it’s going to manifest very differently from how it’s been in other countries.

To people in other countries these foreign egocentric greed monsters—aka leaders/dictators—are easily seen, but here in the USA, Americans have been so profoundly manipulated mentally, emotionally, etherically and physically that they actually believe they’ve been “free” all along. As they continue waking up to discover that the USA has been and is far more controlled and less free than they’ve been brainwashed into believing, many will FINALLY rise up and rebel like never before.

It’s the non-physical and physical Dark beings and humans controlling, running, directing and depleting humanity and Earth that’s ending now. That is the “End Times”. Be strong and keep your High Heart Consciousness focused on the positive end results of this intense 2011 transition phase for us, humanity, Earth and beyond. We’ve worked so hard and long in multiple lives and dimensions to get to this point right now so don’t give up during the final fifteen seconds of this Grand Transitional Process.
